Abilities
- Nuclear Radiation Physiology: Tori's body is almost completely made up of nuclear radiation. The type of radiation changes sometimes based on her mood and sometimes by her will. Most of the time it is in the nuclear gamma state, which you can tell she's in by the color blue (this is the most dangerous and powerful state). She will automatically revert to this state when her guard is up or she's feeling the need to be on the defense. When she is calmer she will enter her nuclear beta state (green) and once she truly trusts someone she will completely relax and be in her nuclear alpha state (red). In any of her nuclear forms, Tori has enhanced pain tolerance but can still be harmed by extreme cold and extreme wind. One can use extreme cold to force her temporarily into her old human form or into her alpha state and extreme wind will feel like a million needles going through her skin since wind spread nuclear radiation around. Overall though, Tori's radiation will not impact those around her. She is able to keep the nuclear radiation she gives off contained in her form and only in the case of the weather being very windy or if she intentionally lets it go into the air will those around her be impacted. Wearing hazard suits or special face masks can protect you from breathing in her radiation.
-Nulcear Radiation Manipulation: Due to being made up of nuclear radiation Tori can also manipulate and control it. The kinds of nuclear radiation she can control are represented by her three colors: Blue, Green, and Red. Blue is Gamma which is the most dangerous nuclear state. She can do all kind of radiation damage in this state which includes intense burns, poisoning, organ failure, and causing cancer. Green is Beta which is a slightly less dangerous nuclear state. The most damage she can do outside a person's body like this is cause burns but if you breathe in these waves they are more damaging and can still cause poisoning. Red is Alpha which is the least deadly of all her nuclear forms. In this form, her radiation cannot penetrate paper let alone skin. If you breathe in these rays though they can still cause damage but only minor damage. You'd be sick for like a day or two then would be fine. Extremem cold also impacts how she manipulated radiation. If the weather is freezing or liquid nitrogen is poured on ehr not only will she revert to a weaker state but her powers over radiation will temporarily freeze.
- Nuclear Radiation Absorption: Tori can take in nuclear radiation and use that to fuel herself. She cannot use other kinds of radiation to fuel herself so like ultraviolet rays from the sun, radio waves, x-waves, etc. cannot refuel her.

Personality: Tori likes to put on a tough face around most people. The world sees her as a monster so she rolls with that and isn't afraid to use her powers to take what she wants. Deep down though Tori is truly afraid of herself. She feels guilty about some of the harm she has caused and never wants to lose control of herself. As a result, she does train hard and even breaks into science labs to try to run tests on herself to discover more about what she can do. Luckily, Tori is really smart and was always exceptionally talented in math and science so she is pretty good at understanding the results she gets back. She is sarcastic, stubborn, independent, and a go-getter. When her mind is set no one and nothing can change it or get in her way. She isn't always that patient though and tends to get frustrated easily which can make her powers act up.

Biography: Tori was always a very smart girl. School came naturally to her so she became rather cocky over time. This caused a lot of people to despise her in her years of school but she was also able to find a friend group of similar minded people. They were all at the top of the class but were hardly considered nerds. Most of them had various skills including talents in the arts (music, dance, or acting) or sports. The best way to describe the group was "too cool for school but too smart to quit." All of them saw school as their kingdom and they dominated it with their diverse talents.
Since Tori and her friends were all good at school they are didn't try that hard. While other crammed for big tests they went out camping, on road trips, played video games, etc. Admittedly, Tori's parents worried her a lot since Tori seemed to progressively gain an attitude but they knew she'd never do anything that would risk her getting expelled or in trouble. Getting into a good college was Tori's number one priority after all which is why in her senior of high school there was a lot of tension in her friend group. They all started to see each other as competition for places in the top schools so they ended up cutting connections with each other. This left Tori completely isolated and alone all senior year so she basically spent all her time at home. Her lack of interest in a social life was yet another worry for her parents so they tried to introduce Tori to their friends' children. Tori being her typically b***h, high standard self did not get along with any of them. She saw them all beneath her and made that clear.
When winter break rolled around Tori's parents had had enough of her sour attitude and sent her to a program that was meant to correct her behavior. She spent the entire winter break in a building set up like a prison with kids who she saw as being way more problematic than her. Most of them were druggies, violent, and most annoying of all, in her opinion, rather dumb. She ended up getting close to only one guy named Rico who was there for reasons, he claimed, that were similar to Tori's. The two became rather close but Tori had a suspicion that there was something more to Rico. Something more messed up. She pushed these thoughts away because she couldn't help but to really like him and the two even started dating.
The two maintained a long distance relationship for the rest of senior year but when college came around they applied for the same colleges. In the end, they both went to Harvard for science. It was during her time in college that Tori started to lighten up a bit. She started to be nicer to those around her and was even willing to socialize with those in majors that she used to consider pointless and ridiculous. As she started to improve social her boyfriend Rico became more controlling. At the time Tori was too blinded by her feelings for him that she couldn't see what he was doing. She believed that he wanted her to achieve more than anyone so he let her dictate who she talked to and even what classes she took.
They continued their unhealthy relationship all the way through senior year, which is when things went incredibly wrong. Tori was working on her senior capstone project and was partners with, you guessed it, Rico and a few other kids. Rico was their unofficial group leader and decided that the group should experiment with nuclear radiation for their project. He argued that nuclear radiation was so deadly and powerful but if they could figure out a way to weaponize it in a more controlled and safe way that not only would they get an A on their project but they could all become extremely rich. Of course, making weapons was not something the college would approve of but Rico insisted once they saw their work they'd change their minds. So, the group began to work on their project in secret. Everything was going extremely well for a while but then the accident happened.
Tori was doing just a routine check on the special " gas bomb" that they were building when the chamber they kept it in locked on her. It was only her and Rico in the lab at the time and she was able to see him through a window. She knocked on the glass and said, "Haha very funny Rico. And I thought you weren't the joking type. Now seriously let me out. We have to run some more tests on this." Through the glass, Rico looked at her with a twisted smile and said, "I couldn't agree more." At that, he set off the gas bomb with Tori in the chamber meant to contain it and set off some other strange reaction within the chamber that he never specified to Tori what it was. She didn't even know he was altering the chamber to interact with the gas. Tori screamed as she felt her skin melting off. The pain eventually changed to what felt like her body morphing into something completely different. Eventually, she blacked out, and when she opened her eyes she saw that the whole lab had exploded.
Looking around at the mess Tori couldn't believe it. The chamber had survived every single test they had done, so what was different now? She went to step forward to search for Rico, who now seemed to vanish and noticed her foot glowing. Her eyes scanned her whole body and to her horror, all of her way glowing. Looking to her left was a shattered mirror and quickly Tori grabbed one of the smashed pieces. When she looked into it she saw that her face was glowing blue, was slightly transparent, and that her eyes were replaced with nothing but a bright light. She screamed and dropped the glass. She tumbled back until she tripped over Rico's body. All his flesh had melted off and his organs were liquid. Tori completely lost it and grabbed onto Rico's dead body yelling, "What did you do to me Rico!? What did you do!?" But he was long gone.
Before long the cries and screams of other filed her ears. She looked around and noticed she was no longer on the floor that her lab originally was on. The explosion completely blew up the top levels of the building and wrecked the others. Hundreds of students int the building were dead, slowly dying, or were severely injured. A survivor stumbled out of some rubble, saw Tori, and freaked. She thought Tori was a monster and clumsily ran for help. Tori wa sin completely shock and didn't know what to do. She didn't know where to go because she didn't know what was wrong with her.
