What is Designated Thread? ✨ It is a thread created in the guild's subforum and it has your username on it. ✨ The purpose of these threads is for mods to keep track of your progress. ✨ Do not post in other people's thread. ✨ Do not quote other people into your thread. ✨ All the rules written in this section focuses on the Designated threads.
Every mode has their own specific rules ✨ Please review those rules below. ✨ ALL ART SUBMITTED MUST BE NEW MATERIAL! ✨ This event is about learning and new discovery ✨ Recycling old materials is not exploring.
Do not delete any posts for any reason!! ✨ We use the post count to make sure everyone is on track ✨ Don't worry, you won't get in trouble!
If you make a mistake of any kind, please notify me. ✨ Please state clearly what you did and whose thread it is in. ✨ If you accidentally posted in someone else' thread... ✨ If you accidentally deleted a post... ✨ If you accidentally responded in someone's thread... ✨ We just need to know so that we can fix it! ✨ PM me, Quote me in the public thread, or use Discord.

How to read YOUR deadline ✨ Pay attention to see if your deadline says SAME or NEXT day. ✨ SAME day means if the event deadline is on Feb 1st, it will be Feb 1st for you at X time. ✨ NEXT day means if the event deadline is on Feb 1st, it will be Feb 2nd for you at X time. ✨ For the most part, if your art is due on the same day, the time will most likely be PM. ✨ For the most part, if your art is due on the next day, the time will most likely be AM.
ART MODES For those who have never participated before, please read the Event Artists mode rules below.
Tight deadline ✦ You will have no grace period ✦ You cannot post "next day" art 30-40 minutes expected effort Do your best! ✦ Struggles are to be expected!! ✦ Does not always have to be one piece ✦ You can do sketches/studies for at least 30 minutes ✦ The point of this mode is to push you and your art! WIP accepted ✦ Every 10 days, we have a "Finish a previous piece" ✦ Make sure the theme is clearly represented in the piece tab 30-40 mins effort is still required Artistic haiku, text-only not allowed (example) Written entries ✦800-1200 words for short stories ✦ 5 stanza for any poetry ✦ A stanza is composed of four or more lines No photography art allowed ✦ It's hard to tell how much effort was placed into a photo ✦ Photos of sculptures, textile work, body painting, baked goods, etc are allowed ✦ (things you've made that required photography to show) ✦ Once again, please spend around 30-40 mins on the art you will be submitting!
No deadline ✦ You are not restricted by the set deadline ✦ You cannot post "next day" art ✦ For completion, everything must be done by the last day of the event 5-10 minutes expected effort ✦ Doodles are ok
