Day # 1
Theme: Say Hello!; Artist Profile Sheet; ...Toys...??



Comments: at first i was like, this is too sketchy, i'll have to come back to it on another day.
then i got through all the details and i'm like okay, i'll call this done regardless of sketchy details =v=
the things stuck in the coat are... toys?????
this is probably the avie outfit i'll wear for most of the event so i'll let this represent me '7'

Day # 2
Theme: Hellhound, Swag



Comments: wth is this?? he had some swag going, and then i attempted to
draw dogs fff-- i'll try again on a finish art day =_= i might also just scrap the
concept and try from scratch

this is one of my ocs, frigid mostlyn. his story is heavily entwined with hellhounds

Day # 3
Theme: Monochrome Pink?, Penguin, Superhero



Comments: Robin and Superboy! :P these two
just absolutely steal my heart when they're together >u<

Um... to be fair, I used a lot of purple in this so... idk if it can
still be called monochrome pink. I started with trying to use
purple-pinks to substitute for blues and greens. I might've
gone a little too far down the color wheel though.

I gave up on lighting halfway through. I just confused myself
I think.

I'm going to chill with doing digital art for a while... something
tells me my hand should not be hurting this much after
drawing for a few hours ):

Day # 4
Theme: Black Like My Soul, Muse (kinda?)



Comments: pencil + sharpie + gel pen
the name of the creature around him is temporarily named 'musen'

Theme: coffee, steampunk



Comments: ...in retrospect, i don't like this very much,
but with the deadline approaching i guess this'll be it :/ i was
finally happy with his design, but i guess i had a poorly done
frame to start with.

Day # 6
Theme: meadow



Comments: the main trio for my really old story death's last ride! :D
aside from like a short chapter and a half i drew back in hs/college the
story really went nowhere. i'll have to go back and give the entire thing
justice some year in the future. i was listening to 'a thousand years' as i
drew so i added the typography at the top. two things i'd like to ask about...

1. i originally planned to color this with acrylic paint, but it got too detailed
i still want to start painting a bit, anyone have tips on painting? should i
be trying harder to make my lines lighter if i'm painting? should i sketch
with less detail?

2. how do you draw meadows? D: i ended up drawing a lot of squiggly
lines for grass, but i'm not sure if there's a better way for it...

Theme: Create a character with a quirk (My Hero Academia style)



Comments: if anyone remembers button girl from last year, this is
her! her story is also of the genre superpower-boarding-school so i didn't
have to do much to her profile. her quirk powers described here are
her actual powers from her story.

been feeling well and digital art is kinda tough for me

Theme: Medium: Acrylic/Oil Paint, Raven, Moon



Comments: don't you hate it when you only notice
something really wrong with the anatomy only after you're
done and took a pic to put online? :U i might try to fix up
on an improve date since luckily most of it is still pencil.
