The booth.... did not have meat again. Something awful had happened all of the ribs were gone, only to replaced with squash. Gnash scrunched her nose up at it a little. She was not often picky but... this didn't seem as good as the ribs. She ate a few, before frowning.

She wanted more meat! She huffed and tossed the rest of her squash, stomping all the way to the grills.

"Excuse me I actually do not very much like the squash and instead would like something meat that is grilled if you have that instead even if I am paying for it and not doing a contest I just prefer that much more thank you," Gnash said to Volkei, ordering something simple off the grill. She pouted a little while she waited. Squash was okay but not something she wanted to eat a lot of.

Punkie had absolutely loved the idea that Volkei wanted to cook up squash. Sephos and her had donated 50 different varieties of squash, from winter punkins, to summer zucchini. And man was the feast worth. "ITS BEAUTIFUL YOU ******** MIRACLE MAKER!" The juggalo screamed as she looked at the beautiful booth.

Mallok wandered up to the RibsSquash eating competition at the booth, eager to have an evening snack as they walked around. He at the squashes slowly, tasting and considering how each one might've been prepared. He also took time deliberating on how much brown sugar should be added to enhance the flavor, slowly testing out each amount on each individual squash.

All told, he spent all 12 minutes eating 6 squash. His stomach full and his tongue satisfied, he looked to Mim to see how she had fared...

Mimimi pat her friend's hand as he decided he was full. Silly Mallo was taste testing the squash. That's not what kind of booth this was!

"Bone apple tea!" She cooed, using her filthy hands to shovel squash into her mouth at an alarming rate. This food had a pretty interesting texture compared to the sausages the other night! It was... squishy. But she could tell it was a little sweet, and this was delightful! She'd have to come back for more, or maybe make Mallok make some for her later.

Oh, this time the booth was full of squash? He wanted ribs but squash will do! Hopefully he can get in as many. Squash is more filling than ribs cause of the fiber... Oh well! He gets to chewing and is happily chugging brown sugar melted on his squash.

Unfortunately he loses track of time and only gets to 19 but he's happy and full!

Sephos Arbola

Sephos had come bearing more squash and... well, other vegetables that he thought would do well over fire, like peppers and onions and other things he liked. An basket full of this, plus a back-carried basket... no, two... full of veggies. His greenhouse was doing well, it seemed. That, or he needed to wrap it up by tomorrow and this was the best way to do it.

If the redblood wanted to give him anything in return, well...

What was this? Squash? Now that was more her speed. She had to fortify herself, of course, because... well...

She had decided.

She was going to face the snow. Her lusus disapproved, but she had to face it. It was just like she told her patients -- facing fears was essential. Though this avalanche was not her specific (or an unreasonable) fear, it would stand in for...

Whatever was unsettling her so in quiet moments these days.

Steak? Gourmet steak? Where was this kid getting the funds for this sort of thing? Api didn't really want to question it too much but it was pretty... amazing. They settled in and started to dig in, eating as much as they possibly could before having to call it quits. What a great way to end Bloodfest.

Dei was pretty hungry after his other booth experiences, and so returned to the trusty Whole Hog for some good food. It seemed the havoc that had been caused the night before was done with - and now the eating competitors were on to steaks? He almost wished he'd done that but he knew better. He didn't have the biggest appetite.

The previous night there had been...not-meat? Reemus wasn't gonna eat that! When he returned, he came back hesitantly, hoping, praying... For salvation.

He couldn't lose something so good so fast!

Wringing his hands, he looked over at the booth. He could see smoke, but that didn't tell him anything.

He sniffed.

That smell... He knew that smell! A good smell!

Reemus came over in a rush. His eyes widened. Steak!

He had to eat it, all of it, immediately.
