                        Personality: Rough and down to earth is the best way to describe Luo, he is a man who sees reason and practicality in everything. There is nothing to shroud anything with, it is how it is with him as a person with the potential to change things rather another force. Everything about Luo is an independent individual who thinks for himself first, and then others yet often still considering options and consequences that may merit from his actions. While a man of impulse, Luo is naturally curious and often suffers from a spree of being a klepto -- often small coins and shiny trinkets catch his eye.

                        Efficient, and practical, he works to do things quickly and effortlessly as possible, not prone to cut corners. If there is a doubt, the action is double checked before it happens, and if he cannot shake a doubt it is not done. He approaches a situation often thinking of how another would see it, often being what the individual involved or connected if not he'd see it on how someone else would think. A process of questions flood his mind when it comes to truly difficult situations, yet sometimes he has moments of boldness that almost seem out of character for himself.

                        To people, he finds it hard to trust someone and usually assumes another is scheming him in some way or another even when they are not. There are few people that he actually opens himself up to, even trust enough to go out of his way to help them. While not terribly social, he's no stranger to friends and acquaintances given ample time to know them. However, his childhood and abandonment issues strike Luo doubly hard with those he does open himself to those close to him and tie into both fear and concern if someone were to be in danger, in particular to his mother.

                        Luo is a man with a fine taste for the simple pleasures of life, he doesn't care for style nor does he care for coin. Only that he can live for another day and move on with life. Often however he has a thrill for the more elaborate design every once in awhile, a fine cut of meat or a piece of clothing with elaborate embroidery. Small things get his interest, it is uniqueness that he craves in the fine goods rather than anything anyone can get.

                        Biography: Luo Ibis, a descendant of the Tengu and Human populace native to the mountains along the western edge of Tea overlooking the Hanguri Gulf. Born a half blood of a tengu yokai, Luo's world was split between two of that with a yokai father and a human mother. Since early life, Luo has faced discrimination for his lineage and dealt with a superstitious people that were afraid of the Saimoto and the Yokai. The Ibis branch of the Saimoto clan were believers in the Onmyodo, teaching the arts to all heirs of the clan at the coming of age with their Void release. In spite of his birth, Luo has enjoyed the luxury of life in the courts of the Saimoto clan in a small religious town, schooling and training as a Void user. Esoteric Omnyo arts, political intrigue and yokai taught genjutsu are among the specialties bestowed upon him in addition to a passing interest of bukijutsu with dual blades. Harboring contempt for his home country's Daimyo Chahito, Luo had left home to travel and further his training and knowledge of the esoteric arts related to his father. Recent sightings and activities of Yokai had only furthered the contempt Luo has for both human and yokai with his travels bringing him to the imperial fire capital after word of his home country's leader meeting with the Emperor of Fire.


                        ▰ CLASSES AND STATS

                        First Class: Bloodline
                        ▱▰▱ Dual AncestryDual Ancestry allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the optional attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6]. If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Dual Ancestry users do not have access to the implant system including the Genetic Palette personal attribute. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank.
                        Second Class: Genjutsu
                        ▱▰▱ Master of DeceptionWith genjutsu, realism and the sensory ability of the target factor heavily into the ability of the victim to realize they are in a genjutsu. The illusionist chooses [1] Sense of Specialization that will render a genjutsu cost [1] rank less if the casted genjutsu's primary sense is their specialization. Genjutsu that use the illusionist's Sense of Specialization as the primary sense become resistant to the sensory powers of sages and non-Infinite Perception discipline scholars. This resistance means that the genjutsu will go unnoticed from these abilities. Since the illusionist has become so adept in their Sense of Specialization they may always weave it into genjutsu as an Additional Sense unless it would bring the illusion's sensory control above the [5] limit. The illusionist may also always select any Additional Sense that is not their Sense of Specialization to add to a genjutsu as long as it does not exceed the cap of [5] manipulated senses.

                        ▱▰▱ Cross Class:Bloodline – Genjutsu: The user is able to combine their bloodline techniques and genjutsu together for one action by using the bloodline technique as a trigger by effecting the target's senses. This ability has a three post cool down. Bloodline Techniques and Genjutsu cost five chakra less.

                        Personal Attributes:

                        Blessed Flames | Techniques converted by Amaterasu’s Cloak are considered Void and Uchiha bloodline techniques for purposes of system and technique interaction, however they lose their elemental advantage and disadvantages when augmented.
                        Illusory Prowess | This attribute allows any and all genjutsu to be cast through eye contact with the Uchiha. In addition, the genjutsu cast in this manner have the sight sense added to them at C Rank body. At S Rank body, the user's genjutsu are given the chakra sense. Also, mental stress or insanity can be added to any genjutsu cast through eye contact for an additional fifty percent chakra cost.
                        Melee Prodigy | The user obtains a [1] point increase to agility while their sharingan is active for each body rank they have obtained. In addition, the user's first physical offensive activation every three posts gains a [1] point increase to speed per rank of their body, also requiring the eyes to be active.

                        A Dervish for Two | Luo is a dervish with twinned blades, favoring the traditional set of a katana and wakizashi for when he must get into melee. He is able to perform single bladed bukijutsu with a pair of weapons normally by using both weapons in tandem and adapting to the change of technique. Yet he can choose to split a Bukijutsu's use within one activation and make two consecutive attacks instead, aiming for the same target or diving his focus between two. This works by reducing the rank of an attack by [1], splitting the difference between the two strikes with half in each such as the following example: The B-Rank Buki is used in one activation and A Dervish for Two is used to split the single attack into two, each individual strike is now C-Rank and may focus the same intended target or two entirely separate ones. This can be done for Offensive or Defensive activations with the minimum level of a technique having to be at least D. All special properties of a jutsu such as status used will apply 1 Tier lower if focused on two separate targets, if only one target is chosen then the jutsu acts as the same if both strikes land successfully. Cannot be used with projectile (kunai, arrows, etc) techniques and if a Bukijutsu were to be overwhelming it is ignored for this activation. // Crow's Award 2k20
                        Wings of the Father | Luo's chakra manifestation gives off a shimmer, faint wings of a crow demon appear on his back whenever his chakra is released. With E-Rank chakra he makes the wings appear more vividly with vantablack coloration that can be used as a visual trigger for his genjutsu. Should the wings touch someone, they act as a catalyst for touch based illusions as well. // 2 year
                        Darkvision | Luo's eyes are not like that of a normal human, he is able to see at night and in the darkness as if it were daylight. This does not aid him in seeing through chakra based darkness or techniques of any kind. // 2 year
                        On the Prowl | The movement portion of the technique Black Waltz can now trigger without striking a target first, instead investing 1.25x the chakra to perform than normal. This cannot be used to trigger Allegrissimo Tempo. Black Waltz can now also be considered automatically successful if it hits a living entity even if they guarded or nullified the damage, allowing the user to use the mobility portion of the technique, this cannot trigger Like Pawns on a Chessboard. // 2 year
                        Dance Partners | Up to [2] people can now be marked by the Presence of Mind technique, they are immune to the damage of Black Waltz when it is used upon them. Luo treats those marked by the technique as a Void technique and consider them an origin point for future Void jutsu as well. // 200 Member

                        Dual Ancestry
                        Shall We Dance? | Perhaps the most dangerous facet of the void is that it flows and conforms differently in each person, allowing them to make it their own in a world where having an ace up your sleeve could mean the difference between life and death. Taking this PA allows the user to create a keystone augment for the sole use to alter their void techniques. As with other keystones, the user may only possess one. Disciplines that grant keystones may still be taken in conjunction with this PA in order to benefit from their secondary effects, however, the user must choose which keystone they will ultimately use.
                        Altered Perspective | For every body rank, starting at D, the user may choose three [ 3 ] of any jutsu ( nin, medic, etc ) or other bloodline jutsu and places them under their Kūton list to no longer consume a slot ( If they did before ). These function the same as normal with the exception that they are now performed with Kūton chakra and are considered purely void techniques for interactions with other jutsu (such as the ones in this list), along with benefits that are granted by classes.
                        Like Pawns on a Chessboard | After landing a successful void technique against the target, the user's chakra will similarly linger on the enemy to [ Presence of Mind ]. The key difference is that the user may now use the movement bonus granted from [ Black Waltz ] to move any enemy in any direction the user wishes. The user also gains access to the [ Marionette Dancing ] technique.
                        Amaterasu’s Cloak | All fire based techniques produced by the Uchiha are considered bloodline techniques.The flames are turned black and fire based techniques are reduced by 5 chakra per rank with a minimum of 5 chakra to be paid for a technique. For each rank of a technique, it's flames burn actively for one post or one additional post if a limit is given.

                        • Hypnotism: The user is able to, through direct eye contact, control the actions of freed bijuu that are in the wild While less prominent, this effect may also affect summons albeit to a lesser extent. By spending an activation, S Ranked summons are afflicted with tier four paralysis as an image of the user’s sharingan is imprinted over their eyes. A summoner may kai this effect at one rank below the summoned creatures body rank.
                        • Insight: Confers a [2] point increase to agility, and the user can see muscle movements in an opponent much more clearly. Allows for last second dodges to be more likely.
                        • Mirroring: Able to, immediately, copy and replicate up to B Rank techniques without retaining them. Can retain those techniques, with a total pool of 12.
                        • Piercing: Can view chakra vibrantly against the environment, able to see through any and all clone techniques. In addition to the increased defense against sight based genjutsu, the user may choose an additional sense to have a rank increased defenses against. This is a one time choice that can not be changed as it is specific to how the user's eyes develop.

                        Mangekyo

                        • Hypnotism: Can take control of up to the A rank summons in a list, causing them to be frozen in place while able to directly control the lower level summons. Can also take complete control of freed Bijuu and command them to act under your command so long as this skill is maintained.
                        • Insight: Confers a [2] increase to agility, and the user can see any movements that happen within their field of view. As long as they are fast enough, they can always react with one of their own skills.
                        • Mirroring: Able to, immediately, copy and replicate up to A Rank techniques without retaining them. Can retain those techniques, but at this stage, only up to 15 skills can be kept and maintained permanently.
                        • Piercing: Can view chakra brightly and see their shapes distinctly from other ninjutsu. Can see the type of chakra being used, be it elemental, bloodline, clan, maruton, and also covers the strength of the jutsu prior to it actually being launched. Genjutsu defense do not change during this stage.
