Physical Description: Aryale is a beanstalk of a girl who is still growing into her build. She has her mother’s red hair and her father’s dark eyes and a whole smatter of freckles on a once-broken nose.
Personality: One doesn’t keep as many younger siblings as Aryale does without taking up the mantle of ‘parent-sibling’ - and oh, has she stepped up to the plate. She has spit-cleaned so many dirty faces and changed enough diapers that ‘dirty’ chores are just met with a general sigh, and any sudden disaster is met with the calm head of a girl who has bandaged up too many scraped knees and watched those younger than her fall down too many stairs. If anybody can be pulled in 8 directions at once and not feel overwhelmed by it, it’s Aryale, who accepts multi-tasking as just a normal part of her life.
On the flip side of this, she tends to come off as very serious, and while she does get jokes and has a sense of humor, she will always default to literals and can be a stick in the mud about her responsibilities - when she hasn’t even begun to see the worst of them yet. She can’t have fun when there is work to do! Others her age may find her very boring, having lost a certain sense of adventure as she’s gotten older and more responsible. The rules of others have a lot of weight in Aryale’s decision making process, rather than thinking about situations independently. She will shut down the fun of other's on the basis of getting in trouble in a heartbeat, especially if someone has made it especially clear.
Having spent turns and turns playing the mediator of children who don’t want to go to bed, want to get into trouble, and generally want to be underfoot, her ability to negotiate and spin words the way she wants to has had a lot of room to develop to an actual useful skill, and it is not difficult for Aryale to at least set up the grounds for what she wants from other people. However, she’s not above using that skill to get what she wants, and someone who can see her for what she is will find that while she has no ambition for power, she can be fairly manipulative.

History: Other: The first child of an infamous greenrider couple, A’star and Euryale, Aryale has grown up absolutely drowned in her parents’ love. While several children have followed after her, this fact has not changed that relationship. Her life has been fairly average for a Weyrbrat, and she has lived with little to no disaster in her life.
At least, on a personal level. Thread fall has hyperfocused a worry for her parents and she has taken it upon herself to lessen their burden in both taking care of her siblings, and trying to keep life as unstressful as possible.
But perhaps she will have a chance to shine out from under their shadows in the future.
