⚡|| The Stormcloud District [Dojo][+]
Of the two main Shinobi Training Centers in the village, the Dojo is smaller in size than the academy and located farther forward away from the mountain. This is largely due to the lower chance of a taijutsu attack destroying a building and also less likely to be broken off of it's foundation. These two buildings were constructed by the shinobi not far from the Kage's Office with the intention of the Arashikage never being too far away from the new blood. Even after five years, what isn't broke need not any fixing as the Dojo remains the same.

Sitting on a bench facing an empty training field, reserved several days earlier for this precise meeting, Kagerou flipped through the pages of a book resting on her knees. A small bird kept her company on her shoulder, then on the pages of her book before hopping back onto her shoulder. It would twitter occasionally. To which, Kagerou would whistle back in good sport as she read through the various methods of punching in a target's teeth. Sometimes, this exchanage would go on for a while before the two fell into amiable silence.
To Kagerou's left, stacks of even more reading, scrolls and books alike, could be seen. They were neatly organized, their edges lined up tidily and arranged per the order Kagerou found them in the library. They were also arranged in the order Kagerou had finished reading them. Those finished earlier were on the bottom and those finished latest on the top. The book in her hands was, in due time, added to the stack to Kagerou's left as she finished reading through it. Then, she reached to the much smaller stack on her right to pick out the next manuscript and open it to its first page. She would barely get started on it, however, before Shion would arrive.
SHIONxxxxxMORI The sound of rapidly approaching footsteps would cut through the peaceful, bird-song-filled Disney princess aesthetic Kagerou had going for herself. From the distance, a familiar form would quickly take center stage as Shion dashed towards their meeting area. The quick pattering of feet would soon be drowned out by the sound of soles grinding into the dirt as Shion skidded to a stop, doubling over to catch her breath. Glistening beads of sweat dotted her body, occasionally gliding down her form to spatter against the rims of her clothes. As opposed to her partner, Shion chose to dress in a more practical manner, donning a simple tight fighting sports bra, a loose pair of shorts, and her hair pulled back into a bun. From the amount of sweat that had already accumulated, it was clear her workout began much earlier than the planned meeting. "So, we doin' this?" A simple question, but important none the less. "Ya know I aint gonna go easy on ya, right?"

The little birdie fluttered away, scared off by Shion's oh so impressive entrance. Tweet, tweet, tweet~
Kagerou looked up, setting aside her unfinished book and standing up to greet Shion. Unfurling a giant scroll leaning to her side, she used a few hand seals and a single hand motion to seal away her miniature library of technique scrolls as her eyes gazed benign and cordial. Sweat streaming off the efficiently dressed and magnificently toned body, and though Shion had paused to catch her breath, Kagerou knew the woman had a lot more in her. She hadn't even skimmed off the top of her energy. Impressed, by both the other's stamina and work ethic, Kagerou filed away the information.
The specifics of the appointment had been a friendly training session together. If Shion didn't mind, Kagerou would have liked her guidance in improving her taijutsu. No other details provided, admittedly. Kagerou had, per her usual style, thought they would be perusing the books before any sort of practical training. However, this was clearly not Morse's style, and per Kagerou's usual style, she was happy to oblige, adjust, and ultimately, wing it.
The green haired lady gave an amiable smile, her own clothes inefficient for free movement and hiding her slim figure. "In that case, perhaps you should" she suggested, as her hands primly and properly reached up to the top of her heads. Like a magician, with a flick of her hands, a pair of sunglasses that weren't there before were suddenly present. A technique? Or maybe just a basic sleight of hand? She certainly had big enough sleeves to hide the sunglasses. Smooth as gravy, the sunglasses were lowered over her eyes, and Kagerou sing-song goaded, "Hit me with your best shot?".
Since it appeared Morse's definition of "not going easy" didn't include sneak attacks, Kagerou demonstrated her readiness with a stance taken from the scroll she had only half read. "What had the basics been?" she asked herself as she confidently lowered her body, steadying her lowered center of gravity with a wide stance, "Small, circular movements. Disrupt the other's center of gravity while maintaining your own."
SHIONxxxxxMORI Uh... how, what? Shion was dumbstruck for the briefest of moments. Assumed-years of training in the secret arts of sealing, and this is what she put that knowledge towards? Simple party tricks and bad jokes? Maybe Shion pegged her all wrong. The more she interacted with the mysterious Kagerou, the more she scratched away at that calm and collected veneer, the more it became apparent she was a honking dork playing ninja like the rest of Arashi's 'finest.' "Right... well, you should probably take that off, first thing. It's only gonna get in the way." If that was her idea of proper martial combat attire, Kagerou really needed all the help she could get. "You've got till I get to you to get ready. So..." And with that, Shion was gone in a flash.
Shion was fast -- mean crazy fast, I mean dragster on a racetrack fast... blue hedgehog wearing tennis shoes fast. I mean the type of fast that's so fast, you dont even know how fast she is kind of fast, and she was upon Kagerou faster than the eye could track. Well, maybe Kagerou's could, what with her secret sharingan and what not. "Let's begin," Shion shouted, grinning through an unsettlingly exhilarated grin. The little firebrand's brief declaration that it was in fact showtime would be followed up with a quick left hook aimed at Kagerou's head, using the momentum of her swing to follow up with a kick aimed at her core.
They werent any special techniques or anything; Shion wanted to see just how well Kagerou could manage herself to begin with. You know, start off small and work their way up to where she really needed improvement.

"Too fast, Kagerou tried to match Shion skill for skill, and immediately found herself lacking by half a step. A positively burning cheshire smile from the spunky tomboy, bared teeth flashing in the afternoon sun, their glare leaving behind something like an after image of just the smile as the rest of the body disappeared. Then she reappeared in a flash to Kagerou's side. The medic just barely deflected Shion's punch, bringing up an arm across her body but not having the time to stabilize it in place, leaving her arm, which should have acted more like a shield, acting more akin to a cushion to soften the force of the impact on its way to Kagerou's face.
Even with sunglasses tilted askew, Kagerou appeared unbothered as she held her ground thanks to the low stance and, with her face punched to an angle that would have been impossible for her to have seen Shion's follow-up kick, the arm she had on Shion's side, the free arm she had not blocked with, intercepted the kick aimed at her core. Shion's leg would connect with her upper arm instead of her body, and it stung, but not as much as it should have. Like a bear trap, the hit arm folded over the leg and forced it in place. From here, she should...
Kagerou released the leg, and she instead tried to just punch Shion in the face with the hand that wasn't busy keeping Shion's leg occupied. Per the instructions of the Flowing Arts, Crashing Tide technique. When in doubt, or a defensive stance, punch em in the face. She didn't like it, attempting to hurt her sparring partner, but she was out of ideas, anyways, both in what to do right now and how to train that particular style. She remembered how, unfortunately, literally every technique mentioned for the Flowing Arts had something to do with attacking. Anyways, she took a page out of Takeda's book. Nice, simple punch. A good motion to think about other things during, like forcing her head to realign, "Too close. Almost went too far."
That sudden speed at the start, paired with not knowing Shion's usual training style, had nearly caused Kagerou to misjudge the severity of this training. She'd only realized when the punch that landed didn't threaten to break her jaw despite the speed behind it and the power she knew Shion to be capable of, and from there, she'd barely adjusted her follow-up moves to something more family friendly. Though, of course, who would ever think this still bizarrely and inefficiently dressed woman was capable of anything more than memes?
SHIONxxxxxMORI With her leg firmly locked in place, Shion had a brief moment of genuine shock; it seemed Kagerou had a bit more know how than she initially let on. At least, that's what Shion would have thought, had Kagerou not immediately let her advantage literally slip from her grasp. It was certainly a bold move, but unfortunately for Kagerou, it would not work out for her. Shion immediately went into the deep analytical state it's only capable of when she's in a scrap.
What was she playing at, was she switching fighting style? No, maybe it was a purely defensive grapple. Maybe, but grapples arent usually followed up by releasing your opponent. All signs were starting to point towards lucky break. Whatever the true motive, the fact that the green-haired greenhorn caught her meant Shion could ramp up the difficulty a little, starting with dodging this punch. The moment Kagerou cocked her arm to deliver its blow, Shion's instincts kicked in. Her body would shimmer with a brief and quite faint flicker, nearly imperceptible to the human eye. However, this time Shion would not vanish. No, she'd seem to take the full force of Kagerou's punch. Knuckle would make contact with cheek, but rather than be met with opposition, Kagerou's fist would keep traveling as it phased through Shion's body.
Her form flickered once again, this time finally dispersing; an After Image. Even with her taijutsu training, Shion was still small; one good punch could easily put her out for the count. Because of this, she'd learned to expertly weave her supernaturally limber body with a variety of speedy techniques to form a fluid style all her own; the after image technique was just one of many tools in this grab-bag arsenal.
"Not bad, but ya really should have done somethin' more with that hold ya had." Shion's voice rang out from behind Kagerou. In the split seconds between her body getting punched and it fading, Shion had reappeared, sweeping at the overdressed woman's legs with a kick. "Ya could have thrown me off balance. Then i'da been at your mercy."

At first, Kagerou was surprised that she was gonna see her punch connect. Then, she was not surprised when she saw the punch connect but did not feel it. Of course, a dodge. Now, that was more like the Shion she expected.
Shion be nimble. Shion be quick. And Shion sweep Kagerou off her feet.
There wasn't much Kagerou could do against that maneuver, so she fell into it, favoring control over her defeat over stubborn resistance. She favored falling forwards and to her side, performing a brief roll onto her back as Shion lectured and then flipping her body away into a standard race track start position. Ready and waiting on all fours, Kagerou listened to the end of Shion's instructions. Then, with a gentle smile, she teased, "You would be at my mercy if I kept holding you? You mean like when Takao holds you at night?~" As soon as those words left her mouth, without even confirming if Shion gave her the desired reaction, Kagerou immediately kicked off. Smiling effortlessly, she sprung her body into the air, at speeds only slightly slower than Shion's, the afterimage of the "race start" Kagerou on the ground was proof of that.
She kept her jump short, the distance close to the ground. Was it because jumping into the air with all four limbs was more awkward than she expected? Or was this actually intentional, keeping airtime to a minimum to reduce the window of opportunity Shion had to strike while she had limited movement options? Whatever the case, it wasn't just the launch that was fast, but the flip midair that happened near instantly as well, bringing Kagerou's feet back over the head into a spinning axe kick aimed straight for Shion's noggin.

This ax kick carries the user's dangerous ability to slice with their taijutsu. The ax kick slices through its target with ease while delivering such a concussive blast that it sends the target plummeting into the earth. The sheer impact creates a cater five feet in width per rank of the technique, measuring half as deep.
SHIONxxxxxMORI A wave of red-hot embarrassment rushed to Shion’s face, flushing her cheeks bright pink. That… that wasn’t fair! This was supposed to be a training spar, a day to learn how to punch good, and here Kagerou was bringing things like feelings into the matter? Shion gritted her teeth, quickly shirking off her momentary daze. The firebrand’s hand curled into a fist, reeled backwards, and rocketed towards the would-be track star. The mighty crack of Shion’s ire roared through the air, dominating the scene with a thunderous clap. A rush of heat and hurricane force winds enveloped Kagerou as she sat in place, no doubt crouching in place so she could better react to Shion’s moves – at least, that’s what Shion assumed to be the case.
The smoke of her attack cleared, quickly ushered along by a light breeze, to reveal nothing – just a clear, slightly charred patch of grass and dirt. Crap. The sudden realization that she’d let her guard down hit Shion like a ringing bell. Although, it may be more accurate to say it hit her like a spinning axe kick; mostly because that’s what it was. It was a spinning axe kick. The force of Kagerou’s blow whipped the tiny girl’s head downward with a sharp pop; Shion did not budge. It was clear she had taken the hit, but years of intensely brutal taijutsu training had hardened Shion’s tiny frame into an iron cage.
A chuckle slipped past the brawler’s lips as her hand reached up to check where the blow had landed – good, no blood. ”Ya little… ya know more than ya let on. Looks like things are about’ta get interestin’.” Shion’s feet twisted, kicking up a cloud of dirt as she dashed towards her opponent at breakneck speeds. Mere feet before reaching her, Shion would leap into the air, splitting into four separate copies as she dropped down on top of kagerou. Each copy would assault the poor doctor with it’s own separate punch, though only the third one would be real. After landing, Shion would follow through with her punch, letting a Bakuton blast ripple into the ground below the two kunoichi, threatening to send them both sky-high as the ground beneath them shattered.

Too close. "Ahahaha. Waaay too close," Kagerou thought as her movements just narrowly dodged the explosion of Shion's might fist. She landed her hit with a solid blow, and as expected of the taijutsu expert, Shion took the attack head-on without flinching. Kagerou wouldn't have expected any less of the person she had asked to spar with her.
A menacing chuckle leaked out from Shion as Kagerou landed from her blow and immediately jumped back, reflexively. She was quite a few feet away, the result of several quick hops, before realizing what she was doing and then wondering why. She was supposed to remain at close quarters to train her hand-to-hand combat, right? It was a rhetorical question because she already knew the answer. Again, she expected no less of the person she had asked for a spar. Of course she should feel threatened, threatened enough to back off, when it looked like her opponent was about to get serious.
Once again, Shion showcased her breakneck speeds in a full frontal charge at Kagerou. This time, the other side was prepared for the speed, but without falling the trap of expecting the same pattern of attack. Four copies appeared, and Kagerou had already calculated her limits. She wouldn't bother trying to figure out which was which. She didn't have the time for that. However, she would have the time to react to the four attacks.
Ideal maneuver: take the blow and flow into a grapple.
The maneuver Kagerou took, however, was determined not by the ideal in a real combat scenario. Instead, she took on the challenge of hitting all four copies. Meeting the copies in the air, Kagerou covered her ascent with a powerful uppercut [Morning Sun Strike], and even through it phased through the punch she chose to connect with, it didn't stop her. Having determined one was a copy, she followed through to take on the other three. Her body turned midair, and this time, instead of somersaulting, she twisted across her length, delivering a solid roundhouse kick at... yet another empty copy [Strike and Smash]. But wait! There's more! Her momentum continued, and her arm came down on the copy one over, skipping the third Shion, the real Shion, due to the trajectory of the falling attack.
And that was it, Kagerou was back on the ground... or would have been. Except there was no more ground to be on, and in fact. Kagerou was no longer falling. She was now flying up. Up and away. Kagerou was blasting off (again?). Flying up upside down, Kagerou, who for comedy's sake was no curled into a head-down ball, looked down upon the also flying through the air Shion and went, "Meep. Meep..." She had expected a lot of things. Getting socked in the face. A bone-breaking leg sweep. A barrage of blows while she recovered from her unsuccessful aerial sweep. She had not expected to be flying through the air as she sweat dropped at the veritable crater she could see behind Shion and all the rubble. The crater Shion had created.
Though, of course, she was smiling, even if it was a meek smile at that. At least, until she hit a rock, which didn't appear to take her by surprise at all as she spread her arms and legs out to properly distribute the force of the impact [Fall Breaking]. A mischievous glint passed through her eyes as she rolled backwards to safely crouch on the rock. Crouch upside down, yes, but what was gravity to a ninja? One side of her once meek smile quirked up appropriately. As the terrain, now in various phases of rocketing up and falling down, and Shion continued to remain in constant movement, Kagerou willingly took her eyes off of her opponent for the first time this entire time, and those scarlet irises could be seen darting all across the white expanse of their canvas in quick, observant movements.

▰ Fall Breaking | Rank X | Simple A method for reinforcing one's body when being thrown to the ground. The user tucks their chin to their chest to prevent themselves from smashing it on the ground. In unison, the user slaps one hand on the ground upon impact while holding the opposite arm to the front of their chest. Techniques that are defended against in this manner require the technique be paid at the cost of the technique it interacts with. This does not defend against hazards, burning, shock, etc. Only blunt force applies.
SHIONxxxxxMORI Well, Kagerou had certainly gotten the "dont get hit" part down to a science. Still, something was lacking, but Shion couldn't figure out what it was for the life of her. No, wait. That was a lie. The pillowcase-clad medic was forgetting to fight back! The little berzerker straightened herself out, taking an almost too-casual stance as the remainder of the ground rained around her. "What's wrong? You had be in a pretty tight spot up in the air,"" Shion would say, blatantly lying through her teeth.
Well, okay. Maybe it wasn't a total lie; she did have a number of tricks to get out of that very situation, but not everyone was as prepared as she was! Against another opponent, Kagerou could have totally taken them to task in midair. "Oh well." Little specks of blue flames kicked up around Shion's hands. "Maybe next time..." she said, dashing off towards her sparring partner. This time, she'd engage with nothing fancy. Mid-stride, Shion would simply jump into the air and tuck her body into a cartwheel, being sure to keep one leg outstretched to deliver a kick down onto Kagerou. That wasn't where it ended, however. After her first spin, those specks of blue flame roared to life around Shion's foot, giving her a short burst of speed and a dash of spice to a normally bland attack.

Kagerou landed without incident, giving Shion nothing but a mysterious smile when she pointed out how many options she had for an aerial attack. Behind her, the boulder she had collided into landed with a heavy crash. Around her, the other debris fell into place, kicking up dust everywhere and obscuring one's view. Once the dust settled, it was revealed that quite a lot must have been blown up into the air by Shion, an unnaturally large amount of fragmented pieces that were of just the right size. Alongside the crater in the ground, the not so small pieces of scattered debris certainly created a completely different arena than the flat plans from before. From mischievous to mysterious. What could the green haired medic be planning behind her smile and half-closed eyes? More memes, perhaps? Or maybe this was all just a game to mess with Shion's mind and she had given up on her mischievous idea already.
That mysterious smile remained even as Kagerou watched Shion come down upon her as a spinning, blue ball of hedgehog-esque doom. In response, the red eyed kunoichi took a stance, and when the time was right, she met Shion leg-on midair. The spinning axe kick was answered with a straight kick of Kagerou's own as she leapt up into the air like some strange martial arts user out of a low budget Chinese movie that couldn't afford actual Chinese outfits so they used pillowcases instead. Kicks like these weren't flattering in this sort of billowing clothing. No matter how good her form, all of it was covered up the ridiculously flapping white cloth.
Though, of course, Kagerou would lose that midair fight. Shion had gravity, momentum, and her overwhelming strength all in her favor. Upon impact, the winner was clear, and Kagerou was bashed right back to where she had started: the ground. The impact of her back hitting ground was audible, but one wouldn't think it had hurt at all with how smoothly she rolled back up, covering her recovery with a swfit but strong kick and looking ready for another round.
"Elemental arts to coat and empower your attacks," Kagerou admired Shion's kick, "I've learned one style that does that with all of the elements, but I think I also read about another style that focuses on just lightning right before we started sparring. Could you please do something similar with your next attack? I'd like to try out the Kaiser Fist style against it."

SHIONxxxxxMORI The speed, the power, the momentum -- all of it was unbalanced in Shion's power. Truly betraying any indicators her physicalty would indicate, the spunky red-head was outpacing a ninja in a higher class than hers; at least, one she percieved to be in a higher class.
All of that would come to a grinding halt once Kagerou would ask for Shion to try switching up her style. First and foremost, it appeared as though Kagerou had misunderstood Shion's attack. Was she not privy to her abilities as a host? It's not exactly like her powers were a big secret. When it came to her partnership with Matatabi, Shion's philosphy boiled down to "if you've got it, flaunt it." This was so much the case that she'd even bumped into foreign ninja who immediately identified her. Maybe Kagerou just didnt care? Bold move, considering just how dangerous even a little prolonged exposure to the flames was. If the two werent careful, that goofy pillow case would turn into a goofy tinderbox.
"I mean... if you're sure." Shion then did a series of limbering stretches that were honestly just for show. Then, a slow breath in and a slow breath out. Again, then again. After three breaths, a pair of flaming cat ears sprouted atop the kunoichi's head as a winding pair of fiery tails extended from her waist. "Hope that armor can hold up, kiddo." With that, Shion was once again blinding towards the green-haired pillow in a fit of speed. A moment passed -- then suddenly... One! Two! Three! Three punches, each coated in the same eerie-blue flame, lashed out at Kagerou's thigh, chest, and shoulder respectively.

Shion was in front of Kagerou before the latter knew it, but as the first strike landed, the armor was up and ready. Chakra flooded through Kagerou's body, and though it wasn't visible at this stage, the famous Kaiser Fist's Kaiser Armor solidly blocked the first strike.
Shion, however, didn't seem content with letting Kagerou take this training at her leisure. No, it seems like the spunky, tiny woman had sensed something off and was determined to reveal her opponent's true abilities... or maybe Kagerou was thinking too much into it. The second blow came in roaring even brighter, faster, and stronger. It broke through Kagerou's shield. As she just narrowly dodged the attack, it was her wake-up call that each punch, unlike Shion's prior combo attacks, was meant to be a full powered attack in its own right. Each individual attack seemed to be for testing Kagerou's real strength.
She didn't have time to think, plot, consider her own image. The third punch was already on its way, and Shion was very clear, very flashy that it was gonna hurt. Her outfit already singed with the second punch that got through her attack, the lightning that swiftly crackled across Kagerou's skin did no favors for its integrity. Flood the chakra through her body, then invigorate, bolster, and finally master. The whole learning process would flash in front of Shion's eyes in the span of very short time it took for her punch to connect with the now visible armor of crackling chakra, like a shell of green lightning.
The clothes Kagerou wore were meant to be disposable. That wasn't to say that they would tear at the slightest provocation. They were meant as active wear, appearances aside, and Kagerou knew how to keep her clothes intact mid-battle. However, Shion's attacks were hardly "slight provocation," and the lightning armor itself wasn't a gentle technique, so naturally, the improperly controlled armor technique seared and tore through Kagerou's clothes, even burning and blistering her own skin, but it worked. Taking the Traditional Stance from the boxing style of the Grand Ultimate Art, Kagerou raised her fists to block her face from Shion's punch and ducked her head. She took to the balls on her feet, resorting immediately to an agile stance. Shion's strike connected with her stance technique, and the resulting collision created a shockwave that easily blew Kagerou back with the light-footed stance she had taken.
There were no sounds of pain as Kagerou was thrown roughly and skidded across the ground, clouds of loose dust obscuring direct vision. In fact, there were no sounds at all aside from the initial impact and the ringing of her bells as she, presumably, moved. The tumbling and rolling as she recovered and when she eventually stood up, all of it was as quiet as can be. Only belatedly was a convincing, "Ack... Ow, my back... My head...," heard as Kagerou walked out of the billowing smoke, rubbing the back of her head in pain. The wounds from her own armor technique and the collision could be seen glowing and healing across Kagerou's body, and she appeared to have already changed out of what remained of her pillow case outfit into more sensible and usual training attire. She lifted her head and laughed sheepishly, appearing a little out of breath, when she finally saw Shion, "I guess that's what I get for rushing the armor... and forgetting that the armor did that boom boom thing.""Inka-sama would be proud, though,""I also chose the completely wrong stance for that situation..."
Well, that is... assuming Shion allowed Kagerou to talk at all. Who knows, maybe the strict taijutsu teacher would just go up and give Kagerou another one-two-three to the face to get her back in the game.

Now, the armor emits a crackling, bright, white hot chakra that appears like a thin aura around the user. The chakra causes mild burns on contact. In addition, the user gains a [1] point increase to strength and speed per rank of the armor.
▰ Bolstering Kaiser Armor Training | Rank A | Training This training adds to the previous effects of the Kaiser armor's technique. In addition to that, the target's armor now allows them to regenerate 10 stamina per rank of chakra applied to each technique while the armor is active. The user may not generate more stamina than their reserves may hold.
▰ Kaiser Armor Mastery | Rank S | Training The final stage of training for the Kaiser Armor. In addition to it's previous effects, the Kaiser armor now causes searing burns upon contact that blister due to the crackling chakra. Additionally, the user's strength and speed are increased by [1] point per rank of the armor instead of it's original [1] point. Taijutsu and bukijutsu techniques used while this armor is active create shock waves five feet in the direction of the attack per rank of the technique.
▰ Traditional Stance | Rank X | Simple The user raises their fists up to protect their head and balances on the balls of their feet, making them ready to either kick or punch at a moment’s notice. This stance grants a [1] point increase in speed per rank of the technique. This stance requires a single activation to enter. After executing melee attacks from this stance, the user may reenter this stance for no activation.
SHIONxxxxxMORI Shion rarely thought her actions through. Looking to the future only lead to disappointments and stray plans; she only knew how to live in the moment and follow her gut. This was no more true than in battle. Shion's reflexes were sharp. Like, very sharp. Like, James Bond's suit sharp. I mean they were "those videos where people cut boulders in half with a stream of water" sharp. There wasn't an attack she couldn't see coming and a situation she couldnt dodge. As such, Shion let all inhibitions go, fighting fully autonomously, letting her instincts guide her; this, more often than not, lead to an endlessly aggressive series of punches, as our once-pillow-clad medic was quickly learning.
Her first punch failing to connect only emboldened her, told her hit faster. And, so she did. Her second attack bouncing off the armor only told her to hit harder. And, so she did. This stream of mindless, reactionary escalation kept going, such was her berserker nature. Even the rebound of the Kaiser armor, the knock-back blast, didnt stop her. Instead, Shion would shift her weight to let the blast wave carry her around, slingshotting back into our ground-bound Kagerou. What did stop her, was Kagerou's cry of pain from her own move. Okay, this was starting to get dangerous for her... and for once it wasn't Shion's fault.
Using the momentum she gained from the blast, Shion rushed forward, coming to shadow over Kagerou. With her palm outstretched, Shion prepared to make her final move. A quick rush of Bakuton chakra flooded her hand and erupted forward into... little more than a few harmless sparks. After her quick light show, Shion shifted her palm into a hand, offering aid to get Kagerou back on her feet. "Dude, ya really gotta learn how'ta combine yer taijutsu better."
