The hundred year war

This is a time of strife for the realm the kingdoms have taken up arms against each other and it is only a matter of time before war brakes out again,in the middle of all the kingdoms rests a small city state of Hydalin where all races of the realm come to trade and to live in peace but with war on the horizon the city is looking for warriors and mages alike to defand its self form the war,this is there stories.

Loki was in his room putting his armor on all but the helm at lest he never seen the point of hiding his face out of his window he could hear the sound of arrows hitting the wood of the training dummies out side,he then stood once done and pulled his twin daggers form there holding place on the wall and sheathes them he then looks at him self in a mirror he grins before he walks out to join his sister.

Lilly was up early to get some training in her hand gripped her bow as she quickly reaches behind her pulling three arrows form her quiver and she runs up a ramp and with quick fingers she knocks her arrow and lets it fly before she hits the ground and she rolls and during her roll she knocks another arrow and fires when she reaches her feet,then when she ducks behind cover and when she pops back her last arrow was ready to fire and when she lets it fly it like all the others hit the dummy in the head three targets three head shots."You are always so flashy sis."She jumps at the voice and turns to see her brother leaning on the side of there little cabin and she lets out a long breath."Loki one of these days I am going to shot you when you sneak up on me."She says and he laughs,before pushing off the building."We need to go to the city we got a note yesterday,we may have a job again."He says and she puts her bow on her back and she pulls the arrows form the dummies and puts them back in her quiver."Then lets go."She says and both head towards the city.

She entered the massive city hours ago she needed resources she needed a job she was running low on money and there wasn't many places around here that provided good food or shelter land wise... besides she heard there was a massive war a brewing between the nations and she didn't want to get caught up being a solider for someone being on the wrong side of the plains if she kept to work for awhile she would be able to keep things tidy and in place.. She made her way to the massive workingman stations that was a circle of jobs flowing in and out of the building, she went up to the counterman and asked for work,"What you looking for pretty....?", he said uncertainly yes she had beauty charm to her but she was strange rugged, large jewled trinkets on her body and she was odd with her body language,"I need work I'll take anything but a slut house", she told him crossing her arm as he went to rumage through some files.

Lilly and Loki both made it to the city in short order after Lilly had killed a deer and Loki was caring it over his shoulders."You know sis next time you get the carry the kill."He says as they reach a butchers shop and sold the deer before heading off to the bounty offices to pick up there new job,once at the office an elder elven man comes out of a back room to greet them before handing them an envelop."It seems you two are makings waves out there we have two more jobs ready for you as well if you need them."Loki and Lilly both shake there heads."No need to hold them for us give them to some one who wants them."Lilly says as Loki pulls the paper form the envelop and starts reading it he then slides it back in and he nods to the elf,it was rear but some times one of these comes in to the office."Contract accepted."He says and Lilly knew full well what it was,it was a kill order just by how her brother acted.

Finally after rummaging through the jobs listed the man finally came back to her handing her off an envelope,"Eh.. its nothing much but it will pay descent if you can do it that is", she took up the envelope and nodded her thanks,"I am able to take on any job sir thank you", she made her way into the crowd stopping to read the job it was a security position to help escort someone to another country without complications she knew these were odd and tough jobs but usually they did pay pretty well,"Very well...", she said quietly stuffing it in her satchel on her side. She made her way through the crowd trying to past people without complications but before she knew it someone had shoved her onto a someone woman and she fell onto the ground getting up with a grunt she turned to a Neko woman with frosty blue eyes,"Sorry...", she said getting up slowly she offered her hand,"I didn't mean to someone shoved me".

Lilly was ahead of her brother when the two of them left the office and a crowd had formed in that time and before she knew it she as on her rear,another woman has been shoved into her and she looked around before looking up at the woman he had been shoved before taking her hand and standing up."Man who ever did that is going to get an arrow shoved up there nose."She says before looking back at the woman."Are you ok?"She asks before looking around."Loki did you see them?"She asks and Loki looks around."Nope."He says.

She watched the both of them looking around trying to find the perpetrator but could find non,"I'm fine", she replied checking to make sure nothing was tooken from her until she tried to reach down to find her small sack of gold gone,"What the!", she searched her sachet and looked up rather pissed,"They stole my damn money", she started shoving her way through the crowd trying to find the villian herself upon seeing somone looking back at her unexpectedly she found a small man running through the crowd with someone tightly clutched in his hand,"HEY!!", she yelled pushing past people as she raced after him,"THAT MAN STOLE MY MONEY GET HIM!", she yelled but like usual no one responded and all fell on deaf ears as she growled racing after the guy who was clearly not human. She rounded an Alley way and came face to face with the perpetrator a scrawny looking elf mixed with some other kind of species gleamed at her,"You want your money? Come and get it stupid human", he sneered scrambling up the wall as she raced over to him and grab his foot, she took out her long hunting knife and jabbed it right into the theif's foot as the man let out a squal of pain,"You Damn C-", he turned to slice at her neck.

Lilly and Loki both went after the woman once they heard her call for some one to stop a thief Loki jumped to a nearby ledge and got onto the roofs as his sister gave chase on the ground once Lilly caught sight of the thief and the woman duck down an ally she pulled her bow form her back and knocked an arrow,she then turned the corner in time to see the man start to swing for her neck but she let her arrow fly and the arrow stuck him in the hand holding the blade and Loki stood above the show his arms crossed and a grin on his face."That "stupid"human just caught you like a rat in a trap."He says as Lilly walks up bow drawn again and pointed at the man's face."Give the money or ill plant this arrow in a place you really don't want it."She says as she drops her aim to his lower half.

The man finally dropped the satchel of money that was being held finding himself indeed a rat in a trap,"Hey ease does it there isn't need to kill me...", he remarked quietly as he trembled seeing Illioa pick up the money bag and give him a cold stare,"You... aint normal... you aint a normal human!", he yelled before running past the Neko woman on his way to freedom into the streets. Illioa watched him go turning to the two Neko's,"I am grateful for your help here", she opened up the bag and split the money between what was left to the two of them,"I ask you take this in payment of helping me Its not much but I hope it will help you on your journey", she then put them empty sack into the satchel at her waist,"I'm sorry I can't stay to get better acquainted but I have to go to a job..", she turned from them both,"Excuse me..".

Lilly and Loki looked at the woman when she handed them the money they just had to get back form the guy and before Lilly could speak the woman made her way into the crowd."Lilly lets go we can find her again latter we have a target to hunt."He says before the two of them fade into the crowds as well,after a short time the two where once again outside the cities walls and on there way to an ambush point for there target Lilly found a nice vantage point in some trees and Loki was near the tree line his daggers in hand as he crouches behind his cover as he waits for Lilly to fire her first shot.

Illioa made her way to the location of her first job and found it was a woman beging escorted through carriage to the neighboring city,"And dont let any bandits get my things", she told Illioa skeptically before climbing into the carriage everyone else even her servants were made to walk as she shrugged and followed suit they all headed down the main road as she kept an eye on things keeping her knew weapon an electrified spear near her.

Loki soon herd hoofs and he pulled his helm that covered his face and he stepped out and holds up a hand hand."Halt."He says as the carriage and convoy comes to a stop and he could hear the noble yelling and Loki pulls out a slip of paper and hands it to one of the guards who reads it and hands it back before him and the other guards move back and he starts to look around,with the noble yelling none stop and he sighs,before lifting his hand with three fingers held up and an arrow comes flying out of the trees and it strikes the carriage almost hitting the woman."Look lady you don't keep it down Ill turn this convoy around and have you tried for treason."He says before moving past the carriage and starts to look at her servants before he sees the same girl form before but he didn't show he knew her as he passes her,he was on a mission after all.

They had come a long way until something stopped them she heard the mistress screaming about being stopped and the fear in her voice as she slowly blended herself into the crowd dropping her weapon and using her own, she seen Neko with dark hair and thought nothing of it as she slunk up from behind it one arm planted firmly over across the chest and the other was at his throat with a knife,"I don't know who you are..", she said coldly,"But I suggest you get lost or Things are about to get bloody...", she heard twitching behind her and swung his body forward,"Dont move or I'-!", she stopped she seen the woman neko from before and what was she looked closer at the man's face before loosening her grip,"Contrasting jobs... how ******** up...".

Loki felt the arm go around his chest and then the knife to his neck and he knew the voice and he cracked a smile when she loosened up."We are only here for one person now let go or face the crown."He says holding up the writ that let them search and look for some one."Now if you don't m-"He then quickly turned grabbing her before pulling her to the ground as two throwing stars miss there heads by an inch and a hoodied figure brakes out of the crowd and starts to run for it."Lilly."He yells as an arrow flys over them but was blocked by a sword form the hoodied person and they skid to a halt and pulls her hood down it was a female human with a scar on her cheek and she was laughing."You are a third rate ninja cat."She says as Loki stands and he grins."Third rate hmmm."He says as he pulls his short swords form there sheaths and spins them as he walks slowly towards her and she readies her self before throwing more stars at him and he blocks them with his swords before he vanished and the woman looks around blade at the ready before four Loki appear each with a different weapon,a bow,katana,a spear and daggers then the real Loki appeared behind them on one knee with sparks flying off his swords."Ninja art: rage of the ox king."He says before all the clones rush her at once the bow takes a knee before firing an arrow that catches fire in flight,when the women blocked it,it exploded and the others rushed into the dust stabling and slashing there way thew and then they appeared on the other side with bloodied weapons before they disappeared in a poof of smoke then Loki lifts a sword to the sky and lighting strikes it before he rushes and swings his sword lighting arked out of the blade and cut the cloud of dust in two clearing it to reveal the woman with lighting sparking off her and on the ground she had a few cuts on her arms and legs but nothing fatal.Lilly runs up to her and then sees if shes breathing and looks at Loki and nods as he puts his blades away."Just a third rate ninja."He says with a grin before turning to the group."You are free to move along now we have our target,and if you happen to be in the area again lady."He says pointing to Illioa."Feel free to find us and he pointed to her belt before helping his sister get the girl to her feet and he bound her hands,he had returned the money she gave them when she held him at knife point.
