Comments: I was going to add one more character, but I couldn't really get it to the point where it seemed like it made sense so I left out the android I wanted to add to fit in the "robot" theme.

Oh well.... I'm happy with how it turned out at least.

Comments: So..... I almost didn't draw anything for today, at first, none of the themes really inspired me, but then I thought about transparent, bioluminecent jellyfish and how pretty they are, how deadly they could be.... and thought it would be cool to design a mermaid after one.

Comments: Not gonna lie.... I've really struggled with the themes today.... I couldn't decide on a design/pose, kept changing it, not happy with what I had drawn and tried again and still don't like it.

We'll see if I can get something competed in the future.

Theme: Naga



Comments: These two characcters are from a story called Ophidian Mists, which sadly was an unfinished story but beautifully written work I followed for quite some time several years ago. I've gone back to re-read it a time or two, despite it not being completed I loved the characters and the interesting society of the naga species they had created.

Thorn (the red head) is the son of a poor farmer, and destined to be a farmer himself to carry on family traditions despite the fact that he hates it. Kaven (the albino) is the son of the top general, and destined prince of the Naga kingdom, but has fallen in love with the young man who saved his life, after being left for dead in a military attack by the centaurs and is at the edge of the kingdom (on Thorn's family land). He gives Thorn his heavily jeweled gold cuffs so that Thorn can follow his dreams of going out to become a well known bard.

Theme: Giraffe



Comments: TBH, I kind of think that giraffes are goofy looking, at least from head on, their faces seem really disproportionate, and dorky. My mom thinks they're really pretty... got to feed one at a zoo not too long ago, thought it was really gross. We got slobbered on while feeding them leaves. Ewe... my nephews loved it though.
