                        Personality: Proud and Passionate. Jinrai is a bold man with the bravado to match, he is proud of his lineage as much as he is of his own skill. Honor and Tradition are the cornerstones of his philosophy on life and battle, fairness and equality being his key defining traits that he sees in others. Jinrai is well learned, intelligent and wise for someone of his years with his studies and accomplished goals. He has taken to the study of yokai, ninjutsu and other spiritual means of combat that are often considered occultism by those outside of the family. To him, the study of the arts are as much a necessity as it is vital for the succession of the clan. He greatly respects the other clans in the country but harbors a keen need to remain competitive with those of his peers. His twin sister, Yoko, is some he cares for both deeply and resents due to circumstances of their inheritance as he also holds a disdain to their father. Jinrai is conditioned to fight and keep on his prime, having gone through rigorous tutorship and specialized training for his role in the family yet he enjoys the thrill of combat to a point of embracing his upbringing. Jinrai isn't a pious man but sees the value of religion and belief in others and comes to respect its merits, yet doesn't see its application to his own uses in the field despite the family's own devout ways. He is fiercely loyal to those he makes a pact with and doesn't strive to break a promise, even if it meant keeping him ahead of the game. Of all people, Jinrai is most loyal to his mother, sister and his personal companion Moraibi.

                        Biography: The Seinaru Enjo clan is said to be one of the oldest of the Five that originate in the Land of Iron, the secluded jewel in the northern mountains with an entire culture lost to the present world as a whole. Jinrai and Yoko are the Twins of the Seinaru, born to Hikaru the current head of the Seinaru clan & Katsu, a commoner of the Uchiha clan which Hikaru had hoped the twins would inherit the bloodline of both himself and his wife Katsu. Hikaru was desperate over the years and been wanting to secure a legacy to the clan's slipping grip of power and yet he was given not just a son or daughter, but twins; a son and a daughter. Born into a rather curious standing -- they each have equal claim to their clan's legacy and a future possibility to the seat of Shogun. He and Katsu raised the children in different ways, Katsu loved her children while their father Hikaru was still desperate and wanted his children to succeed better than he had. At early ages they were put to rigorous training, trying to unlock their suspected power of both their Seinaru Blood and Uchiha eyes and yet realization had set in. They were born with Katsu's recessive genes and Hikaru's dominant genes from the tests and the man made one of his hardest decisions to date. Katsu's eyes were transplanted into his children at the age of eight, one in each twin -- Jinrai still harbors resentment has since grown to understand his father's decisions. The transplantation had been done in secret with only the other Clan Heads and Shogun knowing of the deed, Katsu and the doctors involved having been sworn to secrecy. Jinrai and Yoko both could access their mother's Sharingan eventually with their blood fueling its power even with it having skipped a generation due to its recessive genes.

                        Jinrai was raised with the best education available to him and been groomed for his position to one day become the successor of the clan, yet knowing full well that only one of the two will inherit the legacy. Ever since they were young, Jinrai had been in a competitive state with his sister Yoko and their father often encouraged the both of them to always challenge each other. A bitter rivalry the two shared since their younger years well into their induction into the academy and military forces of the capital. While his sister practiced the medicinal arts, Jinrai took more esoteric studies as he dove into their clan's prowess with the Fire element. For years, Hikaru had the two constantly prove themselves in trial by combat against one another to test their strength and keep them in line. The twins were at an odd conundrum with their privileges, it wasn't common for two heirs to be born to the legacy and often they would have to either share a seat in meetings or only one of the two could attend -- often Hikaru didn't intervene on the two and let them handle what came of these situations.

                        Jinrai's family were militaristic and keen on strategy and war, teaching the kids years before they are conscripted the strategy of battle. They uphold the tenets of Bushido as many of the other Royal families do, with Jinrai being of no exception. Those who do not enter military service often become blacksmiths, professors or doctors while some become specialists in ninjutsu. Senjutsu is a well known practice of the Seinaru clan and a small sect of the clansmen are Ninshuu practitioners as a result, believing it is the source of their natural sage mode. Jinrai himself remains distant from some of the religious views of the clan. The views of the other four clans have been a pendulum in recent years and Jinrai harbors differing feelings for each of the four. The Raiu and Seiryu he sees as two opposing forces, he harbors contempt for the water for their attempted treason to the current Shogunate while he harbors a mix of respect and envy to those of Raiu. Mahofu sit as an anomaly for him, their use of darker occultic forces and the practice of dead makes him want to keep the clan distant, while in the last few years the they've harbored similar views of their respective clan's legacies and the use of its power. Finally he shares a respect for those in the Hogosha, but tend to wonder of their state in the capital, often he remains curious of their isolationist ways.

                        Yokai had always been a problem for the Samurai and the Five clans but in recent years their numbers and activity have become more prevalent than ever. Jinrai and Yoko were trained in the past five years to remain diligent and set aside their rivalry when it came to defending the people. Yet, Jinrai is always on constant competition with his sister and the recent attempted attack of one of the clans to the current head of the capital left a rift. Hikaru, the twins' father, had become busy during the current days with the chaos left in the Seiryu's clan's absence and had little contact with his son and daughter in the past year. Now the Zaishin capital sits on what Jinrai could only describe as a powder keg with the tension amongst the clans rising while the Seinaru themselves are in a struggle as well, unsure of what to make of the current days. A letter was sent to each of the twins on an important matter, a summons from Seizo himself with a request for their aid.


                        ▰ CLASSES AND STATS

                        First Class: Bloodline
                        ▱▰▱ Dual AncestryDual Ancestry allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the optional attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6]. If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Dual Ancestry users do not have access to the implant system including the Genetic Palette personal attribute. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank.
                        Second Class: Tamer
                        ▱▰▱ Chance EncounterYou are allowed to have a pet with a mythological aspect to them. This branch requires the pet has a minimal of four TA points, (points may be borrowed from later in the class if a single class, as well as bypass that rule of TA per body rank until C-ranked). This pet may have one additional Tamer Attribute. In addition, this pet gains an additional 25 chakra and stamina per the body rank of the user. Finally, this pet may be summoned and dismissed either the summoning jutsu, or by any means of calling a pet, (whistling, shouting at the heavens, etc), as long as the means makes sense within roleplay. The chance encounter also blesses you with one of two options; either every other rank you gain [10] Ninjutsu or Genjutsu or mixed slots for a total of [30] slots (D, B, and S), or, you gain [1] additional Taijutsu or Bukijutsu style every other rank for a total of [3], (D, B, and S).

                        ▱▰▱ Bloodline Tamer:Pets are able to use bloodline ninjutsu of the user if they share the required affinities. Elements required are considered locked until the pet has enough TA to access the elements. Pets share the benefits of any bloodline based PAs the user has. The user gains an additional 25 chakra per body rank.

                        Personal Attributes:

                        Fire Lord | Uchiha Fire & Moraibi's (tamer pet) techniques can benefit from Jinrai's Seinaru Flame Types. Additionally, the effect of Amaterasu's Cloak PA can be willingly 'turned off' for normal flames, letting Jinrai be capable of using either normal or black flames at will.
                        Inferno Blood | The ninjutsu slots gained for Katon slots through the PA: Inferno Mastery are considered both Bloodline and Ninjutsu for purposes of system interaction. These additional ninjutsu and all current bloodline ninjutsu can be performed with Somantic Gestures.
                        Inferno Mastery | The user gains four additional ninjutsu slots to be used specifically for katon techniques per body rank. Additionally, hand signs may be executed with one hand. The user's fire techniques all cause an additional post of burning while adding an additional tier of burning/burns to fire based techniques.

                        Dual Ancestry
                        Fanning Flames | The user's fire based techniques may be doubled in size for no additional cost. This does not effect the strength of the user's fire based techniques. In addition, should the user's fire ninjutsu or clan techniques interact with another fire based technique, the user's technique steals one rank of chakra from the opposing technique. If this overpowers the opponents technique, this technique continues on it's path normally.
                        Amaterasu’s Cloak | All fire based techniques produced by the Uchiha are considered bloodline techniques.The flames are turned black and fire based techniques are reduced by 5 chakra per rank with a minimum of 5 chakra to be paid for a technique. For each rank of a technique, it's flames burn actively for one post or one additional post if a limit is given.
                        Flames of Salvation | The user's effected fire based techniques effected by the active flame are reduced by 5 chakra for every other rank of the technique. ( D, B and S Rank ). In addition, fire based techniques are considered one rank lower against the user.
                        Melee Prodigy | The user obtains a [1] point increase to agility while their sharingan is active for each body rank they have obtained. In addition, the user's first physical offensive activation every three posts gains a [1] point increase to speed per rank of their body, also requiring the eyes to be active.

                        Another form of Fire | Jinrai acquires the Lightning Element. // 2 year
                        Heart of the Spear | Jinrai's polearm skills are performed with extra finesse with unique improvising and adaptation to new forms. He is able to utilize Bladed Polearms for Bukijutsu techniques meant for Single Medium swords through his own adaptive ways. // 2 year PA
                        Hunter's Art | Jinrai can make use of the Kyoukan Ya & Honshi Art styles with thrown Polearms, adapting the use of the basic technique principals and instead replicating them with throwing his Polearms. Techniques reproduced with these polearms do not detract from a technique's efficiency. Techniques that involve throwing multiple projectiles are supplied by the Expansion seal and Unsealing Technique when performed while Shuriken Hunter training of Honshi Art is reduced to [40] and the word shuriken is replaced with polearms. // 200 Member event PA
                        Never Ending Javelin | The Fuuinjutsu Expansion can store Polearms in its seal and be treated as [Projectiles], summoning these follows the usual rules of the Unsealing technique. Expansion remains the same in everything pertaining to the technique. // 2k19 xmas PA
                        Moraibi's Calling | The Call and Dismissal of Moraibi, Jinrai's animal companion, is treated differently than a traditional summoning, Moraibi's Calling alters the Summoning technique to bring him forth through to Jinrai's heed at will of his voice. When called, it takes of one Moraibi's activations instead of Jinrai's own but dismissal is considered a supplementary action. Moraibi's summoning cost still deducted from Jinrai's resource and his own body rank is the scaling for the summoning. // 2k19 xmas PA

                        Personality: Moraibi is a humble beast and one that is fiercely loyal to the Seinaru Clan Twins, to Jinrai most strongly of the two. Moraibi is a pacifist by nature, often employing methods of peace or nonviolence to Jinrai when the opportunity strikes. While a pacifist, Moraibi will not hesitate to unleash hell upon those who threaten it's human companion and works in tandem with the tamer when its able. When by itself, Moraibi strikes from afar and prefers to keep out of melee whenever possible unless deemed necessary by Jinrai. Curiously, Moraibi doesn't ever associate with either gender despite being female.
                        Background: Moraibi has been a creature secluded in the high mountains north of the land of iron, first encountered by Yoko but befriended by Jinrai during their hunt for yokai north of the capital. Jinrai had quarreled with the creature at first and the two had come to an alliance having heard the Twins' stories. A unique pact was made between Jinrai and Moraibim, one for an understanding Moraibi's viewpoint and one for Moraibi to aid Jinrai in his troubled times.
