Outfit | Tired | Runestone Park | Alone▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Blonde locks could be seen on the head of a man that towered above most. With his hands shoved in his pockets, the man flicked his de-saturated gaze around his person before continuing forward. Shiro seemed to have no real direction he was headed towards, the blonde simply wanted to go on a stroll. As his steps carried him, the man ended up in the outskirts of the vast metropolis. His smokey lenses watched as children seemed to be playing in the local area, Yushiro looked about before finding a bench to sit on to rest his feet. As his backside touched the wooden boards the blonde sighed and closed his eyes.
The man casually dug in to his pocket before pulling out a pack of Morley's and a lighter with a small engraving on it, the motion was so fluid it could be seen as second nature to the blonde. As the two objects were extracted from the man's pockets, a small metallic and circular object fell out of the article of clothing's slot. Hearing the sound of something metal hit concrete, Shiro looked down to find the ring he'd been holding on to on the ground. The blonde gingerly reached down and picked the piece up before idly examining it. He still had no idea what the engraving on the inside of the circular piece meant.
"R....Y.... The one I love..." He said before emitting a sigh from his lungs. Too many nights had been spent pondering the meaning with no fruition, so he was not about to spend any more effort on the matter. Placing the ring back in to his front pocket, the blonde turned his attention to his less-than-healthy hobby in his hands. Flipping open the pack with one hand, he popped up a small stick from the box before taking it in his mouth. While that hand was putting away the box of nicotine sticks, his other was starting the fuel on the lighter before bringing it to said cigarette. As the stick was lighted the metal rectangle was put back in its home as well. Inhaling deeply against the nicotine stick, pieces of the burning coffin nail fell on to the ground below him.
An exhale could be heard from the blonde as smoke filled the air from his lips. His own smokey orbs glanced from one side of the somewhat hidden park to the other. He had to admit it was nice to have such a place where he could indulge in such acts without being judged by the public eye. It seemed that most people were against smoking in this day and age, nicotine is bad for the body and all of that nonsense. Thankfully, with his enhanced body parts, nothing as simple as tobacco could harm him internally. Pulling the cancer-stick away from his lips, Yushiro closed his ashen lenses and leaned his head back with support from the wooden board. In a sense, he was mentally drained though he had no idea why. Such things annoyed him endlessly, wasn't he suppose to have near limitless stamina?!
The blonde squinted open an eye to make sure no one was approaching the man. What would once be welcomed by the naive boy was now annoying to the jaded man. What good would having someone approach him while smoking? There was a high probability that he would be scolded like a child by most, so he had no intentions of making "friends" out of the blue. If someone that knew him once before saw him now, he would probably be seen as his own older brother who looked down on his past self.

Finally arriving into Fantaisie City, the onyx-haired woman had wandered around for quite a long while. Was she lost? ********. Her job hadn’t really given her a damn map of the whole area. Did they honestly just expected her to find the client on her own? Bullshit. With an annoyed grunt, Robin bitterly stomped her way throughout different parts of the city. Each second of making wrong turns, turning back around, and having to stop to ask random citizens for directions, it made the girl increasingly aggravated.
Eventually, Robin had finally made her way into a completely different area. It varied a lot compared to the city itself. ” Runestone Park…? “ While still obviously annoyed from the constant walking and changing of directions, the natural area itself gave her a pretty serene vibe. Brown orbs scanned the park, taking in the environment as a whole. How did she end up here? She had no clue, but at least she was away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area of Fantaisie.
Robin had adjusted her bags on her shoulders while trekking through the new territory. It was actually… really nice out here! Quiet - besides the kids playing in the distance, away from judgmental eyes, and all around just calm. As her feet padded along the cobblestone ground, landing on top of the autumn leaves that left a satisfying crunch sound, the sudden smell of cigarette smoke filled her nostrils. While the scent was faint, her heightened sense of smell was able to pick it up fairly quick.
Inhaling a few short times, the strange woman decided to just follow the scent. Maybe whoever had the smokes would be generous enough to spare one nicotine stick. Hell, she didn’t remember when she had taken and interest in smoking. Her memory was already hazy as hell. While a few came into her brain here and there, they never seemed to come in a whole chunk. They always phased into like a piece at a time. Just to make sure that she never forgot them again, Robin actually took the liberty in jotting down whatever visionary part of the past that came to her.
Her leather boots soon brought her over to the backside of a blonde-haired male. Robin couldn’t see his face yet, but she could definitely see the transparent haze of the cigarette smoke that would escape from his lips. ” Oi, blondie. Got a spare? “

Outfit | Tired | Runestone Park | Alone▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ The blonde was enjoying his smoke in peace, letting the breeze brush on his skin as he sat in silence. The only sound to be heard was the frequent exhales from his lungs, blowing smoke in to the air. Yushiro was enjoying the quiet, finding it harder and harder to find moments like these as his life progressed. Tapping the butt of the nicotine-stick to knock off excess ashes, the man stifled a yawn while stretching his free arm over his head. Perhaps he was becoming too relaxed. Shiro brought the cigarette to his lips once more before inhaling slowly. If he was going to relax than he was going to relax.
His ears perked at the sound of footsteps approaching, the blonde tensed slightly and hoped that whomever was approaching would continue on their way. Sadly it did not seem that was the case as a feminine yet blunt voice could be heard calling him out, at least assuming so since he was the only "blondie" he could see. Internally cursing his luck, the blonde slowly sat upright before turning his head. As his slate grey gaze landed on an eerily familiar face, a sharp pain spiked in his artificial eye. The sudden jolt of pain was foreign to the man but not enough to make him keel over in suffering. Visibly wincing, the man could feel a static buzz in his head while a few images flashed in his mind. Did he know this girl? Why was she in his head? A few thoughts filled his mind as his hand shifted to subtly hold a side of his head in pain.
While lightly holding his head and slightly wincing, the man still had the manners to pull out his pack of smokes before flipping the casing open and offering one to the woman. "Here ya go Robin." The words escaped his lips without his foreknowledge and a look of worry flashed across his face. Just what was that? Why did he say something out of the blue and call this stranger "Robin.". Doing his best to calm his nerves, the man pulled out his lighter and offered it to the woman. "Sorry 'bout that... Don't know what just came over me. Long day I guess..." He said in a vain attempt to explain himself, his voice trailing off as he had no real explanation for what he had said beforehand.
At this point the man was trying his best to avoid eye contact with the woman, staring at anything but her as he spoke in fear of triggering any more jolts of pain or odd sentences. "They're the cheap kind but I hope they'll do..." He said as he brought his own smoking stick to his lips with a small inhale. "Quiet evening huh..." He said in a shitty attempt to make small talk.

A yawn had escaped the woman’s mouth as she had waited for the blonde to cough up the cigarette. However, it looked like she had gotten a bit more than a simple stick of cancer. The second he had turned his head, Robin felt a strange tight sensation in her chest. It felt oddly familiar, as if this wasn’t the first time she felt a stinging prod at her heart. Not only that… he knew her name? What was he, some kind of stalker? From what she could remember, she didn’t really have many people that she could categorize as “friends”. The only people who knew her name were the people she worked for. ” What the ********… “ The blunt girl said aloud, her hand once reaching out towards the cigarette and lighter now went out to grab the blonde by his damn shirt collar.
” Long day, my a**! How the hell do you know my name, hmm? “ With the profession that she had acquired over time, having a random stranger know your name wasn’t exactly the best thing. The raven haired brute had people come for her before, and none of those interactions had ended well. Let’s just say she had a lot more foes than she did friends. Who would want to be friends with someone who would beat the s**t out of you for no apparent reason? With an intense glare of anger and suspicion warping her face, her free hand was quickly brought up, balled up into a fist. The only thing she knew how to do best was punch her way through almost every situation possible.
In one swift motion, her fist almost came crashing down on the poor blonde’s face until something important had shown through. A heart. It was something so simple, yet held a lot of meaning that even she didn’t understand. Dumbfounded, Robin had instantly stopped what she had planned to do. Mighty knuckles had paused inches in front of the male’s face, while the other hand that had gripped his shirt so ferociously began to loosen up. Why were things getting so weird? Who was this guy?
Instead of attacking him like some wild animal, the young woman grabbed his face and started to rub and pick at the heart-shaped mark on the side of his face. It was something that she had definitely seen before! The more she inspected the mark, the more intrigued yet worried she became. All of those flashbacks that she had… she had a hunch that they were her lost memories, but some of them were so painful that she just assumed that they had to be nightmares. ” Holy shi- YOU’RE REAL? IT’S REAL! “ Robin practically gave out an almost inhuman screech out of the intense mix of emotions she was feeling. Releasing the boy completely, the strange screeching girl had dropped her gear, the whole thing landing on the ground and let out a heavy thud. Since she travelled so much, Robin practically carried her whole life onto her back. It was only recently that her organization had gotten her a house in Fantaisie since her client had lived here. Anyways, like a mad-woman, she began to rip and rummage through her belongings, tossing things to the side. Clothes, utensils, blankets, even a couple weapons were thrown about in her little fit of maybe rage? She didn’t know how she felt - she couldn’t explain it. It took her awhile, but she finally pulled out a thick red journal. On the spine of the book, it had a heart engraved onto it. For someone who was completely unorganized with her life, she certainly made sure that she would at least be able to collect fragments of her memories in a neat way.
In the red journal, that’s where she kept all of the records of the blonde with the heart on his face. He had shown up multiple times in many flashbacks that she had, so she figured it had to have been important, right? Now, what was his name? She only caught it once in an old, old, memory from months ago. ” I… I wrote it! I know I did! Now where… “ Robin aggressively flipped through page after page until in the corner of one of the very last few pages it was there. ” Shiro! “ Oh god, this was becoming into a very overwhelming situation. All of the memories that were lost, and she somehow found a large piece of it after all this time? The universe wasn’t playing some sick game, was it? Robin still held the journal in her hands, trying to force them to stop shaking so damn much. ” O-Oi… Is that your name? If it is, I’m gonna ********’ explode…! “

Sick. That’s all she had felt in those short few moments. Honestly, from the increasing pain from her chest, she felt like she was going into cardiac arrest. All she wanted was a damn cigarette, not a trip to the hospital! While she was a bit relieved to have something that could help piece her memories back together, she wasn’t necessarily jumping for joy at this point in time. Her emotions and thoughts were all just a complicated and jumbled up mess. How was she supposed to feel about this stranger? Re-reading all of the things she had jotted down in the red journal, it was obvious that their past selves knew each other, but them now? She had no clue. All she knew about him was that his name - or nickname rather - was ‘Shiro’. Trying to describe her own emotions towards that was too difficult to do. They didn’t teach you different feelings or people’s reactions back at the lab. They taught you how to fight and finish a job - that’s it. If she couldn’t solve things with her hands, what was she supposed to do? Life didn’t come with a damn user’s manual!
Sitting on the ground, legs crossed into a pretzel, Robin tried collecting her own thoughts and attempted to think about what to do next in this situation. What could she do, anyways? They couldn’t just go back to being all buddy-buddy. Technically, she still didn’t know him in the slightest! Besides, something was… off about him. From what she could gather from her notes, the man before her was not the man from her memories - personality wise. The blondie that she met in the past was apparently similar to her, just more goofy, cheesy, cheerful and… kinda cringey. Could time change the man that much? ” Tch. What am I thinking? I barely remember what I used to act like… “
Diving deeper and deeper into the abyss of her own confusion and thoughts, the only thing that seemed to pull her out was when the blonde had practically keeled over! Snapping back to reality, Robin’s head quickly turned to see Shiro blacked out. Did she break him?! Maybe the heart on his face was actually a reset button? ” Is… Is he dead? “ She didn’t have time to go to jail! With an annoyed sigh, Robin started poking and prodding at his face once more, digging her digits into his skin as if poking him hard enough would wake him back up. She might’ve been strong, but she definitely wasn’t strong in the brain department.
Luckily for her, he wasn’t out for too long. With curious eyes, Robin observed as Shiro finally came to his senses and began to stand back up. So much for looking “normal” as there were already a few that were looking at the two with strange peering eyes. ” So you’re her, huh… “ He said it faintly, but her trained ears picked it up easily. ” What do ya mean by that? “ Her voice was still a bit blunt and harsh, but it was her usual speaking tone. People skills weren’t her strong suit, that’s for sure. Did he find her strange? There was, without a doubt, that she was indeed strange. Probably borderline crazy, but she was trying! After having your memory taken away and broken into little bits, it was hard trying to act “normal”.
Re-introducing himself, her gaze glanced at the male up and down before a slight scowl appeared. Where was the goofy smile that her mind always bombarded her with? Was this really the same guy? People grow up, which was a fact that she knew, but for some reason there was this nagging thought in the back of her head that didn’t like it. Going back to the way things were was a probable no-go. It was apparent that they both had no clue about the other until just recently. Even then, there was still a slight air of stranger vibes… at least for her. She felt frustrated, maybe? Ugh. She didn’t know what the hell she was feeling. It was all just a mess.
Speaking of which… Brown eyes ripped their attention from the male’s face towards the huge mess of clutter and junk that she had threw around the area. The ground was littered with her belongings which was going to be a pain to put it all back. Groaning in irritation, Robin rose to her feet and started to grab her things. While doing so, she shot Shiro another angry looking glance before looking away a second later. ” Whatever… Just stay away from me, got it? I don’t like your face. “ It was rude response towards his nice greeting, but what was she supposed to say? With all of the confusion and intense pain that she had felt from just looking at him, the girl felt that it was better to try to keep a distance. It was most likely a childish thing to do, running away from things that made you uncomfortable, but still… it was either fight or run at this point.

Perhaps life had taken too much of a toll on the man but he wasn't about to let a chance to figure out parts of his already empty past! The man tried his best to explain his meaning. "Ah- Uhm... Sorry... I'm still a little baffled from the sharp pain that... Knocked me out..." He said, feeling a bit silly that he had indeed lost consciousness like a child. Rubbing the nape of his neck Perhaps he could simmer the rambunctious woman down if he tried to act like the one in his memory, a naive and happy go lucky boy. Though something told him that if he tried he would be called out on his facade, at least until he was able to dig out those emotions from the past.
A small sigh escaped the man's lips as his mind replayed the memory as much as he could, absorbing as much of it as possible. If he was going to try and put the pieces back together, as much as he disliked it, he needed to keep his interactions with this woman going.
As if she had read his mind, it seemed that the honey gazed woman was preparing to leave! Furrowing his brow, Yushiro felt a tinge of resistance at her words. A small sense of stubbornness surfaced on his persona. "You're not curious!? I woke up one day with twenty two years of my life missing! And apparently I won't even get one fourth of that back no matter how hard I try!" He unintentionally exploded out.
Had the man not been told his own past by someone at one point, explaining the blondes origins, Yushiro would have no clue just how old he was or how much time he had lost. The blonde was most definitely not one to get upset over things, but something inside him bent when told that an assumingly critical piece of his past was about to do everything in their power to avoid him. His pale gaze burning in a mixture of passion and anger. He vehemently refused to let the onyx haired woman simply walk away. Even if he had to pester her to the end of time.
Feeling a bit down from her words, the blonde reached to grab another cigarette but ended up pulling out the delicate piece of silver in the shape of a ring. Glancing at the graving's once more, Shiro debated on asking the woman just what it was. Deciding against it, he internally scoffed and put the piece of shining metal away. "I'll figure it out later. For now I need to make sure she doesn't walk out of here" He thought to himself before stepping towards Robin as she packed her things.
"What good will running away do? You'll constantly be wondering what happened and why I'm a part of it. I know I'll be doing the same." He said while folding his arms, letting the two limbs rest below his pectorals in a crossed fashion. And I don't care if you don't like my face. When I look in your eyes it feels like something is gnawing at my brain." The man stated in a matter of fact kind of way. Yushiro simply wanted to get rid of this itchy and somewhat painful feeling that arose whenever he tried to recall the past, and it seemed that this proud woman was just the ticket he needed.
"If you stay I'll let you smoke with me. Can we just talk?" His initial demeanor calming a bit as he tried numerous ways to get the midnight-haired lady to just sit with him. Although he knew that things would not be completely figured out in one day, what was the harm in simply talking? Plus it would be a shame if he was cut off from a potential way to regain his memories and vice versa. Though he was not absolutely sure if the woman cared. Tapping his foot in a slightly impatient manner, one of the few traits he kept from his past self, he waited for her answer.

Finally collecting the last item that was thrown on to the ground, Robin was a bit taken back from the blonde’s sudden explosion. She knew she did it a lot, but it was a bit weird seeing someone else do it to her. The raven-haired woman was used to the common occurrence of people avoiding her at all costs. Hell, even some of her co-workers at time wanted nothing to do with her. She was unpredictable with her actions, brash, rude, and above all else, stubborn like a mule. Now that she was finally going to leave a person alone, she was getting yelled at for it? Who the hell did he think he was? Her dad? Shoving her crap into her bag, Robin swiftly stood up and crossed her arms, mocking Shiro’s actions to spite him. ” What’s it to ya? And it’s not my problem that your memory is all screwed up, too! I ain’t some kind of brain doctor, I can’t fix ya! “ Robin nearly exploded right back at the tall blonde, but she tried to calm herself down. This was too much for one day, and any further, she’d probably give herself a damn aneurysm.
Shutting her eyes and exhaling deeply, the female pinched the bridge of her nose as she tried to recollect herself. It was obvious that being angry wasn’t doing anything. It wasn’t even pushing him away like she was expecting. If anything, Shiro seemed hella persistent on them talking even though it brought the two some kind of weird pain. ” Ugh… are you always this damn pushy? “ Biting the inside of her cheek, she continued to give him a rather annoyed expression.
She wanted to leave even if her mind was trying to pressure her into sorting her fragmented memory back. He was definitely a big puzzle piece that she knew she needed, but the girl was too proud and too headstrong to let it happen. Not only that… she was scared. Keeping a record of her memories, good and bad, she was quick to notice how much of the negative outweighs the positive. What if what the two had in the past was all nothing but a dark void of lousy remembrance? If that was case, then she didn’t want to know. Maybe being naive to the truth was better than… whatever feeling she was experiencing right now.
Her legs were ready to take her away from this place until he spoke once more. ” You’ll be constantly wondering what happened and why I’m a part of it. “ Damn it! Was she just an open book that he could read easily? Well… keeping multiple journals for just different memories in general did give off a rather desperate vibe to her… As much as she hated to admit it, he was right. She hated it! ” Damn it… “
Releasing a heavy sigh, the mulish woman took a few steps closer to Shiro, a hand outstretched towards him. If she was going to smoke… then maybe talking wouldn’t be too hard, even though the thought was kind of unbearable. ” Get to talkin’ then, Shiro… “ Her usual scowl had softened slightly into more of a childish pout.

Oh! He was really trying to make her mad, huh? Although his tone didn’t give off any notion that he was trying to pick and poke at her, but his statements were enough to make the girl’s face go red. Intensely rolling her eyes, Robin popped the cigarette into her mouth and swiped his lighter to fire up the end of the rolled up tobacco. Taking a long drag from the stick between her fingers, she could feel the smoke fill up her lungs before she released a bit of it out of her nose. Already, she felt a bit more calm. While it wasn’t a good habit to have, it wasn’t like the effects of the cigarette was going to harm her. She could thank her rapid healing powers for that. Especially now that she had a job where she was more likely to get harmed in multiple ways. Just when she was just about calm enough to hold a civil conversation, the request for her journal made Robin tense up.
” My book…? Hmm… “ Amber eyes were laced with a sheen of suspicion and defensiveness. She was always a bit protective of her things, most especially her memory logs. If she lost them, then that was it! She needed them to keep record of her foggy past, so losing them meant losing a part of herself. Still… If they knew each other, maybe him reading through it would unlock some other important things for the duo?
Giving out a small grunt, the charcoal-headed woman reluctantly passed over the red colored journal, however, she kept a tight grip on it the second it touched the Shiro’s hand. ” Hey, be careful with it, too! Hurt this thing and I’ll hurt you, capiche? “ There we go again with the threats… That was the typical response that she gave to anyone, although, she felt… weird doing it to him? From all the past memories that she had seen, she never really saw them in negative situations with each other. Or at least, her brain hadn’t shown them to her as of yet.
The memories that were contained in the red heart journal were just simple things that she had managed to catch during her quick visions of the past with him. The most prominent one was their very first interaction it seemed. In the margins of some of the pages, Robin had doodled most of the more humorous events. The smoking whack-a-mole machine that she had accidentally abused, the arcade owner yelling at them, and then the two bending the guns that were attached to a shooting video game. Their first meeting wasn’t how normal humans had it, but she still felt some fondness to it somehow. The rest of the pages that she had scribbled on weren’t so transparent with the events. Lately, most of her memories came back almost in the form of dreams. She didn’t need a full 7 hours of sleep like the average human needed. With a 3 hour nap, she was full recharged! However, staying asleep for the full 3 was becoming increasingly difficult at times. Usually after waking up, she’d scramble to record it all.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- July 14th 20xx,
I had another dream today… I think? I somehow end up at some extravagant event, like a ball, maybe? There were a lot of people there. I think it’s some fancy hotel? I apparently had a friend - weird as that may seem - but the blonde guy is here. He looks… nervous? Is that the feeling? s**t, I’m not feeling so great myself. I think I might be sick? My stomach’s feeling all queasy… like it’s tying itself into multiple knots. It doesn’t hurt… but I haven’t felt that way before. Is it because of him? Apparently the blonde kid knows how to waltz. The memory cuts off after that… It felt… fun. I don’t remember having that much fun like that before the blonde kid showed up… Weird…

Outfit | Tired | Runestone Park | Robin▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Just what was she so defensive about? It was just a simple book, right? The blonde gingerly took the book from Robin's hand before beginning to flip through the pages. He had to wonder just what was hidden within this documentary that triggered such a flashback. Ashen lenses studied the pieces of paper, a small chuckle unintentionally coming from him while examining her drawings. They were quite cute and got straight to the point, something he could appreciate. "Seems like we both recall things differently..." The words came out with no real intentions, just stating the thought as it came to mind. While his memories were nearly picture perfect, there was no way he could write them down and accurately describe what he saw. Noticing the sudden drop in details, Yushiro pondered if the midnight haired woman was having some issues with her recollections.
Fingers delicately flipped to the next page before absorbing the information before him. Ball? Waltz? He could not completely understand the words but had a vague idea of what the writing described. Spending a few moments to re-read the entry, a small memory of his own began to play in parallel to the words. It was as if he was trying to watch a black and white television show and read a book at the same time. Though more of his focus was placed on his own memory as a few extra details unfolded. The one that had joined Robin in coming to the festivities, Jeni, had taken some form of picture of the two before happily leaving to the bar. Quickly following after to appease Robin's embarrassment, the blonde had spoken with her in private, though part of him seemed to have followed to sort out the strange feeling in the pit of his stomach. "Aw, you like her... Simple as that.".
The last of the memory rang in the males head. He had never understood the notion of love after waking up with so much time lost. Perhaps this was why? Maybe... Just maybe his heart would not allow him to move on? Yushiro shook his head in protest, that was a thought that belonged in fairy tales. Obviously he did not have the rest of his memories so who knew what happened?! Slapping his cheeks to snap himself back to the present before handing Robin her book back. The blonde stared in to the woman's honey lenses in a determined fashion. Almost like a child would when they want something.
Restoration 4.2%...
The small number in the corner of his vision made him want to die. Just how much was there left to go!? At this rate he would be clueless about himself until he was forty! Shiro huffed before puffing his cheeks, he would definitely have to think of a much better way to increase that number. It was as if his own system was mocking him! "Too slow... At this rate nothing will be solved. There's got to be a faster way!" He exclaimed in a needy manner, perhaps some of his antics were seeping through with only such a small amount of his memories in tact. Dusty orbs watched the woman's amber gaze in an expectant manner. Though logically he knew that not much else could be done, Shiro still wanted there to be an answer! "What if!... What if, What if we tried doing different activities! See if anything is jogged from the memory banks!" He said with the snap of his fingers, almost as if he had just come up with a brilliant idea. Though it was not much of one at all.

Almost like a mother bear watching over her kid, she eyed Yushiro intensely as he flipped through the pages in the journal. She wasn’t normally possessive over just everyday items, but if it held all of the key parts to her past, of course she’d get defensive! Before she got the bodyguard job, Robin was just the average run of the mill hobo. Travelling from city to city with nothing but a couple things and her journals, there was bound to be some mishaps where she’d either got her stuff almost stolen or misplaced. Now that she had a decent job, and a temporary home for now, she had hoped that maybe her journals would be safe from harm. Eventually, curiosity got the best of her and she started scooting a bit closer just to see what journal entry he was at.
Honeyed orbs took a peek at the page and noticed him chuckle at her little doodles. Of course, a pout came through once again as she crossed her arms over her chest and stomped her left foot to the ground. ” Oi, don’t laugh! …I did my best. “ The woman grumbled with the last statement being somewhat muted. While Robin did come off as a lazy procrastinator at times on certain jobs, she did work fairly hard when it came to cosplaying or her small doodles. They weren’t professional artist worthy, but her doodles did help her flesh out certain projects and costumes.
Once her book was handed back, Robin was quick to snatch it back and tuck it neatly back into her bag with the other two she had kept. It was probably a bit overboard with having multiple journals for her memory records, but she wanted to be as accurate as possible. She had to make sure they were in correct order once she gathered all of the pieces together. It was kind of just like one confusing puzzle game that was constantly missing the right pieces. Slowly yet surely, she’d be able to having all put together, right?
Since it didn’t seem like the two were getting anywhere with either of their messed up recollections, the impatient girl was just about to call it quits until he had proposed up a new idea. ” Huh? Activities? “ What was he trying to do? What would get their minds up and running? Before she said anything critical, her cell phone began to ring in her back pocket. Uh oh, it was the big boss. He was probably bugging her about her current job. Great… ” Hold that thought, blondie. “ Answering and stepping away, Robin had answered only to be bombarded with a series of loud yelling and shouts. Nothing out of the ordinary, honestly. She had avoided his calls and messages all day since she didn’t feel like getting nagged. With another roll of her eyes, she finally managed to get a few words out, ” Yeah, yeah, yeah…! Calm your a**, I’m in the city. I’ll find him soon enough. “ Without even waiting for her boss to respond, the onyx-haired woman hung up and turned her phone off. Her client could wait, this was important. Returning back to the blonde with the heart tattoo, Robin grabbed her bag, swinging it over her shoulder before shooting him a blank stare and a raised brow. ” Well? What ya got in mind, blondie? “

"Got my family And I've got all my friends I've been lucky in my life And I got no money but There's no need to give up I've been lucky in my life
As I live my life With a smile on my face Will I be lucky in my life? Even when I'm feelin' down It's okay 'cause I know I could be lucky in my life"
Yukiro ☯ Miyasa
Aimless wandering was a real knack of his, but at least it usually lead him to ok places. Maybe it was his connection to the realm of spirits or his kindly nature, but it always seemed like the universe took care of him, at least a little bit. Like right now, for instances; he had not been paying a bit of attention to the general direction he was going, just using his white cane to make sure he didn't trip over anything, and yet he had managed to find himself in a more mountainous and quiet area just like home. Searching with the stick, he found a series of steps and near them a railing. He began the long assent, pacing himself as he had no clue how high he would have to climb. He held a parasol over his head, not to block the snow which he rather liked, but to keep the sun off of him; even in the winter he could get a sunburn, which was terribly embarrassing. To the side of the path, he found obelisks and signs, detailing the different spirits that were said to live here and watch out for the children who played within this park. He blushed ever so slightly, "I am sorry dear spirits, I did not know any of you lived here. I promise next time I come I will bring you an offering. Please do forgive my rudeness." He doubted that many people left offerings, that didn't seem popular in these modern times, but he always liked to, so that the spirits knew someone was appreciative of them.
It wasn't too many steps up to the top, not like the climb to the shrine back at home. Hearing no one else around, he folded up his white stick and dropped it into a pocket, then closed his eyes and started walking around, listening to the voices in the air. This really was a magical place; he would have to offer up many prayers of thanks for helping him to find this locale.
"Then after all I sense the end is dawning These lunatics deny the truth
I know I will not fail There'll be
War It's now or never We shall stand together One by one This world is sacred I'm coming home"
