Summaries of episodes

Episode 85 - Shippuden

Shikamaru successfully separates Hidan from Kakazu only to end up in serious trouble.

Episode 86 - Shippuden

Shikamaru successfully takes out one of Kakazu's hearts, but finds himself in trouble again. Naruto arrives just in time to help.

Episode 87 - Shippuden

Shikiamaru killed Hidan just as Naruto was beginning his assault on Kakazu.

Episode 88 - Shippuden

Naruto alone defeats Kakazu with his rasen shuriken, which destroyed Kakazu from a cellular level.

Episode 89 - Shippuden

Lady Tsunade aka the 5th Hokage has begun some examination of Kakazu's corpse and has resolved that Naruto must NOT use the rasen shuriken unless he wants to lose the ability to wield shuriken.

Episode 90 - Shippuden

Kakashi, Kiba, Akamaru, Hinata, and Shino have been sent to search for Orochimaru's new hideout while Naruto and Jiraya go on a training trip.

Episode 91 - Shippuden

The training Naruto has to do this time is sync up his timing with Gamariki the toad in order to create a powerful jutsu. Meanwhile, Kiba's team has located one of Orochimaru's hideouts and is hot on the trail of Guren and her team of followers.

Episode 92 - Shippuden

Naruto subs Gamariki for Gamatatsu for the collaboration then soaks in the hot springs some more. Meanwhile it would appear that Orochimaru is getting close to being able to take over Sasuke's body.

Episode 93 - Shippuden

When Naruto was going to resume his training, he discovers that the toads he was working with cannot use water Jutsu.

Episode 94 - Shippuden

Guren is entrusted to look after a child who can call upon a wild tailed beast, but the child fell ill this forcing her to help the child recover. Meanwhile, Kiba realized that the enemy might know they are in the area because of the bats.

Episode 95 - Shippuden

Naruto is allowed to go on a new mission so he works really hard on this new jutsu with the toads.

Episode 96 - Shippuden

When Shino catches up with Kiba, Hinata, and Kakashi, the enemy retreats.

Episode 97 - Shippuden

Kiba's team gets trapped within a crystal barrier, which Naruto tries to break down.

Episode 98 - Shippuden

Hinata is rescued from the crystal barrier and the 6 go after Guren's hideout. Meanwhile Yukimaru is summoning his tailed beast.

Episode 99- shippuden

The three tailed beast is a strong turtle strong enough to break the crystal style, but Yukimaru is able to control it somewhat. He has to tend to Guren who got hurt in the fight against the three tails.

Meanwhile Naruto got sucked into a whirlpool and nobody knows where he ended up.
