Abilities
Omnikinesis: Kaito is capable of manipulating objects and concepts with his mind, most notably by projecting his thoughts into the real world. Using this power requires the knowledge of many different disciplines, as knowledge of a subject is required before manifestation or manipulation is possible. Therefore, this ability is limited and is not very suitable for combat. Kaito typically uses this ability for slight alterations to his physical appearance, changing or altering his clothes, and creating or changing existing constructs. Immortality: Kaito is immortal in the sense that he does not age (past the age of 23 or physically) and is not capable of death from disease or health-related issues. He can self-sustain himself, meaning that he doesn't need to eat or drink to survive. He can still be killed by unnatural means, such as murder or accidental causes.
Enchanting: Kaito has knowledge of rune magic and can enchant objects with mid-level enchantments.

Biography: Descended from a long line of renowned immortal humans and the last to bear his name, Kaito had lost his way. His parents were murdered in his early childhood and he struggled with the power that was left to him and his own personal identity. For years, he honed his powers and focused on revenge. This revenge led him down a path of darkness and forced him into solitude. When he finally achieved his revenge, it did nothing for him and drove him further into isolation. With nothing but time left to him, he began to practice his ability and research magic extensively, becoming a scholar of the arts. His skill earned him notoriety and he became a celebrity in his homeland of Gralia. However, he grew tired of this watching countless friends perish, not sharing his immortality. He sought a place where no one would know his name, where he could escape his bloody past. A place where the people were as varied as the seasons and there may be other immortals. ▋▋▋▋▋ABILITY APPLICATIONS ▋▋▋▋▋
Mental Projection: Sub-power of Omnikinesis. Can be used to alter Kaito's physical appearance (hair, eyes, skin, face) or clothing. With extreme concentration, it can be used to create constructs (things as small as a chair to things as large as buildings) or weapons. The more complex the construct, the more concentration that is required. (Ex. Making a chair appear out of thin air. The heavy extreme of this being able to change entire layouts of rooms, such as paint, materials used in the building, etc.)
Omnikinesis: Kaito can move/manipulate objects or people with his mind. Objects can be stopped mid-movement if the object is seen. Example: If a cup is thrown at Kaito, he would be able to stop it if he noticed it, but not if it was done behind his back) Kaito can move/manipulate people with intense levels of concentration. Due to this restriction, he typically doesn't apply the power in this manner. With extreme concentration, teleportation (of self, objects or others) can be achieved.
Immortality: Kaito cannot age, so he cannot die simply from the effects of time. He is self-sustaining and does not need to eat or drink to survive. He is immune to the effects of natural disease and poisons (non-magical).
Enchanting: With low effort, Kaito can inscribe objects with runes. These runes have different effects (listed in spoiler). With minimal concentration, this ability can be used to summon objects tagged with his runes. This type of summoning requires the mental projection of the Rune of Calling on a clear area or hand.
Runes Known:
Rune of Calling - Calls an item with the Rune of Summoning enchanted on it using the key specified. Rune of Summoning - Allows an object to be summoned by using the Rune of Calling. Requires use of a Key Rune (basically an ID) to work. Rune of Sharpening - Makes the object inexplicably sharp, even if not visibly so. Rune of Durability - Makes the object significantly harder to break, tear, or burn. Rune of Enhancement - Allows strengthening of the user's magic through holding or wearing the object.

Combat/Support - Rune Supply: Kaito can conjure weapons or objects that he has enchanted with his summoning runes.
Support - Teleportation: Kaito can teleport short-distance within a fixed space, or long-distance to more familiar areas (like his bedroom). Long distance teleportation without this familiarity requires extreme concentration. He can use this ability on other people as well, but it requires more concentration depending on the number of people and the distance. He must also physically be touching the target(s).
Support - Disguise: Kaito can change his physical appearance. The duration of the effect depends on what is changed. For example, the face can be changed for short periods of time, whereas a hairstyle or hair color change would be more long-term.
Support - Kinesis: Kaito can move objects, others, or himself using his mind. The heavier or more complex the object is the more concentration that is required. Because of the concentration required to affect people, this skill is typically not suited for combat.
Combat/Support - Mental Projection: Kaito can conjure objects that may or may not have been in existence. Depending on the item, it can take moderate to extreme concentration to conjure. For example, conjuring a chair would take minimal effort, while conjuring a whole building would require extreme concentration and might run the risk of Kaito's power being "burnt out".

Omnikinesis: Kaito can only apply this ability to objects or concepts he intimately understands. For instance, since Kaito only has a limited understanding of reality (since he is only human), he can not change the rules of how it works or manipulate it. Certain applications of this power require intense concentration, which makes it ill-suited for combat. Long periods of study and practice are required to completely hone this power. Use of this power causes irreversible effects to Kaito's psyche (psycho-contamination) leading to insanity. Prolonged use of this power can cause Kaito to become "burnt out", rendering this ability useless for long periods of time. Certain applications of this ability will not work on anyone immune to its effects, such as individuals in control of their own mind or who are immune to mental manipulation.
Mental Projection: Constructs or illusions created by Kaito can only exist for as long as he is conscious. Going to sleep or rendering him unconscious will dispel all of the effects of this ability.
Immortality: Kaito can still be killed by unnatural means. For example: Being stabbed and bleeding out, or having disease type effects cast on him via the use of magic.
Enchanting: Kaito can only enchant objects that are able to have runic symbols engraved, carved, or sewn into them.
