A laboratory hidden deep underground somewhere around the outskirts of Zaishin. The lab has various technology that is far more advanced that what Zaishin City itself has due to the illegal procurement of Arashi-Like technology from the blackmarket that has been modified to fit the needs of the people who do experiments here. Various experiments occur here, but the main use is creation of various kinds of weapons, including living ones.

INDENTLighthearted footsteps echoed vibrantly throughout the abandoned underground tunnels. Before long, the tiny being had found himself in the labs main domain. Shimmering golden irises gazed on the technological beauty. Lips faintly parted in awe of the magnificent sight. Like moth to flame, he was drawn to a particular vial. There he stood before the scientific test tube, four-feet tall. Adorning a large cloak which blanketed his figure. Upon his back a massive scythe, which dwarfed him in height. Hand outstretched beyond the cloth, curiously touching at the vial's glass surface. Gazing onto the strange humanoid within the container. Fingertips pressed firmly against the glass. Mesmerized, it appeared as if he was in a trance. Head slightly tilted, as subconscious dialect with the trapped creature ensued. "W-What are you"
The form within the large tube didn't move, however as a vibration touched it's form....a voice entered it's head it was surprised. To be spoken to so directly...it wasn't use to such things. There were always scientists talking around it...around him...but never to him. "Lost..." The voice would respond to the voice in his head. With closed eyes and only a voice to hear he didn't know who or what he was speaking to. "Taken..." It would speak once more, never forming full sentences. Only ever using words it had once heard the scientists or others they brought speak. "Scared..." Was the last word that the figure from the tube would speak.
Not even moments later, a group of figures would enter from a door which slid open off in the far corner of the large room. The group of 4, each dressed the same in a lab coat that covered traditional Zaishin clothing. They would notice the figure, it's hand on the tube. "QUICK GET NUMBER 4 AND IT'S HANDLER." One of the figures shouted, then they all scattered. One running back through the door as quickly as she could to get the persons in question. The one who shouted rushing forwards, grasping some kind of weapon from the lab desk nearby. As they twisted the pole-like device the weapon's blunt tip lit up and crackled with electricity. Another quickly grabbing some circular objects from the desk and positioning themselves near the door. It seemed they didn't make a move to throw the objects...as if they were waiting. Perhaps a last ditch effort if all else failed? While the final one made it's way towards a large red button.
However just as they found themselves at the button, their hand hovering over it. A squelching sound could be heard accompanied by the sound of metal moving clear through the air. The scientist's body fell as their head left their body and a new figure made it's presence known. Five blades at his side, a look of disgust as he looked over the lab. "It's different....but I can tell..." He said aloud, the man with the circular devices panicked for a moment, the man who approached the one who they saw first couldn't avert his eyes from an opponent to help. Within the next second, the new arrival was on the other side of the room, and the man with the projectile balls sliced in two. The man's eyes glanced over the cloaked figure for a moment....then he was gone again. Hidden...waiting...

She quietly moved her hands with small precise movements as she prodded through the viscera with tools, occasionally reciting a verbal note that the man who was her handler jotted down, one of his few duties besides watching over and telling her what to do. That was when a deviation in her scheduled duties was brought to her attention, the eerily serene quiet of her work was disrupted by another of her owners, looking like he had sprinted the whole way there, as he barked out a move and kill order for the two of them before stopping to catch his breathe, before collecting a prototype, rifle appearing weapon and came chasing after.
Whatever words her handler threw at her mattered not, he always meant the same thing which was for her to deal with it and him to do clean up, so she bolted ahead of him and tore through the door leading into the room with the intruders. The cloaked figure would find as fast as he noticed her rapid arrival arrival, she would have already release two small spear tip like, projectile blades coming at his face and to pin his left foot with preternatural speeds(Speed Release: Shuriken Technique x2). By the time the result of the knives was mild resolution, the blonde haired girl glanced about and taken stock of the two fatalities without so much of a wince, eyes darting about as her opponents weapon was devoid of blood, upping the woman’s alertness to a potentially unseen foe beyond the one near the massive test tube.
The now visible and stationary arrival would be properly visible to the intruder with a scythe, her empty green eyes clearly locking onto him. Her hair was long and cycled through several colours, wearing a long white apron overtop of white robes, blood splatter adorning the front. She was holding a straight edged short sword in her grey gloved left hand, a compact metallic collar with a blinking green light around her neck giving the distinct impression that she had a different standing that the others Aeleus would have already seen. Most noticeably was the fact that her right arm had suddenly turned from white to a dark black/brown as a swarm of small, unpleasant looking insects crawled from the inside of her large sleeves and as she rose the limb, started swarming up about her into two spiralling masses, a buzz humming through the air from the rapid beating of nearly two hundred sets of wings taking off. The spiralling haze of insects formed up into huge rotating drill like masses and careened toward the scythe wielder with speed and force, so as to slam into and mass upon the man, with the imperative to bite and bore into his flesh as the ravenous Kidaichū were known for (Drill Formation [ Keisei Doriru ], 2 S rank attacks.). The girl herself reworked her footing and stance, in preparation of whatever happened next(Fluid stance).
Her handler would arrive just before the warm took flight and tailing after him, the scientist with rifle like weapon in his hands, who wretched when he saw what had befallen his fellow researchers. Quick to recover to from the initial disgust the mans weapon began to hum and electric like chakra began to build up along its rectangular length, the scientist would raise the weapon as it prepared for a high yield discharge that required a little time before releasing(no attack till next post). The handler would draw a Katana and after uttering a curse while barking out the words “Four! Cripple and capture that man, he shall make up for trespassing and killing valuable researchers!” His words were followed by lightning forming round his entire body and summoning something akin to a samurais full armour, however with clear mechanical augments and alterations, the lightning channeling through its gaps and specific points, a whirrr of something activating coming from the mans armour, it clear he was much more fitted to combat unlike the ones who had died(S+ lightning armour, unknown technological armour summoned.). The teenage girl who was presumably #4 acknowledged her handlers order with few word, in a simple and almost machine like manner ”Affirmative, I shall take the appropriate measures.” The emotionally devoid words were dull, the girl lacking any hostility in her tone, expression or actions beyond the fact she was attacking, only the clear tone of the compliant and an impression she was simply moving as expected, no warriors will the any aspect of her.

Insects used
Kidaichū : A breed that is as ravenous as it is parasitic. When being swarmed by Kidaichū the target is sapped of their stamina equal to the rank of the technique used with the bugs while they bore into the target's flesh. However, they are very violent and aggressive as well as volatile. Additionally, these insects cause tiered trauma. Insect techniques are treated as [Overwhelming up to S-rank when utilizing Kidaichū]
Speed Release: Shuriken Technique [ Jinton: Shuriken no Jutsu ] | Rank D | Simple The Speed Release version of throwing objects. Projectiles thrown using this technique are given a [2] point increase in Speed per rank of the technique and deny an opponent their entire agility stat while attempting to evade.
Drill Formation [ Keisei Doriru ] | Rank X-Insects | Spiritual The Insects will form into two large drill-like shapes and will pursue a target while spiraling. The Rank of these drills are equal to the X-rank of insects used in their production and can be divided accordingly. I.e Spending two S+ ranks worth will allow for the creation of two S+ drill formations with one technique use. This technique can then be sustained with chakra equal to half the amount of insects used. However, if using this technique in a post, no other insect techniques may be used as its incredibly difficult to micromanage.
Fluid Stance | Rank X | Stance The user stands with their dominant side facing forward, their front leg extended with their weight on their back leg with the knee bent. The user's arms are raised up, covering their upper torso and face from blows. Techniques and basic combat attacks executed from this stance gain a [1] point increase to agility per rank of the stance applied. This technique requires an activation to enter the stance, but once entered it can be returned to for no activation after the user of an attack

INDENTFrequencies pulsed vibrantly. Listening not merely to just the creatures fragmented words but also it's emotions tonality. Aeleus' eyes tensed, disdain swept across the boys facial expression - what was visible beyond the cloak's collar. Teeth grift together. Fingertips slowly pulling from the vial. "Abomination!" Golden irises darted in alarm to the storming off the room. Gazing over shoulder to the group of white-coated newcomers, presumably the owners of this blasphemous domain. Just what had he stumbled across?
INDENTBlood splashed across the lab. Splatting against the test tube. Decapitation! The man's head rolled to the ends of Aeleus' feet. Making all evidence look as if he had been the preparator! Eye's widened in haste, body instinctively maneuvering. Caught off guard he'd little time to react. Spear-tipped projectiles sunk into the edges of his cloak, where his left foot would've been. Another pinning the tips of his collar to the test tube behind him. Having faintly shifted position just enough to avoid bodily harm. Now 'pinned' of sorts against the massive vial. In that moment Emerald's intermingled with Golden hues. Sternly the boy gazed into her soul-less eyes. Was.. She also? Alas, her mass 'clouds' of insects would break their locked eye contact. The multi-colored woman would notice a final detail.. Aeleus' hair stood on end. That small cloaked figure took on a menacing aura, like that of a cornered tiger ready to pounce.
INDENTAeleus was consumed by the massive wave of insects, seemingly being 'swallowed' by the mass cloud. Seemingly. Victorious buzzing ensured but for a brevity. "Katon" Single breath was all it took. Ra's essence flowed through the child. Within the storm cloud, a thin layer of heat separated Aeleus from the ever rampaging bugs. Like kamikaze's they plowed into the protective layer from all angles, disintegrating upon contact. The built up heat source acted like a protective barrier keeping the insects from every truly touching their target, try as they might. Yet, as quickly as they had 'seized' him, the mass cloud of Kidaichū would erupt and evaporate. Aeleus blasted backwards, smashing into the glass vial, cracking it's surface. The weaponry that once held him in place, like the insects, melted into nothingness.
INDENT"Balance be damned, wipe them out!" Feral flames hailed outwards, shredding through the masses of bugs, aimed directly for the green eyed woman and her cohorts. Majestically the onslaught of molten, oozing flames elegantly compacted into a thirty foot fireball. Trailblazing it's way at staggering speeds to consume the squad of Blasphemers! All within the fiery spheres path had become barren, eroding and melting all equipment, scorching the walls and flooring. Temperatures throughout the lab drastically flourished into a frenzy. Undoubtedly, those untrained to handle such serve heat would find remaining within the lab too much to bare, cant take the heat - stay out of the kitchen. Computers and technical equipment throughout the lab had begun sparking and malfunctioning from the sheer heat alone. Aeleus' feet touched down onto the scorched earth beneath him. Holding firm his position, right hand dropped from his lips, sliding back into the confinements of his cloak. Étaín, the massive twin scythe pulsed with excitement. Upon collision, that molten orb would erupt into a large fiery maelstrom.

This can be done for no activation cost once every three posts. ♦Keep Silent - During a post where a smoke related technique is utilized and the user is concealed within it, the user is able to remove all hints of their presence. Opponents who are attempting to locate or interact with the user have the same difficulties as though they were suffering deafness and tier four blindness, additionally removing the smell of the user. This effectively removes their presence from even sensory class ninja and dojutsu. ♦Sight Through Smoke - The practitioner grows accustomed to the way smoke flows around them and others. The user's vision is no longer hindered by smoke or fog. ♦Manipulating Line - After casting Retrieval, the user is able to tack on the additional chakra to the same activation of Retrieval. Instead of calling these weapons back to the user, they are able to be manipulated by the chakra threads they are attached to in a similar manner to puppet strings.The chakra threads attached to the weapons remain active for three posts and techniques can be executed from the Manipulating Line technique as though thrown by the user if desired. ♦Shuriken Hunter - The user's scavenging skills ensure that they are always able to find new shuriken lying about and retrieve their used weapons. This ensures they never carry less than 200 small projectile weapons. ♦Chain Gripping - The user grips the chain of their weapon, using it to sling the sickle end of their weapon about instead of the chain. Attacks the user executes while doing so have their range extended the length of the chain. This also allows the user to ignore shields as the chain wraps around the shield and allows the blade of the weapon to strike unhindered. ♦Major Control - The second step on the way to mastering maneuverability of the practitioners who use kusarigama. Mastering this training allows the user to freely manipulate the kusarigama mid flight without use of environment to change its direction. Movement, however, is still limited to slight angles while the weapon is in flight. Doing so requires stamina equal to half the technique being altered be paid. ♦Searing Burns - All lava-based Yoton techniques (including customs), regardless of the shinobi class of the user, will apply tiered burns on direct physical contact. Tier 1 burns are applied at E-D rank, Tier 2 at C-rank, Tier 3 at B-A rank, and Tier 4 at S-S+ rank. ♦Melting Point - All active lava techniques are so incredibly hot that they will melt metal in close proximity (30 foot radius). This includes an opponent's custom weapons, armor, and puppets unless an amount of chakra equal to the Yoton technique is expended by the opponent to coat and protect the metal. Additionally, if the user is of the ninjutsu class then Tier 2 dehydration with E-C rank Yoton techniques and Tier 3 dehydration with B-S+ rank Yoton techniques are applied as well. ♦Volcanic Sovereignty - Expands the user's Melting Point's radius an additional 30-ft. ♦Crackling Krakatoa - The user is able to make their katon and doton techniques molten by applying 5 chakra per rank for no action cost causing them to be considered Yoton techniques for the purposes of overwhelming. Because of the heated molten nature of the user's katon and doton through this method, the Melting Point ability can apply to these techniques. Additionally, Yoton techniques can be performed by the user with somatic gestures rather than handseals with the same amount of time applied to mold the chakra. ♦Master of Transmutation - Yoton techniques are all capable of being switched between lava, rubber, and wet cement on command with the use of an action. Katon and doton techniques can be self-korabo'd for a one rank increase in power for only one consumed offensive action with a five post cooldown. ♦Dehydration Demon - Wind and Fire techniques of the user may apply Dehydration Status at the following ranks: E-C: Tier 1, B-A Rank: Tier 2 and S-S+ Rank: Tier 3. Hand seals for techniques may be replaced with somatic gestures. In addition, all enemy dehydration affect the user at 1 tier lower at a minimum of Tier 1.

Mastery of this action allows the user to move up to three feet per rank across the ground at Shunshin speed, increasing their agility by one point. Upon impact, the fireball explodes, igniting a forty foot radius with tier three burning and inflicting tier three burns to all those caught within it's blaze. Lava Release - Ground Warming:The user floods the earth with their chakra, super heating the ground just below the melting point of lava at 2000 degrees Fahrenheit within forty feet of the user that moves with them. Within this radius, living substances receive tier two burns over their entire body while body parts with direct contact to the earth suffer tier three burns. Staying within this radius causes opponents to lose a single activation so long as they are in range. This technique requires a D rank amount of chakra per post as an upkeep cost.

Although he wasn't detectable by the others for the moment, as he watched he noticed that the man who showed up with the girl who seemed to use bugs and move extremely fast was much more combat ready than the others he encountered. That just meant he would be harder to deal with obviously. The girl's form moved to attack the person she thought was the assailant, while the electric cyber samurai prepared for the worst it seemed. The other less battle ready scientist had some device of sorts that seemed to be preparing to attack the man as well. At the same time the man with the electrified baton seemed relieved, now that these two were here surely there was nothing to worry about. He had also been a bit more trained in combat than the others, but nothing like the man in the armor. He knew he could help, rushing forwards to assist in 4's crippling of the intruder.
Meanwhile Machigai's presence would become known once more. He couldn't deal with this samurai quickly but he could surely deal with the other. His form appeared once again, and like lightning moved quickly. Dashing almost invisibly past the cybernetic samurai armor clad person and to the scientist holding the rifle. The sound of metal scraping against metal, cleaving through the device the scientist was holding and then cleaving through the head of the exact same scientist, who's body would fall. The cybernetic samurai would turn to look at the man who's blades seemed to never have left their sheath. Five blades? The armored man sucked his teeth. "You should be dead, why are you so young? My grandfather said you should have died by now." The samurai said, instigating a stand off between Machigai and the Handler for but a moment.
As the other invader defended himself, heat picking up in the lab. Mechanical equipment sparking and breaking. The man who had rushed forwards without assessing the abilities of the assailant would face instant regret. His body would burn up, flesh melting away from the heat as he would fall to the ground in pain. The metal floor being heated up made it even worse, but he could do nothing about it. His nose and the room filled with the smell of his burning flesh as well as the burning flesh of the other dead bodies. The molten orb leaving the man only to suffer and die. The liquid within the giant tubes began to bubble from the heat and the glass would begin to crack as well. Slowly but surely they too would also break.
Meanwhile Machigai assessed the situation, the heating up of the lab. The flames, sparking. This would...make his job much easier. As the samurai clad in cybernetic armor prepared for a fight Machigai did something different. Removing two blades visibly from his sheathes, the one in his right would tap the ground behind him, causing a wall of salt to rise from the ground blocking the way inwards. While the other blade would be moved in a cresent shape above his head releasing a thick purple mist from the blade into the air. "When you see your grandfather in whatever afterlife the worst of the worst go to.....make sure he knows....he was the reason you died." Machigai noted that his cybernetic armor was already beginning to malfunction from the heat of the other intruder now as well. Blades returned to their sheaths and then his body and blade charged with electricity, his hand grasped a single blade....the one with the most sentimental value to him. A dragon of lightning and flames appeared before him as he moved forwards and sliced into the electric armor deployed beneath the cybernetic armor. Disabling it, and then quickly moving again.
The samurai's voice would shout out. "FOUR! PROTECT ME AT ALL COSTS." Which in turn also instigated Machigai's action as well. He knew it would happen, he wasn't unprepared. And when the woman would make her way towards the man barking orders to her she would find herself with a fist in the gut from Machigai, or an attempt at it. Which would be aimed to debilitate her temporarily so Machigai could quickly evacuate her. Regardless if he managed to hit her and grab her or not he didn't have time to do everything. He looked towards the flame throwing scythe wielding man and would speak quickly. "Grab the two from the tanks." He said, almost in synch as the tanks glass shattered causing liquid to flow from them and instantly evaporate upon the super heated lava enhanced floor. "It's about to explode." He said to them quickly making his way out the way he came and hopefully with the other behind him.
As the sparks, flames, and heat reached the cloud of Miasma he released from one of his blades it would do exactly as he said. Ignite in an explosion, the gas blowing up in close proximity to the cybernetically armored samurai, who shouted in agony and anger as he was enveloped in the flames of the explosion. Then the rest of the lab went with it, chains of explosions happening from the first explosion as mechanical devices ruptured metal was destroyed and sent flying and the lab would be destroyed. The explosion following the escaping group of them out through the tunnel they were speeding out of.

The emerald eyes returning to the bug mass after the momentary glance back, this newcomer increasing the difficultly of her task and then to make matters more complicated, the first intruder struck back. The screech before the the pop of her swarm grated on her senses, always able to experience a little bit of the final “voices” of members of her swarm that died unnaturally, the brilliant bright swathes of flame making itself know as it cast away the dark cocoon of insects in a bang. As the heat of the lab immediately began climbing and the creator of said heat expressed his retribution, the bursting flames continuing forth, coalescing into miniature sun that more than incinerated the advancing scientist. Calculating she had little if not zero techniques at her disposal to actually stop the attack, burns beginning to form and her eyes squinted as it approached she would choose to evade it as the only plausible answer option.
One second she was there, the next she was on the far opposite side of the lab kicking off of a wall to maintain a suddenly rush of speed, pinging off of surfaces with minimal contact time as she started hurling a flurry of weapons as she did, kicking off and launching as many projectiles around thirty two times in maybe two seconds(sonic release body flicker and sonic release shadowless flight, no need to defend it won’t reach him). The issue with this was that no knife she threw could find it’s target, the heat in the lab not only burning her skin and trashing the place…. but also managing to reduce her blades to slag before reaching the cloaked arrival. Even her swords were suffering which resulted in her dropping the one she gripped and focusing a sheathe of chakra on her fire element blade, it having the greatest resistance to this mans style, the girl pausing kn the ceiling as she drew the weapon as she tried to calculate some method to incapacitate this man. This train of thought was disrupted by her handlers inability to deal with the other assailant, something she didn’t even consider a possibility considering how she was conditioned.
”Yes!” She said with the tiniest sense of urgency in her voice, the new order acknowledged and the girl acting on it in the immediate. The pain of her burn riddled body was at this point mounting up to burden her and as she moved toward the invading samurai like a dart, her speed was already greatly reduced compared to only a few seconds earlier, her vision blurred from dehydration and heat damage to her eyes. All of this mounted up into causing her attack upon the samurai to fall short, her foot hitting the ground as she slashed her sword an instant to early and missing its mark, only noticing the lack of resistance against her blade path. Despite landing on the rapidly heating floor her body did not stop moving, having intended to skid into the man she slashed at after striking him to knock him away, this only serving to allow Zaishins fist to find its mark in the pit of her stomach. Even as the pain hit her senses and the wind came crashing from her lungs, she tried to reach a hand out to the Samurai as it began to light up with chakra, even as she wheezed and gag in an attempted breathe, coughing up some specks of her own blood she attempted to heal him, only her body aware that it couldn’t go on as she went limp and everything else black and silent all at once.

INDENTMagnificent flames consumed the forsaken lab in a blaze of glory! A single spark was all it took. Much like dominions, one malfunction lead into the next. Destruction spread like a rampaging wildfire. Lips parted into a concealed smirk behind the bulky collar. Needless to say he had overdone it. Yet, proudful he remained. As such sin could not go unpunished. This lab and its creations were an abomination!
INDENTAeleus stood firm, unbothered by the staggering temperatures. For he was a child of The Sun. The final descendant of an ancient tribe of Pyromancers. While all aside himself struggled, he in-turn, thrived in this environment. However, structural collapse on the other hand, would kill him all the same as the rest of them. Begrudgingly, the cloaked boy followed the robotic-swordsman's orders. Swiftly retrieving the two abominations. while they nearly doubled him in size, he was able to move them. Quite miraculously. Haste-fully he followed after the man's lead. He seemed to know his way around, it was their best chance at survival. Time was thin, destruction boldly ensued. Each explosion more devastating than the last. Golden irises squinted in urgency. Chunks of superheated debris hurled in every direction.

As the group of them finally made it out of the lab, flames following them along the way exploding out of the exit. Machigai would keep hold of the figure he had for the time being. Turning to look towards the other who came out of the lab alongside him grabbing the other two experiments like he had asked him to. Placing the figure on the ground he would approach the polearm wielding flamethrower of a man. "Thank you for your help." He said to him, offering a small bow to him. "There's much that-" Machigai would begin to cough suddenly, a sickness growing within his stomach making him feel unhappy and unwell over wall. He composed himself quickly. "Please place them down, I'll make sure to take care of them." He referred to the two the man had managed to bring out with him. Coughing once more as he would move to a bit of the clearing they were in. Despite his sick feeling he would begin to set up a fire. Obviously he had no intention of leaving these three experiments to remain knocked out in the middle of nowhere.

INDENTSunlight splashed his youthful face. How blessed they were to have made it out unscathed. Heavily he inhaled. Taking in a deep breath of fresh air. Steadily he moved forwards. Carefully resting the unconscious creatures upon the mossy ground's surface. It was then a bit of his identity could be seen. Sunlight glistened upon a war-torn Konohagakure headband. "All praise belongs to Yevon" his voice softly spoken, like that of a gentle breeze. As he rose from laying the experimental duo to rest, he turned to forward face the robotic-like swordsmen. "You're a better man than I.. I would not care for such abominations, they are the work of twisted men not The Creator.." Suddenly he went silent, turning away from the man. "It is not my place to judge them, for that responsibility lay only to the divine" Disdain filled his tonality, clearly he was bothered by what he had seen. Aeleus began his departure. Cloaking dancing elegantly with the passing breeze. Back turned to the Swordsmen and his group of tragedy. Offering him a indolent, farewell-wave. The boy's arm covered in scuffed bandages. "May Yevon watch over you."

▰▰▰ |SHINOBI • INFO| ▰▰▰ • Hokinsha | B | Zaishin Criminal | Bloodline | Medic | Aburame/zenshin Her form stayed very still for quite a while as she breathed lightly, chest rising up and down slowly. After maybe an hour her visible skin would start to get covered by insects that would glow with healing chakra colours before dying and falling off of her body dead afterwards. The final group of insects managed to remove the collar that had melted around her neck, a significant amount of effort of their part. As it fell to the ground enough time would have passed that Machigai would have reached the coughing and cramps stage of her disease which meant it had just about totally overwhelming his immune system and was moving toward causing damage. The crackle of the fire would around this point would be a trigger for her to regain consciousness, as well as make her aware of such and despite her physical discomfort she bolted upright.
She was dazed and disoriented from being knocked out and more so from being in an unfamiliar environment. A twinge of what could be seen as panic hit her as she remembered what had been happening before she was knocked out and realized she had failed, tensing for a massive amount of pain of pain to be sent through her body. After a couple of seconds the lack of pain brought her greater confusion as her fingers brushed the metallic collar on the ground, bringing her eyes to look at it, slightly widening as this was something she never remembered experiencing. Bringing her hands to her neck and touching at a line of scarring that was formed as a result, though besides a sense of feeling light and uneasy at the same time, she had no actual feelings on the matter. This actually wasn’t true when it came to her feelings, she just hadn’t come to terms with the magnitude of was going on, the fact she was looking about herself for anyone familiar was a giveaway, the only things she recognized were a couple of the other experiments, the fire and… that other intruder!!
From her seated position one instant and to her feet the other, several knives coming into view between her fingers, the girls stance guarded. ”You..!? Everyone died because of you and that other one, that is besides those two and me, why? It seems illogical to save us when you kill the rest.” She stated her queries while cocking her head slightly, giving him a look that defined she felt he did not make sense. At this point she’d blink a few tim s as looking at him made her instantly notice he had caught her disease, the collar being broken and her knocked out while using chakra meant if he touched her that would pass it on. ”You are sick, though the symptoms wouldn’t have shown up so quickly for you to realize saving me might save yourself, so that can’t be why you helped me.” She stated her thoughts at him, lowering her blades slightly as she realized she had little reason to strike at him, he was sick and her last orders were mute at this juncture, she didn’t even know why she asked the questions she did, this one was just confusing.

Machigai looked at the other man, the person who referred to the the other experiments as abominations. Of course, he seemed to be that of a close minded one... And of course, based on Machigai's appearance he couldn't tell that the man he was speaking to was also one of these 'abominations' himself. Machigai continued setting up his small camp, and the man seemed to be heading out. Machigai would wave to the man, and allow him to leave. He helped as he had asked and that was fine. He didn't wish to stay longer and that was understandable.
As the other left, Machigai's sick feeling was getting worse. It wasn't like he didn't know what the feeling was. He's seen plenty of sick people of course. However he had never been sick, he never experienced it himself. He was unsure why it was happening now of his 97 years of life. It was odd, his body wasn't really built to be sick. The pain was bearable, but only due to who he was as far as he was concerned. He simply sat there, waiting for the other three to wake up. Or at least the one who he punched, the two from the test tubes could very possibly never awaken. It would be a little while but then it would happen. The figure who had been taking orders from the cybernetic samurai had awoken and was quickly on guard. Machigai sickly looked over towards her for a moment and then turned his head back towards the first after.
"Oh, so I'm sick like this because of you? That's interesting." He said to her, coughing a bit again. "I've never been sick, so this is new. I guess it makes sense the first time I get sick is because they made some kind of twisted disease." He continued, not yet explaining the woman's question as he thought about it. He didn't really understand why it was a question in the first place, or why she thought it was illogical so to speak. Machigai's hand would come do his forehead and begin to rub it almost as if he was frustrated. "If there were more than you three, then I'll need to hold a memorial." He said first, turning his head towards the girl once more. "It's simple really. You were there and in a position to be saved. Same for the other two." He explained to her, eyes dull and empty yet experienced and wise almost. "Had the man throwing flames around not been there, I likely would not have saved the other two either. They were too out of the way for me, I would have put myself in danger to get more than just you out on my own." He continued his explanation. Laying back suddenly and closing his eyes. "To put it even more simply, you were just in the right place at the right time."

She shifted her gaze from him to the experiments and took stock of their current condition as he now addressed her question, lowering her weapons as there was no incentive to attacking him at this point. His answer seemed to have no base in an actual thought out decision and appeared to be a random impulse on his part, his final comment on the matter confirming it as such, which made her opinion that his decision made no sense remain basically intact. Turning back to him as she dismantled his answer in her mind, a small wrinkle appeared on her brow as she was clearly having trouble accepting an answer like that
“Based on information offered, you saved us simply due to a “passing fancy because you could,” despite having already killed several of my masters, you spare and even rescue us…. I cannot accept your answer, so to change a facet of my query I would instead ask “Why did you kill them and not us, what are your motives for killing my masters and not us? What value to you is there in saving us, what is your objective?”” She was so stiff and her tone almost entirely empty as she spoke, giving off the slightest air that she was displeased or unaccepting of his response and seeming reasonably distrusting, she knew what value they could potentially hold, though likely a different one than he might attribute to them. Turning back to the larger of the two subjects which had intensified its breathing and seemed to be restless, she would reach a hand out and place it around where the things throat looked to be located and her hand lit up with chakra and after a few seconds it’s breathing and noise would calm down. It’s life was now in a very finicky state, it was meant to be in the cultivation vat for another month before being able to properly function.
Saving #2 would be a task, though #1 wouldn’t be a problem, though without completion it would be hard to allow it to live comfortably as without the final touches it would be in perpetual pain. Why she was even worrying about this was simply because she had already been assisting with the project as her biological knowledge and abilities were of the keenest there, her motivation based around the fact she simply had been assisting caring for them and that the work put into them would be wasted, though #2 was more than likely a failed product as this point. Finally there was the strangers condition that he didn’t seem to be taking seriously, her disease wasn’t something that would treat him kindly even if it burned itself out on him…. Though she had little intention of curing the stranger without knowing his motivations, as if he was just after them as property, she was pre-ordered to kill those types but if this wasn’t his motivation then she had little idea what to think of him as she lacked an sense of normality.

The user’s footwork is so fluid that they are able to turn on a dime, making a combination of strikes go into multiple directions without interrupting the combination. Techniques that target multiple opponents may now have additional reserves paid in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the individual attack to the next highest rank.These can be paid individually, not requiring chakra or stamina to be paid for every split technique. • Riptide | Rank S | Training The user has learned that movement is life, and to stop moving is to die. By adding extra effort and urgency to their techniques, the user may perform more in a given motion than an untrained individual. In the Weak Stance, the user may perform 4 activations in a given post. In the Strong Stance, the user may perform an additional offensive activation each post. Each additional technique costs an extra 20 Chakra to perform and must be either basic combat or come from this Style
Machigai still lay with his eyes closed as the experiment spoke. She confirmed exactly what he thought, and if he was feeling better he would have made more of an expressive distaste for the way they still did things. Even feeling like perhaps it was even worse than before. Maybe the late shogun who the experiments began happening under exiling those scientists was the exact push they needed to do even more terrible things. It was frustrating, perhaps he should have searched for and killed those people...but he had to liberate the pain from the other experiments....
Regardless, it seemed that the newly freed person was having trouble processing what was going on with him. His motivations were simple he had already explained it was a whim. He wasn't sure how else to put it. His teeth would grind as he thought about it. Unmoving from his spot of laying down he would speak once more. "I gave you my reason for escaping with you. You were in the right place at the right time. That was all, I had nothing against you or these other two my issues were against those that created you." He explained sighing again. "They called you Four. I assume that's just what number you are. The man who gave you orders directly knew who I was. I guess you could say much in the same way that you were made by him, I was made by his grandfather. In fact I was the first one ever made by him and his group of scientists." Machigai explained to her with a bit of an expression of anger growing across his face despite his eyes being closed and him laying unmoving, in pain but refusing to show it. "The first ever mistake as they put it. Does that better help you understand my motives? OR do I need to spell it out letter by letter for you?"
