Abilities
Manifestation - she can create something from what appears to be nothing. Actually she just telepathically orders something from a far away place and has it shipped in so to speak. Note that certain items will be cursed, cheap knockoffs, or completely wrong depending on how she perceived it or whatever. Anything she creates will give off a strange energy reading. An alien energy reading that differentiates it from objects that are supposed to exist in this world. Unless it’s something that came from here then it will have no such thing. If you can detect magic you can detect this. For the best results a request must be sent to “the North Pole” secret base
Dazzling effects- she can use illusion magic to make things more dazzling and distracting. Though she can’t make it necessarily less scary... that dazzling pillar of flame is still a scary inferno of death.. it’s just a better looking one
Alien scientilirificness - she can defy normal science rules to create things that normally shouldn’t work. The more contrived and silly the explanation of how it works the better it works. How does one create a flying sled pulled by reindeers? Orphan tears and sugar obviously! Most things that work will be simple things someone has heard of like bioengineered bean stalks or disguises that make werewolves look like old women.
Induce craving - she can induce cravings for things that people like. She just has to know what you like and then she can psychically induce a craving for it. It won’t drive normal people insane or anything. Drug addicts might have an issue. This effect is permanent as long as one and herself perceives themselves to be remotely close to her worldly form OR being interacted with, watched, or otherwise manipulated by her in some way. For example if someone is running from her and doesn’t realize she’s nearby it won’t work unless she explicitly targets them directly. She could do this through a phone or tv screen but this would require some manner of immersive experience drawing their attention towards the screen. In general this requires that all involved parties be aware of each other, in reasonably close proximity to at least something representing one another, and some telling effects.. that is to say this isn’t some ninja ability, you’ll know this is happening to you whether you care to stop it or not.

Personality: Villianous by nature but not necessarily evil. She does evil things mostly for fun, her natural tendency is to merely be “the villain” though she sometimes finds herself becoming the anti-hero as a result of this.
She likes destructive activities but very much prefers constructive ones that oppress and subjugate others. This makes making friends a bit hard but she is also a very good businesswoman as a result.. she’d rather just buy some.
She is highly irked by innocent souls who don’t realize they are being used like cattle, particularly children who seem to all think she’s some sort of doll. Incidentally her attempt to make young people more aware of the forces that control their worthless lives for her own sadistic pleasure ended up becoming a big hit in fantasie city at some point and inspired dozens of young entrepreneurs....
She is a busy body and tends to enjoy odd things. Flattery being among them.

Biography: Once upon a time an alien race of hyper dimensional beings sought to subjugate the world in which fantasie city exists.. but the people of this world perceived them as strange evil doll-like midgets and couldn’t seem to get past this fact. Even as they wiped out remote civilizations their victims could t seem to stop snickering at them and their power to dominate them was a bit limited so deep into this dimensional space which was also the reason they couldn’t manifest as something more imposing. In the end most gave up but some took a liking to this world and continued to peruse conquering it in other ways.
Sana’s tale began from her base she established at the North Pole seeking a way to create revenue and engineer human society by giving precious coal to naughty children and useless distracting toys to good ones. The plan worked but human greed merely turned this into some marketing tradition that depicted her evil organization as a single fat, bearded man in a red outfit of some sort.....
Somehow each time she tried something new she seemed to further assist humanity instead of subjugating it.. she made a lot of money in the process though and more or less became an artist of mass human suffering and oppression and a symbol of prideful greed. However once again she was too cute to be taken seriously so she just kindof turned into an internet meme.
Life here wasn’t all that she hoped for but to her it was like playing an mmo from many existences away. A role play game of sorts. She’d not been around for a while but after a strangely successful book deal she now seeks to gain power to abuse in a obscenely nefarious yet intricate and expressive manner. Unfortunately it seemed she’d be getting her start as an artist and someone perceived to be a member of the organization they now referred to as though it were a single person named “Santa claus”. It was a single person but seemed to be represented by hundreds of people. Older people luckily seemed to dismiss the idea that someone could infiltrate their home in some magical way so she wasn’t considered a serious threat at first. And so her new home in fantasie city would begin her new life away from life as a strange little book writer and entrepreneur who by some chance was occasionally asked for presents.
Strengths
✓ magic??? What people here call magic is like simple physics to herself. She specializes in spatial magic. She can make things fit where they should not and can enter locations through pathways that aught not exist. Of course she’d have to actively create such vast spaces and pathways.
✓ savvy businesswoman, perhaps a bit too savvy. If you gaze into her eyes for too long you might accidentally buy something. Some have been known to purchase twenty things then wake from a sort of hypnotic daze
✓ wealth magnet. As if the universe willed it money and other wealth will seem to flow in her direction from various places as long as she is anywhere where something like a spy network or society manipulating alien race watching from outer space could trace you to.
✓ high intelligence- she smert.
Weaknesses
✗ she’s not physically all that strong
✗ tiny-lightweight. Mostly useless in fair combat
✗ terrible singer, comically bad. Also any speech she gives will somehow give the impression she’s an oppressive monster of some sort no matter how kindly she attempts to behave. She is unable to conceal her true nature for the most part.
✗ lacks the ability to care about right and wrogn even if she wanted to. She only knows the difference because certain acts make people whine more

Extra information:
Starting off in possession of some magical transportation magic tome belonging to an ancient magical civilization. Very nifty for breaking into people's houses temporarily like an astral projection with solid form. Requires some manner of beacon though like a Christmas tree or something associated with the holidays. She can stay at the target location but can only go back to her original location from there, seems to only work around certain times of year. She'll have to find some other treasures to keep something so tyrannical going... hmmm. For now she's still doing the santa thing because she simply enjoys being worshipped even if its as some fat loser who has nothing better to do than put toys together.
