Physical Description: Cecil is a tall, thin young man with large blue eyes and very thick lashes. Although he's sometimes mistaken for a female because of his delicate bone structure, he's far from it -- his long fingers are especially adept at collecting small things. Cecil has shoulder length, thick black hair, a tanned complexion, and a surprising amount of muscle. He favors the colour white, along with soft creams. While not fashionable, he's a very clean, modest dresser.
Personality: Cecil is literally difficult to cause to hate you. Soft, sweet, tender, positive, loving, and generally the resident puppy, Cecil adores everyone, even people whom treat him badly and tries to be a little ray of sunlight. He is bright and usually smiling, and even more often out among people talking and getting to know them.
He is also fearless, and tries to carry too much on his shoulders. His own compassion can lead toi his own downfall and his love of all his fatal end-- he welcomes anyone as an old friend, with warmth, kindness, and compassion. This does not mean he is INCAPOABLE of hate, or of protecting those he loves howebver. Strong, confident, and determined, Cecil tries to look after others, but when he can't and must defend... He CAN fight tooth and nail, preferring only to injure, not kill. He is surprisingly responsible and especially gentle with women, as if afraid they might break ifg he touches them -- it actually bothers him that he's so goften acting like they're delicate flowers when most are not, and Cecil often seeks to try working past it. At the same time, he fears his own presence endangers them -- a man born of a pregnancy and birth that took his own mother from his family, and a man determined to look after others for it, despite his father's hopes for him.

History: Cecil is the younger son of a man name Kennie. A bright boy, he was never to meeth his mother whom he was named for-- although her husband and his older brother tried, Cecil was a difficult pregnancy, and his birth took her life shortly after she saw him. Cecil was raised and loved deeply by his father and brother, however earning how his mother died young left a deep sense o9f guilt in him for his mother's passing, a guilt that he hid, instead working hard to learn the art of healing like his father and brother, and he began shouldering responsibilities for boys much older, like his brother, to ease others' burdens. Much as his father wanted the best for his sons, they were wandering healers, often residing where they could using herbs and recipes passed to them from their family tree to treat the sick and injured.
It was while Thread returned that Cecil was tested -- his brother was scored by a spot of Thread and Cecil managed to pull him into a cavern before he was killed, and until it was safe, Cecil tended his brother's injuries, waiting for their fqather to catch up. When he did, the small family immediately began to work healing others.
It was during this mission Cecil was Searched by a young bgreenrider and his companion dragon, almost literally while tending to a Rider whom was injured during the Search. Cecil accepted his father's blessings, and travelled to Hig .
Other: Cecil learned healing all his life from his father. It's what he's good at, and what he knows. He's never been put through a Hall -- most of his knowledge is herbalism, or very, very old recipes copied and passed through the years. He's mostly god at first aid and would adore learning proper healing. And not getting stared at.h Reaches?
