Physical Description: K’nrox is a small and lithe man with fair skin and an extremely sweet face. With large, expressive blue eyes, he can be considered more beautiful than handsome. His hair is a mixture of light brown and warm blond tones, and he keeps himself clean shaven. Though he is much shorter than he’d like to be (around 5’8”), his lean musculature lends him dexterity and strength.

Personality: Many a person has been fooled by K’nrox’s face into thinking he is a sweet-tempered individual, only to be proven wrong the instant he becomes aware of them. Standoffish and surly by nature, he sees absolutely no reason to endear himself to anyone. Certainly, he’s driven off his fair share of people due to his unpleasant disposition, and that suits K’nrox, just fine. To those he allows into his inner circle, he is a staunch and fierce protector, and will be the first to step in at even a hint of trouble to guard the ones he cares about .

Unfortunately, trouble tends to follow K’nrox wherever he goes. He is a more aggressive man by nature, quick to assert himself and claim his space. He never hesitates to stand up for himself or his friends, and refuses to back down from a fight… even if things start to escalate. His aggressiveness means that he often fails to consider others’ feelings--he’s here to battle for himself, and if that means trodding all over someone else without thinking, so be it.

Though he may not be friendly with people, the man is surprisingly patient as a whole. Perhaps due to his craft, he’s learned to relish the calm kind of quiet that comes with waiting for results. He is a self-imposed perfectionist and holds himself to high standards, refusing to rush into tasks. It’s best to consider all his options before he makes a move, less he overlooks a better alternative in haste.

History: Kienrox had an uneventful childhood, raised by a family who loved him dearly in a small hold called Sandswept on the Southern Continent. Food and the various ways it could be prepared fascinated him for a young age, and it was little surprise when he asked to be sent to the Bakercraft Hall once he was of age.

Though the boy enjoyed all sorts of cooking, it was baking that he loved the most, and decided that was what he wished to focus on once he walked the tables when he was around 18 Turns. He was offered a position at Southern Weyr’s kitchens and accepted without hesitation. For 6 Turns, he improved his skills and was more than content to cook for hungry dragonriders, finding a great deal of satisfaction in assisting with good tasting meals. He wished for different ingredients and spices to vary his dishes, but understood that the Weyr had to make do with what it could get. One fateful day, he was assisting with the preparation for the feast that would follow the successful hatching of the young dragons when his life would be irrevocably changed.

A tiny, beautiful green had been wandering the sands for quite some time, her cheerful scampering slowly beginning to become sluggish with hunger and stress. She simply couldn’t find Hers, no matter how hard she looked--until she realized he wasn’t on the sands at all! Immediately veering towards the food preparations, the green wailed for her Kienrox until the stunned young man came stumbling out to gather the perfect hatchling safely into his arms.

With Dromenth now forever at his side, the pair remained at Western long enough to successfully complete their training before they set off to explore the world. K’nrox was always on the hunt for new ingredients to experiment with, and Dromenth was delighted by the new sights! Along these travels, they eventually met M’ahre and blue Mjesecath. One thing led to another, and the antisocial K’nrox found himself with a new set of traveling companions--ones he didn’t mind much.

When M’ahre showed up one day with a baby in tow, well. K’nrox had little problem with accepting the tiny girl as if she were his own. Though Thread’s return has threatened their wanderings, the man has felt no desire to return to a Weyr. As far as he’s concerned, he has his family to think about. The rest of the world can handle itself just fine.

Physical Description: A small, and dainty green. Dromenth’s wings and tail are not as long and elegant as she wishes, but she hopes her bright coloration makes up for that! She thinks her markings are quite flattering, don’t you? Her head is small and finely crafted, and she has a very sweet face.

Personality: Forever young at heart, Dromenth is an affectionate, silly green. Her bubbly nature and inclinations towards physical touches might grate on some, but no snapping or snarling will ever dampen Dromenth’s sunshine! Because of her constantly cheery attitude, it may seem as though Dromenth doesn’t take others’ problems seriously because she always finds a bright side. Sometimes, sunshine isn’t enough to chase away the storm clouds, and Dromenth fails to understand this. Positive attention charms her like nothing else, and this green easily falls head over claws for compliments and flirtation alike. It doesn’t matter how awkward or poor the attempt is--as long as it’s genuine, she’ll be swooning.

Unfortunately, for all her earnest sweetness, this green is a naive creature. Those who seek to deliberately cause her harm will be met with confusion and unease. Doing wrong intentionally is just something she doesn’t quite understand, and it’s very easy for Dromenth to fall for the wrong sort. Fortunately, her rider is there for her to lean on, and also to chase off those who have less than pure intentions.
