Everyone loves an eating contest! Eat a whole lotta BBQ ribs STEAK! Please try to keep it in your body. There are rows of tables with plates and lots of napkins for you to take a seat at. You get a time period of 12 minutes IC to eat as many as you can. Copious amounts of water and BBQ sauce steak sauce are provided. Don't cheat or Mio the tiger cub will harass you!

Roll 1d100 to see how many ribs much STEAK you stuff in your mouth. Highest number wins a ticket. In the event of a tie, the ticket will be raffled between the trolls involved in the tie. Post must be filled with at least 50 words of RP to be eligible by the time of rollover. Unfilled posts will be disqualified.

As you approach, Volkei works tirelessly around a bunch of giant incredibly hot grills. He cheerfully points to a stack of paper menus for you to pick over. Any sort of BBQ item you can think of is listed inside. He tells you there's a special promotion going if you order up an entree from the grill! The bottom of the plates have tickets taped to them and who knows what kind of prize you might win? Prizes may range from coupon vouchers to Whole Hog merchandise to a custom entree in your honor added permanently to the menu!

While Volkei cooks up a storm, a cozier campfire burns a little ways away with a comfortable set of chairs and rocks arranged around it. If you want, you can even sit against Roa, Volkei's big fluffy red and white tiger lusus! He's pretty chill and likes to lay by the fire. There are sticks, sausages, marshmallows and other dessert fixings for you to be able to roast your own treat while you rest your legs by the fire. Take a moment for some relaxation and zen away from the busy games! Post a 50 words RP response of your character roasting something and reflecting on something internally.

Reemus was willing to spend most of the first night looking for food stalls. Frankly, that was the most important thing. He tried cooking, and that was okay and all, but he wanted some real food games. Or food prizes. Or both...

He went on a long search, but finally he smelled something. Good. Familiar. Hopeful.

Meat.

A booth devoted entirely to cooked meat! He could die. Voscil had to see this! And Reemus wished his lusus was along. A perfect, perfect booth.

Even better, one of the things to do seemed to be all-you-can-eat. Reemus might as well have been training for this his entire life.

He was ready to eat them all.

And eat he did. So many ribs. So...many. The undercover yellowblood did not crest a whole 100, but he did pretty well for himself. After a short rest, he was ready to have a litle more. Or, order just one dish and see if he won something.

Admittedly luck games weren't so much his thing, but food came with it. No matter what, he couldn't really lose. He picked up a plate. 20. 20... That number seemed familiar. He checked on it.

Oh! A winning number! Food and a plushie. Now that's a booth!

Reemus...might have started to feel the first pangs of love.

Gnash was hungry. One of her favorite parts of these sort of events was the availability of food. Her lusus grumbled and hissed about lowblood fare, and the indignity of an eating contest but Gnash huffed at her and sat right at the table, picking up the ribs delicately in her robotic fingers, and gnawing on them. So many of them. As many as she could possibly fit inside her thin body, all the while glaring at her lusus.

She ran out of ribs before she could give up. Slowly, Gnash wiped her face, and sipped the water.

Gnash reached for a plate off the grill, deciding her lusus wasn't seeing the force of her baby tantrum enough, and that she hadn't eaten enough "lowblood food". There was a special going on, for prizes! And she liked prizes. However, her number seemed to be nothing that would award her a gift. Maybe next time!

Quella ripped another piece of skin off a rib with her teeth, smiling into the deep bucket of bones she'd left behind. Now THIS was what she was talking about. If every day in the city was like this, she was moving out of the woods right away. The rapacious blueblood was even starting to get... full. The hunter growled as she ripped into another rib, finally slowing down and just enjoying the sear on the meat. And... was there dessert?

Heaven.

Quella moved to the counter after filling up on ribs, pulling a ticket cautiously from the pile. She smiled at Volkei as he slid a delicious, meaty plate of barbecue under her sniffnode. The hunter searched the bottom of the plate for prizes, and couldn't help but feel a pang of disappointment that quickly evaporated as she dug into a full plate. Maybe no exciting prize, but definitely some delicious food.

The brownblood drooled as he neared the booth. Caiden tried to hide it, sure he was hungry, but he had some manners. "Wow!" He exclaimed as he looked over the feast. "This is amazing! Did you really cook all of this?" The boy asked as he savored one of the ribs. "Like, how many are even here?! 500? 1000?!? I could see you feeding every troll in Chittentown or something!" Caiden took a bite, his mouth more full of words than food.

He couldn't just eat and leave. That would be so rude! "Hey is there anything i can he-" The brownblood was interrupted as the tireless child thrust a plate into his hands. "Oh! Thanks, but, do you want help cleaning or something?" Caiden was unsure if he got through to the other boy. He really wanted to do something helpful!

Well, Volkei was busy, so he had to take initiative then, right? Right! Caiden went around picking up used paper plates, napkins, and the like, marveling at the mess of BBQ sauce. The brownblood filled up one of the trash cans, and realized there was still a lot of trash to go around. He looked at the fire, and an idea popped into his head. He could burn the trash! It was just paper. Caiden settled down next to the fire, feeding the flames paper plates and napkins. Initiative. He need to take that more often... Sure, this was a start, but, he could do more, right? More for the rebels, more for himself, more for everyone. The brownblood sighed as he fed the fire another plate, his thinkpan deep in thought. He needed to step up his game, and not just with paper plates; with life!

Valaon decided to take a break from her farm, after all, it was bloodfest. There wasn't many things she would skip working for but this was one. She had fond memories running booths and showing off her apples. So here she was, scoping out the booths to see if any caught her fancy.

Smelling the wonderful BBQ, she moved to see a competition. 12 minutes to eat as many ribs as possible? Sure, she'd try. The greenblood certainly was sure how well she would do, especially since she didn't eat ribs that often.

Valaon took a seat and began to chow down on the ribs. They were super filling and she wasn't feeling confident that she could out eat some of the others. Free food though, right? As the timer went off, she looked at her score. Eighty-eight, not bad at all. Sure, she was certain there was at least one other that out ate her but at least her stomach was full.
