tab A snapshot of chaos preserved eternally. Spires of glass forged during a moment of devastation. The Angul Spires are a forest of glass spikes that were formed when the sand in the streets was blown outward, liquefied, and cooled in rapid succession, forming branching spires. These spires can be found in many places around the village, but they are densest here, where they form a forest of sharp glass that hums in the wind and glows with the light of chasms below. Their strange beauty has drawn many a gaze, but as it's essentially a forest of needles and blades, no one has thoroughly explored it.

tab • The Towers - A collection of the largest glass spires, most of which contain relics from the world at the time of the spires' creation. Books, masonry, toys, creatures, all frozen in place.
tab • Vents - Deep, winding, glass tunnels that make their way down to the bottom of the Radiant Abyss. Though the depths can be seen from the surface (albeit distorted) due to the entire area being made from glass, the winds and heat coming through the vents are lethal enough that their pathways remain unmapped.

tab • Grandspire Wraiths - A form of Wraith that manifests from the Spires themselves, the Grandspire Wraith is a chaotic being made of radioactive energy that flickers between pillars within the light that refracts off of them. When traveling between pairs of spires there is a fifty percent [50%] chance that a beam of such light will strike a traveler, immediately granting one [1] dose of Radiation, which is fed upon by the Grandspire Wraith. This feast adds to a pool that is within said wraith, which can range from one to ten [1-10], and once it fills the Wraith manifests in a physical form, a skeleton made of electrum bones that radiate a cloud of Radiation around them. Killing these Grandspire Wraiths will cause their bones to collapse to the earth, and they can be gathered safely to be used in crafting, as they have now become Wraithspire Electrum.
tab • Salt Barons - Despite the name there is nothing noble about these terrifying crustaceans. Enormous, with salt crystals as shells, these creatures lay waiting under the sand with only their salt crystal carapaces exposed, waiting for animals to come lick the salt from their backs, only then reaching up to snatch their throats and break it in one twist or to snip their head off. Ranging from a few inches to several tens of feet in height, thesecustraceans look more like their salt-water beach cousins than what might expect and, perhaps strangest of all, there is a hollow in the center of their backs a meter in diameter with no known purpose.
tab • Salt Spires - The salt spires here are highly corrosive in nature, and highly susceptible to water. If water strikes these materials they will erupt violently, causing A - ranked slashing and piercing damage to anything within sixty meters in an instant of destruction. For some reason the spires will reform in 2d10 posts.
tab • Radiant Fog - This land and everything in it has been stricken with a cursed light that brings warmth and illumination while destroying everything inside it. 1 dose of Radiation is gained every 2 posts spent here without protection.

tab • Wraithspire Electrum - This material looks like golden bones or chips, but when an electrical current passes through it the material quickly heats up and melts into a malleable material that can be used to cast metal objects. Once cooled the material is incredibly resistant to electricity and Radiation, applying a three [3] step reduction in all such effects. If the material is forged, however, it provides a strange effect that causes a silvery mist to fall from the forged material whenever exposed to fire. This mist suppresses electrical effects as written above, and does double durability damage against earthen materials.
tab • Spire Salt - This salt does E - ranked damage to water, and burns flesh, though this is a mild irritant level burn and doesn’t do actual damage.
