Physical Description:Liakee is on the shorter side of average for a pernese woman, with a soft body that has never been put to hard work but been fed well. Her hair, thick and always braided, leans into burgundy shades of brown and her light blue eyes absolutely twinkle with mirth.
Personality: Liakee's mother really tried. For all of the woman's efforts to tame her daughter and groom her into a proper young woman, what she got was the embarrassment of a wild child with an aversion to wearing shoes and sitting still. While capable of doing both things if she absolutely must, Liakee simply doesn't have the patience or disposition that some would prefer to see in a proper hold born-and-raised woman, even if she has long since been removed from such roots. Her imagination is a thing of wild, galloping wonder, and she has little care for responsibility or 'properness' - whatever that silly thing is. What she lacks in practicality she makes up for in wondrous daydreaming. If it weren't for Miameth and H'beron, why, she would simply piddle away her days on lackadaisical whimsy.
Not that she doesn't foist the mantle of responsibility onto her companion anyways, happy to pay him off with grand stories, adventure, and perhaps even kisses if he is willing to accept such currency on a given day. There are things she knows she must do, but if she is allowed an inch off of her responsibilities she will take a mile.

History: Liamet and Selakee had 7 children - the youngest of which was their only daughter, Liakee. Selakee was enamored with her long awaited little girl and quickly got her daughter's life all planned out in her head: Liakee would be a beautiful, perfect young woman and she'd marry up in life. What Liakee was instead was her mother's savage daughter. She was enamored with her older brothers playing outside and would desperately escape outside to join them, ditching the too tight, too formal clothing her mother would dress her up in to run freely. This made her mother push harder and chafe at Liakee more and more as she got older. Even her harper lessons only served to send her storytelling ways into overdrive. So when a searchrider came calling for a clutch upon Southern Weyr's sands, Liakee went eagerly despite protests.
From the clutch would hatch a petite gold - feet first and turned around from the very start. She greeted every girl with sweet hwenks and honks, then got distracted following one of her sisters when she asked her to come look at hers. As quickly as she'd been set to impress she seemed to forget who she was looking for and as her stress mounted she leaned upon one of her brothers to help her retrace her steps. Patiently, he stayed by her side while she again introduced herself to all of the girls once again, but it was Liakee who would receive a chirp of excitement.
Oh! You're right! She is who I was looking for! she informed her brother, rubbing her head against his before giving Liakee her undivided attention: I love you, LiakeeMine. You are perfect just how you are and your Miameth wouldn't change a thing. Liakee was, as any candidate given the absolute love and life of a baby dragon, completely smitten. She was also a horrendously bad influence on her young gold and it was perhaps through sheer luck the pair survived what training Southern Weyr offered at the time, as it would have been far too easy to simply get lost Between. The lifestyle of the mostly carefree - at the time - Weyr agreed with Liakee and she was more than happy to befriend her fellows.
Of note, however, was Miameth's dearly beloved Gahoth, whom the gold leaned upon, and his rider - an older man named H'beron. Their dragons innate closeness made him nearly impossible to avoid and fortunately she found him agreeable enough. At least, as agreeable as she found any of the subjects of her flirtations. The obvious affections of their dragons didn't translate directly over, nor did they keep her from her wanderlust. After one of Miameth's clutches upon Southern's sands the pair would leave to satisfy said wanderlust - even if Liakee knew the distance from Gahoth would leave her dragon pining.
She'd discover within weeks of leaving, however, that Miameth's flight had left her pregnant - a detail that Miameth was delighted to regale Gahoth about. After all - there was only one potential father, and wouldn't Gahoth's be delighted to know? Travel and pregnancy weren't exactly something that went hand-in-hand, however, and Liakee would return to her childhood home to give birth to her first child - and her parent's first grandchild, to their delight.
Parenthood was responsibility she was hardly ready for, but with H'beron and her parents nearby she was able to get her bearings about her. The idea of returning to a Weyr for more stability than her family could offer them wasn't one that sat well with Liakee, even if she knew staying with them wasn't a long term solution. That H'beron would continue to sacrifice for her selfish desire for freedom only endeared him to her even more.
When Miameth rose next Liakee had to make the best decision for what was to come and appealed to the Weyr closest to her family home - Western. While she was unwilling to settle down there permanently, the leadership came to an understanding in allowing the nomadic gold to clutch upon their sands and her children impress to their candidates.
She and H'beron would have two more children and while she has yet to settle her wanderlust, she does find herself looking at Western Weyr more and more - especially as her children have grown. She's still on the other side of the fence about settling down entirely, however.
Other: H'beron will be written by Uta! Liakee and H'beron have three children. Some vagueness has been left in her history timeline since it is dependant on getting clutches assigned.

Physical Description: Miameth is the image of daintiness - at least for a gold. She has short legs and a narrow wingspan and is built more to be long than broad.
Personality: Miameth is, upon first impressions, sweet and alert - she wants to love you and will give you her undivided attention. Where her rider is full of stories and imagination, Miameth is her captive audience, holding onto every word Liakee - or anybody else - says, at least until she is done saying them. It isn't out of maliciousness, but for all of the words and thoughts Miameth listens to in a day, she forgets most of them. Fortunately, her rider is happy to tell her stories time and time again, but the things Miameth forgets can often be important or time sensitive. Daily routine and repetition have cemented the most important or common things in her mind, but she is not a dragon to be tasked with neat schedules or messages to be passed along. To top it off, she lacks awareness of this habit so unless one is in the know, they may have no warning that this sweet, attentive, doting darling will absolutely let them down and not know she's done so.
