They have meanings that can’t be directly translated and can even change in reaction to various magics but they are innately understood by dark beings and those filled with extreme vice as something that marks a sinful “beast” forever beyond salvation... true salvation anyways. Upon her spine is an unchanging symbol that would be understood best as “the concept of materialism and/or lust for all things worldly” Those who aren’t dark beings may or may not interpret such things properly. A perfect saint may simply sense that there is something sinister about her existence

Abilities
(Note: she has no special combat abilities but is very much capable of using simple Magic’s appropriate for an evil spirit. As a rule combat is not a part of her nature and she is limited in how she can combat others no matter how much she were to train. For the most part RPCs can interact with her and I’ll just adapt as appropriate to the scenario.)
Magical existence - she can do some things that wont make sense and shouldn’t be allowed to happen in reality. However she is also subject to certain reasonable magical rules and reactions. If she somehow finds a way to manifest some lock to lock you in a cage or if she just buys one from the store if you perform the actions of a thief ritualistically even if you don’t quite get it right you will simply get lucky and probably succeed. She can be warded off with anti-magic and summoned with spells meant to draw in such things if she’s willing to or is simply overwhelmed into answering the summons. The air around her will always have a magical energy about it and anything she does to anyone will have some detectable magical element to it. One could use her as a catalyst for a spell if they liked. (Note: if she summons a fireball of doom a trained spiritualist type person could stop it with some chanting and a random fire extinguisher or even a child’s drawing of a fireman, stopping or enabling her symbolically will also work)
Ethereal form - she can vanish into eather and reform freely. If one wishes to harm her they need only follow the rules of “magical existence” If you stab her she will heal but if you use a special ritual knife (that you bought on the Internet) then it will have a lasting effect. Other magical beings or other beings Magic’s will have greater effect on her form since magic inherently should interact with magical things.
Invoke temptation - Without a word or even more powerfully with a word she can use a suggestive power to drive others, even en masse, towards some end. The more it appeals to their nature the more effective it will be. She can do this actively but when interacting with a specific target in any way it will work passively as well. To put this and its weaknesses simply she effectively has a noticeably far higher charisma than one might expect from her. To hide her presence is hardly a strength of hers as this never turns off and she herself cannot effectively undo this without contradictory actions or another power.
Demonic influence - upon indulging oneself with her be it romantically, sexually, through a contract, or even simply engaging her as a friend one will find that she will have extremely good luck resulting from their actions no matter how improbable at the expense of their own good fortune no matter how improbable. However the threshold of how much luck can favor her is partly dependent on the victims capabilities. If she is dating a doctor for example, he might have bad luck with his surgeries while she happens to get the grand prize in one of those crane arm games at the arcade. But if they play cards together and he sucks at cards she will get less benefit as this is not a true invocation of luck.. it can be thought of as luck to simplify it but where true luck is involved a devils luck just might run out.
Infinite consumption - she consumes magical energy and can convert solid things she consumes into magical energy. She can eat anything, and any amount of it. But in this current form of hers she can only take in so much at a time. As a semi-spiritual existence her main source of nutrition is basically a diet of materialism, lust, carnility, and over-indulgence. It is possible for her to avoid “digestion” and “retrieve” what she consumed as well. She can be thought of as something similar to a living magical storage space.

Race: Demon
Personality: She is indulgent and materialistic. Even if she cared to try not to she is driven naturally or otherwise to drag others down a similar path to her own. Though indecent and lewd, she indulges herself in the world around her thus giving meaning to whatever odd acts she commits and thus may come off as one with good self control or some sort of morals at times. Compared to most demons she is both relatively harmless on a person to person basis but is a danger to the masses who might yield power to her as if she is perceived to have some power by many she lacks the wisdom or will to do anything productive or particularly progressive with it and will of course drive the masses down the same path whether she wants to or not.
She is evil but she is not unreasonable. She even tends to favor a good ambitious person over a boring evil one.

Biography: before this life she lived many others.. little by little she manifested within the hearts of those who had given up on being good people. One day she found herself in various places, she could touch others and be touched! Sometimes she appeared in clubs dancing with others.. sometimes she dances on a pole for a crowd. Sometimes she was a substitute teacher or even an assistant to someone who yelled into cameras about politics. Each time she appeared she could hear something out in the world.. an echo of a tale, an urban legend about her or some fantasy, the dream of many failures who frequented many places. One day the blackouts stopped and she simply was... she had nowhere to go and nobody in particular to be. She only had a music producer before her on a dance floor looking for a young girl with a pretty voice to exploit. He thought she was playing when she called him daddy but she really did consider him to be her father or at least the father of her form. From there, one after the other she anchored herself into this existence within the underbelly of Fantasie City’s entertainment industry.
Luckily for the many the luck of the few ran out.
Her voice became popular in the backgrounds of many small time hits but her career’s ascension to dangerous levels was thwarted by the exposure of this man and his colleagues who took advantage of and exploited young idols. As is with life in general, those who indulged in the sun found themselves in hell.. herself included. She wanted to play the victim but despite having found how easily she could influence others she just couldn’t stop smiling thinking of what a terrible thing she’d participated in. But of course she’d committed no crime, she was just a sort of fallen idol sent back into the darkness of the uptown areas to slither about to her hearts content.
Supported by some film enthusiasts and random perverts she lived a quiet life studying all sorts of things. She’d been here a long time now and knew the ways of at least this part of the world. She saw how much joy it brought her to be acted upon by so many people and now wanted to act upon them.. all of them. She didn’t seek revenge or anything, she simply wished to try her hand at the art of consuming lives with her favorite things.
