It was hard to not know the name and face of the troll plastered all over this booth: the one, the only, Fross☆! Ever since placing first at Superstar Authority, the idol has been a constant in Alternian pop culture. You've heard her on the radio, seen her on tv, and her image is used to sell everything ranging from fragrances and fuzzy slippers to lusus toothpaste. There's even whispers about a reality tv series! It's hard to walk anywhere public without hearing one of her upbeat, poppy songs wafting from a storefront.

Here, it's all you can hear.

Giant banners advertise a new dancing video game- DDR, otherwise known as Dance Dance Reformation! Impressive, shiny new machines create a boxed in area for those who brave the wait. The track list is entirely made up of Fross☆'s music. Competing melodies challenge each other for your attention, adding to the chaos of long, confusing lines and disorienting strobe lights.

Fross☆, the star herself, is flitting around the prize booth, greeting visitors and posing for selfies. Occasionally, she breaks out into a little dance or throws sparkles in the air. While she's undoubtedly busy with her celebrity duties, she's doing her best to speak to each troll who wishes to say hi.

          → DANCE DANCE REFORMATION
A couple dozen identical DDR machines are arranged neatly around Fross☆'s booth, each with a library of a dozen or so of songs from her self titled debut album. Lines to try out this new dancing machine weave through the walkway- the promise of fun, prizes, and flashy competition tantalizing all. The machines have multiplayer, too! After a lengthy wait, you're able to play one song before a drone shoos you off the machine and toward the prize booth.

Each night, you can choose to do 1 song on 1 difficulty (although you may still play remix). The lines are too long to play any longer! You may play with a partner, but it's purely for rp purposes. Choose your difficulty, and roll the according die. Your score is based directly off how many numbers match Fross☆'s roll (1d10) for the day. Submit your matching number score and hope you make it onto the leaderboard! In the event of a tie, rng will be used to decide the winner, although extra star tokens will be handed out to soften the blow. The highest performer for each difficulty level wins 75 star tokens, and 1 of the event tickets will be raffled off between the three via rng. The minimum word requirement is 25, and you get 2 star tokens just for participating! Yay!

light: roll 4d4
standard: roll 6d4
heavy: roll 10d4

          ex. Frossa rolls a 10d4. The numbers are 1, 3, 4, 2, 2, 1, 3, 4, 4, 3. The numbers to match are:
          light: 1, 3, 4, 2
          standard: 1, 3, 4, 2, 2, 1
          heavy: 1, 3, 4, 2, 2, 1, 3, 4, 4, 3.
troll a plays on light. they roll 4d4 and get 1, 2, 4, 1. They have two matching numbers in sequence, (1, x, 4, x) and score 2 points.
          troll b plays on standard. they roll 6d4 and get 2, 3, 3, 1, 1, 4. They get 1 matching number (x, 3, x, x, x, x). Better luck next time!

          Results:
0 matches- You miss every single step. It's a little embarassing. You receive a giant fat red 'F'. Announcer Frossa's voice giggles over the speakers, then says to try harder next time!
1-2 matches- You manage to hit a step here and there, but trip more than once over your feet. You pass the song but... get a rank C. Nothing to write home to your lusus about...
3-6 matches- You've got the hang of this! You keep a steady pace, moving with the beat and working with the footing rather than trying to return your feet to default position after each step. You get a rank B!
6-10 matches- This game is your dominion, and you are it's master. Your feet are a cartoonish blur, and you lean on the balance bar for support like a pro. You get an A for AWWW YEAH!

Fross☆ herself stands beside a lone DDR machine off towards the right of her booth. She greets each troll who steps up to her enthusiastically, with a hug or a handshake, then ushers them onto it. This is Dance Dance Reformation: Remix! A brand new song from Alternia's sweetheart, Fross☆, will debut each night at Bloodfest. Wow!!! She allows multiplayer, but will gladly play with anyone who requests it.

Each day, a new song will be posted along with the results from the previous night. Click the link above to access the flash game! When you're satisfied with your score, post the form below the spoiler along with a screencap that shows the song title and information, as shown. The 3 highest scores at the end of the night win, with rng being used as needed in the event of ties. The highest score earns a bloodfest ticket, too! Rp is optional, and feel free to quote melona for Fross☆'s attention.

reward tier:
1st: 100 star tokens, 1 bloodfest raffle ticket
2nd: 50 star tokens

In contrast to the many flashy DDR machines lining the booth, there's a lone dusty looking game sitting in the corner. It's a simple whack-a-groundbeast game, set to EXTREME difficulty. You have 100 seconds, and 100 targets. Go!

Once per day, you have the chance to roll a 1d100 and make a post of 25 words min. On a 99 or 100, please quote melona-pan!

I'M PLAYING DANCE DANCE REFORMATION!!!
name: acteon
difficulty: standard
score: 2

Another music booth, another place Acteon is dragged to by their lusus! They got onto the game pad and tried their best - but it was a lot harder than it looked. Frossa's music was way fast and peppy! They kind of had stubby legs, unlike their leggy lusus, who was eagerly trying to push them off to dance in their stead.

I'M PLAYING DANCE DANCE REFORMATION!!!
name: Avvisi
difficulty: HARD MODE OR NO MODE
score: ONE = 2 points

It was Frossa. There was no way in Busthind that Avvisi was going to miss time with Frossa. "Frossa!" Avvisi shouted like the rest of the fantrolls, waving her hands up in the air. The line was long, but there was no way Avvisi was going to miss this! She had her camera ready, her notebook open, and her eyes peeled. Sadly, having all these other things ready meant her dancing was quite bad. Just... quite bad...

Wack a Mole
Roll; 85

Avvisi flailed around on the dance machine. Any hope, any hope she had of impressing Frossa was gone, and so probably was her chance to talk to the star too. The tealblood flopped her way off stage, defeat in her eyes. She just... she just needed to accept that there was no possible way to impress Frossa, the only thing to do was to just give the booth a good review... and maybe wack a mole is defeat. It must have been her frustration, but somehow the tealblood managed to wack so many moles! She looked up from the game, finally finding something she could do in this booth. Maybe... maybe Frossa would be impressed by wacking moles...

I'M PLAYING DANCE DANCE REFORMATION!!!
name: Eilidh Rosach
difficulty: Heavy
score: 1

Eilidh had never played this game before but it did look really fun. Smiling softly as her turn finally came up, she put herself into position. Without paying attention, she selected a song on the heavy setting. It soon became very obvious that she wasn't skilled enough for heavy as she missed nearly every single note. Feeling the burn of failure, she slipped off the game and quickly moved to get out of here.

Emi purposefully didn't bring Masoal around to Frossa's booth. Sure, she thought Frossa was like, the coolest cool ice cold dude out there, but she had a feeling that Masoal wouldn't have the er.... same appreciation for. Unfortunately, keeping up with Frossa's footwork was difficult at best. How did she move like that? Idol life she supposed.

The other unmanned DDR booth, however, looked appealing. At least she could play on easier difficulties this way. She had a way easier time with it to boot.

"Damn this is fun as hell!" She laughed as she whipped around. Maybe she would bring Masoal over sometime! She wanted to chat with Frossa when she was less busy too...

Trevel smirked as he saw one of his favorite games opened in one of the booths. He waited his turn in line before unleashing his skills on dance pad. Remix was great and the music wasn't too bad either, sure it wasn't his but it was fine. After he finished his game, he frowned. Usually he did better but he supposed it wasn't too bad for a rigidity booth.

I'M PLAYING DANCE DANCE REFORMATION: REMIX!!!
name: Tsarzi Ameroc
score: 745,344
proof: A DDR master i am not
scoreboard name: TSR

Whack-a-Groundbeast
Score: 55

Tsarzi dodged the main attraction for today, finding the noise of the booth too much to stand through to wait through those lines. The popstar had done well for herself and it was interesting how the image appealed to so many trolls, but it certainly wasn't Tsarzi's taste and she could only stomach so much of it.

The rhythm game was an interesting practice in coordination, different than her own usual methods. Worth a shot. The line for the "remix" version of the game was much shorter though, so she took that route tonight.

The Whack-a-Groundbeast game was dusty and forgotten, but another practice in coordination and reaction time. Tsarzi spent maybe a bit much of her time examining how the game worked beforehand and the late game disrupted by noises and jostling. By the end of it, she hardly needed to check her score to know it was unsatisfactory and departed.

Eyzaak was thrilled to be able to attend bloodfest. Not only that..his friend had been the one to invite him. It made the bluebloods cheeks flush slightly. Rubbing his neck sheepishly he sighed as he waited in line. Watching those before him, his eyes widened. He hadn't ever really played to many of these kinds of games. He knew Trevel liked them...Eyzaak was better with shooters and fighting games, but this would be fun!

Darting over, he tried his best to follow along. All in all, he didn't do too bad and was quick to put in his first 3 letter initials. Grinning the pre-teen looked pleased with himself and his score.

I'M PLAYING DANCE DANCE REFORMATION!!!
name: Connie Silvio
difficulty: Heavy
score: 3 - Rank B!

Connie actually looked incredibly excited. She had just found an absolutely awesome booth! She loved dancing, even if she didn't think it was really anything she was great at. Waiting in line she huddled in the warmth of her coat. However, once it was finally her turn the glass blower rushed over, carefully shrugging off her warm winter coat. The extra weight would just get in her way. The sudden blast of cold made her shiver.

Inhaling a deep breath she psyched herself up for what was about to come. Pushing start, she purposely selected Heavy for difficulty. While she wasn't perfectly on point, Connie really gave it a good attempt. She felt like she was getting the hang of it! Before long she had made it through her song with 3 matches. 3/10 wasn't great but at least she'd nailed a B! She'd have to drag her brother to this booth tomorrow night~

I'M PLAYING DANCE DANCE REFORMATION!!!
name: Cerpin Sugall
difficulty: heavy
score: 2

The bright lights and crazy colors were a clear indicator that this booth belonged to none other than Frossa, winner of Superstar Authority, herself! Cerpin pushed his way through trolls to get a closer look. It was some kind of dancing game, huh? He was good at dancing, might as well give it a shot and try to show off! Bloodfest was looking really good this sweep. Finally there were some booths he could really get into!

He was out of breath halfway through it. This was not quite what he was used to when it came to dancing. Normally, he just moved however he wanted or did whatever he thought would look cool! It was completely different trying to match arrows on a screen. This would take some getting used to.

"I'll get it next time. Just watch." Cerpin shook his head in defeat but he was smiling as he left.
