Outskirts of the Storm- 3 Years post Kogarashi War

[Dexterous Prince]

The Outskirts of the storm are where the plains of the lands meet the teeming forests of the neighboring lands. It is at this location that Belamos has received word of numerous shinobi in the area and has decided to investigate

Leia Hatake, Wanderer Of The Hidden Storm, with her clad red jacket flinging in the air as she is on the move away Hunter nin. Many jutsu can be heard fired but nothing can't be too frightening when you aren't a shinobi. "Stop! You are to be brought in, Leia Hatake!" They toss shuriken among Kunai at her trying to injury her, she can tell by the angle, it wasn't about bringing her in but killing her due to the fact she left the village on peaceful terms. It was beginning to push her to the point where she has no choice but to kill them, it was obvious, their attacks were going to endanger others. Leia then uses her left hand wielding hand signs very quickly as they would be frightened and say"Wait you---" Before they could speak a word, Leia turns using Chidori piercing each and every one of them in the hearts specifically. She knows attacking their vital points with Chidori and intending to pierce them, they won't get back up. Though once she dispelled Chidori, she looked at their bodies with sad eyes, she never meant to ever kill a comrade from the Hidden Storm but it couldn't be helped. She decides to up and leave the bodies as they will be discovered later on and given a burial by her village. This may brand her as a rogue shinobi but if she has to do that in order to protect the shinobi world, she will do so. Its possible those Hunter nin knew she is a Hatake, a very deadly kind of shinobi that is able to wield powerful unique Raiton techniques. Clan secrets specially teaching their young shinobi to wield the Chidori easier then others. Normally the Chidori takes longer to master but for the Hatake family, its like second nature to them once they reach Genin. Leia though doesn't know what other shinobi could be following her but she must remain on the move as she uses chakra at her feet to keep propelling across tree branches.

Belamos had received reports of numerous Shinobi in the area- all of them dangerously close to his home. While it wasn't unheard of to move forces through this area, he had felt something was out of place and decided to investigate. It turned out that his suspicions were correct as less than a day into his search he came across the bodies of numerous Onin- all killed by a piercing through the heart. He stood up, sighing at the waste of human life. Whoever was doing this valued their freedom much higher than they valued another's life and that made them dangerous. Walking along the floor of the forest, Belamos would keep an eye out for any leads towards the source of the murders.

Leia Hatake keeps going but though she can't go back, there could be others on her trials though her heart aches having to kill those shinobi. Though as she wipes her eyes, her footing, it fails and tree branches snap underneath her. Very fragile like, she quickly catches onto a tree branch but it small cuts her hand a bit grabbing it the wrong way. "Damn it, that may draw attention." Leia quickly drops but goes near by some bushes keeping a eye out just in case someone comes running however, she doesn't know who it could be or if they can be reasoned with. She just hopes Hidden Storm shinobi find their comrades and get them back home. She breathes out calmly waiting and as she waits she slowly draws her katana not knowing if the person will attack her out right or will start questioning her of why her comrades back there are dead and if she is the one that done it.

He snapped his head towards the sound of the noise, zero-ing in on it with trained precision. Calling out, he would challenge the would-be-assassin "I know you're there. Come out. Now!" He crossed his arms over his chest and waited for a response. Inwardly he started counting backward from ten, hoping that this person stopped him from getting to zero.

Leia sighs"I knew it, well anyway, whoever it is, they aren't playing around at all." Leia puts away her katana into her weapon holder on her back as she steps out to see a older man. This man appears to be someone who could be her elder, more experienced but yet she can see her dead comrades she had to kill earlier. Leia didn't plan to draw her blade out at all, to her, shedding any further blood wasn't something she was interested in doing, of course she could of knocked out her comrades however she knew they would be on her trail again like a few days ago. Though she couldn't help but want to bury her comrades not in the sense of hiding her crime but to show respect to them. After all, Hidden Storm had helped her get to where she is and even though she thought she settled everything peacefully, it seemed that wasn't enough. She must be on the bingo book due to the fact she left the village, it was taboo to do so. Her eyes kept lingering to the shinobi, not in the eyeballing ways of a murderer but someone that is very sad to the fact she had to kill her comrades. She has too much to do for the Shinobi world to let something like this pull her down, she wanted to journey out because she believes there is a destiny out here somewhere. Until she finds out what it is or what she must do, she will fight to stay alive.

A small woman with her blade sheathed made her presence known to him. While she was young, the fact that she had skillfully dispatched several trained Onin told Belamos to keep his guard up around them. Yet, contrary to what he had expected she did not appear malicious or even overly threatening. The girl's most prominent feature seemed to be the conflict within herself; unsure whether to fight or flee. So, for now, the child remained in place, as taunt as a pulled bowstring. Belamos was intrigued by the kid, but still had his own goals to satisfy. So long as this situation was unresolved, shinobi would continue to appear and, sooner or later, this would be pinned on him. That, unfortunately, he couldn't tolerate.

A small whirlwind of flame danced around his fingers before extending and condensing into the shape of a spear. Twirling the weapon once, he angled the tip low towards the ground as he spoke out "We can do this the easy way, or the hard way, your choice"

"Easy way or the hard way huh?" Leia would look down thinking hard on what she should do, at this point the man summoned a spear. "Before we decide that, there is something i must do, its rather bothering me." Leia walks past him as she would grab some flowers and places them on the chest of the dead shinobi. The flowers are roses, her mother's favorite, and on top of it, she would also pray with her eyes closed speaking rites for them. She turns to Belamos thinking if attacking another individual would be exactly a smart move at this point. Considering every possibly and that she must journey on despite the hard trials, this shinobi is clearly stronger then her, there is no doubt about that. Though she feels she must use a type of jutsu she doesn't favor on and that is Genjutsu. Leia jumps back weaving hand signs for a Genjutsu known as Continuous Fog jutsu. Similiar to the Cloud Clone, a clone is created but many copies of Leia sprout off. Of course Leia positioned herself in a certain way where she is hiding behind one of them. They charge at Belamos with katanas pulled attempting to slice down at him. If successful, he will continue to attack them and a fog gets created but becomes more denser as clones will keep popping up attempting to get a beat at him. With that Genjutsu set in place, Leia takes a run and thinks"Sorry, i can't let anyone stop me from what i need to do, even as someone handsome as you." Leia begins moving across tree branches though she wonders if that Genjutsu will hold him, if it doesn't then clearly that man will catch up to her. At this point, she can't stop moving just to check if he is being successfully held in the Genjutsu, that is not her objective. Clearly there is a camp somewhere she is looking for that has a gang that has been killing women lately. One after another in the past few days, women have been sighted one part of the day and the next evening they are dead in a river, it must be the gang's trademark. For a while she has been hunting this gang but in turn being chased is slowing her down.

The strategy may have worked for the woman had she been trying to assault Belamos in order to get away, but simply creating clones as a diversion against him would be insufficient to distract him from a target that he could clearly see. So, when the woman created the facsimiles, Belamos did not even bother to engage. He knew where the original was and pursued. He disappeared in a bout of flame, reappears in front of Leia so as to cut off her escape. Belamos extended his spear at her, trusting she would stop less she impale herself upon it's tip "This is pointless" He would mutter to the fugitive. As he did, two swords comprised of pure golden light appeared on either side of the girl. They quickly launched downwards, both attempting to deliver a long cut along her back. Such a large wound would undoubtedly make any attempt at a second hasty escape impossible

Leia has only one choice but to use the Substitution Jutsu as the blades came upon, a branch appears in her place but she didn't go too far from the man. "Listen please, I don't got time to play with you, women recently have been hunted down and killed left in a river every evening for the last few days so far. I am currently on the gang's trail right now and i must get there before they think about moving their camp. If i don't stop them, more women like myself will die, so please let me get by." Leia pleaded with sadness in her eyes, she can't stand the idea of more women dying because of this brutal gang that kidnaps them and them found dead in the river at midnight. Of course the gang uses the river to wash away the blood and scent too so that they can't be tracked. Leia knew better, she had one time caught them make a mistake, a mistake that pointed in the general area where they be camped. All for right now she can't get by, not with this man holding a spear pointing it at her.

As the girl substituted away, more golden swords materialized around Belamos. These glowing weapons floated in the air around him, their tips angled dangerously towards the woman who now seemed to be trying to work out some kind of deal. The whole situation was proving to be a headache to him. While the kid was undoubtedly outmatched here, he did not feel like having a long protracted battle today. He could, of course, take her out neigh on instantly, but again that was more effort than he felt like putting forth. Meeting her sad eyes, he offered his response "If I let you do this, do you swear to surrender yourself to me afterwords?"

"Yes, whatever you want to do with me after the gang has been dealt with." Leia said it with eyes filled with fierce determination to take down the gang as she would turn expecting him to follow. Leia with her eyes and body motion, looks around the forest giving it a brief scan to remember where she was going, what direction, even angle towards the gang's camp. Leia has a flash back to the time her friend was killed, at the time she was a Shinobi of the Hidden Storm taking orders and all that such. Her squad different team from her friends were about twenty clicks away from her friend's group. It was a spy mission, gather information in the must demanding delicate matter without getting caught. Her group succeeded in getting the information and getting out however. Her friend's group didn't succeed and a battle ensued, by the time her group to her friend, most of her comrades were dead. She didn't know much about her Hatake Clan back then but if she did, most likely she would of saved her friend's life. She was dealt a fatal blow but it didn't kill her right away. Leia held her friend for all that time until her last breathe and her friend told her there is much more. It wasn't applied back then of what she meant but her friend passed.

Back to reality, her eyes have tears in them a bit as she wipes her eyes away and turns to Belamos"I am fine, if you are wondering." She thought she had wiped away most of the tears but some of it still remained but she kept trending forward going through the forest. It was about ten clicks further, they find the camp, the gang is having drinks by the sound of glasses hitting as they laugh. Most potentially about their last kill but Leia whispers"There they are, all right there." Leia stated as she readied her katana wondering what Belamos is going to do.  

[Dexterous Prince]

This gang seemed to have some sort of personal connection to the girl based upon her emotional reaction. Regardless, he kept a professional demeanor about him and only motioned towards her when she began moving towards the west. He easily kept pace with her, moving in a tense silence. He kept his eye on her in case she decided to try to bolt, still not entirely convinced this gang even existed. After about an hour of travel it turned out his fear was without merit as the girl perfectly led him to this 'gang's' hideout. They were camped at the edge of a mostly dry creek bed, enjoying an evening of drinking and general debauchery. The pair stood on tree branches on opposite sides of the great oak, peering down at the group. When she announced that they were her targets, Belamos merely crossed his arms over his chest "So be it" With a flick of his fingers, Belamos conjured a half ring of fire several hundred yards in diameter and half that number in height. It would be more than sufficient to keep the targets from running while also displaying a portion of his power. The monumental wall of flames would force the gang to flee towards him if they so wished to "Handle your business" He said to the woman, making to move to further attack or assist.

The gang quickly moves quickly away from the flames towards Leia and Belamos which Leia with her left hand she performs the hand signs one handed for Chidori. Leia then charges forward at extreme speeds as she would go up to the first one and jabs her Chidori through their heart at a certain angle. Leia then yanks out as another one with a katana tries to cut her yet she has a idea for this one. Due to the power that Belamos showed, she had never seen anything like that, quite frightening if she thinks about it. With her right hand she forms the hand signs to call out the Shadow Imitation technique to grab the other three. "Now before i kill you, Is there any more of you at all?" the gang are very compelled to tell the truth as they are scared in their boots. They shake their heads to say there is no more of them then what she has caught. "Good, well this is the end." She uses her Shadow Imitation jutsu to make them run into the flames, kept them there until they are burned alive by Belamos flame. The jutsu lets off once they are dead and she dispels her Chidori as well. Leia once done with her duty of killing the gang, she turns to Belamos with a gentle expression on her face"My job is done now, thank you for the help, now you may do what you plan to do with me." Leia puts her hands out as if she is waiting for hand cuffs to be placed but its a simple gesture to Belamos to take her away.

He watched with dispassionate eyes as the girl mercilessly slaughtered the members of this gang before turning herself over to him. As she produced her hands, expecting to be bound, Belamos gave her a long, pensive gaze...and then moved. Quicker than the woman would be realistically able to track, he stepped forward and brought the butt of his spear against the girl's temple, knocking her out.

She would awaken several hours later, tied her hands tied behind her back and then looped around a tree. Her outer jacket had been removed along with all her weaponry. By now, it was dark and getting cold. Belamos sat on a rock nearby, sharpening his spear with a whetstone and seemingly paying no mind to the woman. He was power incarnate- threatened by none, but for some reason having taken an interest in this woman. It was the only reason she wasn't already in a jail. With a final pass at his blade, Belamos flicked his eyes up to the girl before speaking "Why should I keep you alive, girl?"
