There's a stereotype that black cats cause you to be unlucky. For this usdia, it's not the case, and she's upset about it. Wants to be unlucky, and tries her best to ruin the day of others. Her luck is SO good though, the ill she tries to cause always turns out making very good things happen. Very frustrating when you can't do your job as a black cat!!
