this is what i started with, and got to the state of the top image within abt 35 mins so i hope that means my painting skill is improving, i followed some yt tutorials and also found some reference pictures for lighting, then i just went for it haha

i also did this for some more painting practice but didn't like the result that much...i'll just keep trying emo
