tab Being youngest person in the room, Inoki had truly hoped the older, more experienced members of the group would be able to come together to form a proper plan. However, all he got was the sort or bickering and dysfunction one would expect to find among quarreling siblings, which made sense when it came to the demons but it was a shame to see this trait carried through the hosts as well. One of the other hosts even used him as a prop for their argument, much to his annoyance. "Please don't drag me into this." Once more, Inoki was painfully reminded that hoping for things lead to nothing but disappointment. At this rate, he was beginning to doubt the group would ever be able to come together. "If we're the world's best shot at stopping all this, things are looking pretty bleak." he sighed quietly to himself, Isobu seeming to echo his sentiment with their nervous murmuring as they continued to hide behind their pillar.
tab Hearing a familiar voice address him, Inoki turned to the pillar beside him where Lady Soyeon stood. While not exactly the pinnacle of calm and level-headed decision making, he could at least find a small amount of comfort knowing that one of his village superiors was present with him. Although the information she had to share with him was something he had already pieced together on his own, he still gave her and understanding nod. "Understood, ma'am."
tab As the others began to discuss the idea of sending a small scouting team while others gathered further allies to strengthen their numbers. Between the two teams, Inoki was definitely better suited for the scouting team, given his specialty with sensory and subterfuge. However, he wasn't exactly eager to go waltzing into enemy territory so he wasn't going to volunteer himself for the job if he could help it. Thankfully, three others seemed to want the job so the likelihood of him being drafted seemed slim. "Looks like we dodged the kunai for now." he said, looking back at Isobu from over his shoulder, hoping to ease the creature's nerves. "Yeah ..... for now." the large turtle murmured back, its head still tucked away in its shell. Listening to Kurama and Shukaku bicker with one another wasn't exactly filling Isobu with confidence in the matter but as long as Inoki wasn't showing signs of worry, they'd do their best to control their nerves as well, though this was a feat easier said than done.
Himitsu listened as the others spoke, but the mild peace that they'd maintained began to crumble rapidly. Before his question could be answered by anyone, Chomei began escalating, working himself into a screeching tizzy in seconds. The Uchiha covered his ears and grimaced as Nimure tried to get the beast to quiet down. When he was unsuccessful, Himitsu failed to stifle a groan. "Chomei, please! Relax!" When the sound relented, he let out a sigh of relief, a moment too soon perhaps since Kurama launched himself at Shukaku just a few seconds later.
The young Uchiha literally bit his tongue to keep himself from making a snide remark toward the Kyuubi. Partially to keep as much information about himself from the otehr hosts for the time being, including his familiarity with Chomei, Kurama, and their hosts, but mostly to avoid drawing Miki's wrath once again. There was enough strife amongst the group as it was.
As things settled down slightly and the meeting moved forward, Himitsu listened and began to develop a feel for each of the jinchuuriki. It was certainly a diverse group, but for the most part they seemed to either fall under "cautious" or "reckless" in his opinion. The longer the group spoke, the more aware Himitsu became of the Eight Tailed Beast's absence. It wasn't until one of hte other hosts mentioned it though that he actually became concerned. "Hmmm, yeah, I noticed earlier but I figured they woulld show up... Should we be worried about that?"
Discussions moved forward, and a recon team more or less formed itself amongst the hosts. As talks swung toward the assembling of allies, Himitsu hoped that Miki or Nimure were in the village and not currently on assignment, so they could notify the hokage. If they weren't, that left the task to Himitsu, and he wasn't quite sure he was ready to go speak with Sadayo just yet. Their presense in Konoha would also offer him a chance to meet with them privately before they set out for the strange mountain, although he had mixed feelings about speaking with Miki again.
"Okay, so Six, Seven, and Nine are going to be our Recon Team? I've got no objections." Himitsu voiced his agreement, but his face soured when an dismissive and irritated, "Hmmph..." echoed out from behind him. Himitsu stifled an sigh and turned oer his shoulder to look at Matatabi. "I'm sorry, did you have something to add?"
The large cat feigned disinterest as she spoke. "I just find it interesting that it's so easy for you to ignore such blatant disrespect from others. We've barely been here a few minutes and our speed, strength, and all around usefulness have all been minimized."
"You're being ridiculous. That's not-"
"You know once upon a time Uchiha had pride. Where's it gone, boy?!"
"That's enough, Matatabi!!!" It was a small "slip", harmless information to be shared with even hesitant allies, but it was enough to set the boy off. He didn't know most of the people, and barely trusted the ones he knew more than the ones he didn't. Hell one had already tried to kill him once in recent history. Himitsu was not eager to offer any of them any information he didn't need to right now, especially in regards to identifying him. He'd spent the meeting minding his own words and placing faith in Miki and Nimure not to out him, only for Matatabi to be the one to screw him over. "Not here. Not now." With the "secret" out, Himitsu activated his sharingan and let the tomoe spin around his pupil for a moment as he made eye contact with his demon, the threat clear to the beast. She rolled her eyes and shifted in place slightly to regain comfort. The boy's eyes returned to normal as he turned back toward the group once more. "So... Maybe I missed it, but does anyone actually know this place? Or are we all just going to have to "feel" our way there?"

“Huh? I’m not fighting any- Oh!” The blue glow in Shinji’s eyes faded with the realization that he was subconsciously preventing Gyuki from dragging them into the telepathy world. “There! Now you can do whatever you were trying to-”
The world around Shinji and Gyuki dissolved rapidly, being replaced with one full of other people and the remaining tailed beasts. Shinji blinked away the disorienting feeling he was left with after the sudden shift in scenery, and slowly rose from his seated position to stand and face the company. There weren’t any familiar faces here, which was a bit disheartening, but Gyuki mentioned that there was some sort of trouble brewing, so familiarity was the last priority right now. Shinji tilted his head backwards and bent his spine until he was looking up at the Eight-Tails looming behind him. ”I think we’re right on time.”
”No, we’re late.”
”But everyone’s still here.”
”You’re an idiot.”
Shinji’s composure visibly deflated at the insult, but he shook off the offense and returned his attention to the eight other individuals and the demons they were hosting, paying particular mind to the crystalline structure resting in the center of the pedestals and the images displayed within. ”So, what’d we miss?”
▱▰▱When Kokuo mentioned Chomei and me doing the scouting, I nodded readily. "We can do that. Me, Chomei, and my Utamushi swarm can be in and out of there in a few seconds." I was confident in my ability to evade the Jashinists even if the operation went haywire. When the Shukaku host questioned the scouting tactic, I jumped in immediately. "I can blip out in no time. If there's a trap, I'll be able to sense it. If that fails and they still trap me, then another one of you can be on standby to release me." I was able to use my experience in JUEI to speak with some authority on this. By this point, I had done many missions similar to it in the past and became a top JUEI agent at a younger age than most.
▱▰▱My train of thought was completely derailed when Kurama tackled Shukaku. I stood calmly with my arms crossed, but the Utamushi reacted instantly. It was as if the swarm was channeling my surprise as they glowed brightly around me and seemed to pulsate in startled irritation. The Utamushi were becoming a deeper part of my subconscious at this point and were able to detect my emotions before even I could. Once the rumble was subdued, I looked at my fellow Leaf-nin in Miki. "I'll fly in first, faster than sound, and scan everything I can. Just make sure if something goes wrong that you'll cover me." I looked at Miki through sensory and blind eyes. Although I could remember what she looked like before. She was the one who handled Chomei's sealing for me in the first place so this plan seemed fitting. I knew that I could trust her. "It's true! Chomei can make Nimure go zoom!" Chomei spoke up and was more determined if not flat-out excited. I could tell that the seven-tailed demon was soothed by the presence of his siblings, including Saiken's empathetic words.
▱▰▱When Saiken's host volunteered to join the recon group, I nodded in acknowledgment. "Right. Well, we might want to leave it to just three hosts. We can't take too many people all at once." At the very least it seemed like overkill to have more than three. Then at worst it was a security risk. "Matatabi is very strong. Chomei knows that." I listened as Chomei tried to calm the tensions between Matatabi and Himitsu by reassuring his sister. When Himitsu asked about the location itself, I started at the chakra-constructed crystal ball of sorts. At least that was the best way I could describe it. Nonetheless, it showed us what the place looked like. I couldn't identify it exactly because of my lack of vision. I could only feel the chakra signature coming from the chakra ball and the unique chakra signature of the location. I shrugged before adding my two cents. "No idea, but I can tell that it's got strong corrupted nature chakra. Jashin must already have a hold over the place." I rubbed my temples as I continued to sense the chakra coming from the crystal ball. It felt as though I was actually standing there.
▱▰▱Out of nowhere, I could feel a ninth and final presence on the eighth pedestal in the telepathic space. "Hiiiiiii Gyuki! Chomei missed you!" Chomei immediately greeted his brother with a sweet and high-pitched tone. "Great, all of us are here." I was relieved that we had yet another host on our side. I had no idea who this man was but clearly, he was the jinchuuriki of the eight-tailed beast. "All of us are feeling the presence of Jashin coming from that place shown in the middle. We think he's being summoned and we want to go stop him. Our plan is to send me, Miki, and the six-tails host to do recon before we attack." I did what I could to bring the new guy up to speed. If necessary then another host could explain further but I knew that I had to go soon to get this recon started.
▱▰▱At this point, I was ready to move out. I waved my arms above my head while whistling to make sure that I had everyone's attention. "Keep an eye on your tailed beast telepathy! All information that I sense there will be sent to you telepathically through your bijuu! You can attack later when we give the signal." The one advantage that this disjointed group of hosts had in terms of organizing was the ability of telepathic communication. I intended to use it. I pointed at Miki and Fuko before speaking one more time. "Ready?" If so, then Chomei and I would immediately fade away.

After regenerating, the Utamushi are supercharged by Chomei's chakra. This allows them to remember up to five of their past technique resistances through the innate adaptation ability of the Aburame clan. These adaptations must have actually happened in the past and must be noted on the modifiers section of the profile to be used. This metamorphosis of the Utamushi requires a demon transformation and thus all adaptations are lost when the demon transformations end. ▱▰▱ Sonic Hellion | The jinchuuriki receives 200 sonic chakra per body rank rather than 100 for a total of 1,200 at S+ rank. Additionally, sonic chakra can be used to pay for a wind technique to add vertigo to any fuuton at [1] tier above the rank of the technique. ▱▰▱ High Frequency | Sonic chakra causes wind, taijutsu, bukijutsu, and speed release techniques to vibrate violently. Doing so allows them to greatly damage bones and cause [1] tier higher trauma than the rank of the technique on contact. Additionally, these techniques gain a [1] rank advantage against armor, shattering the metal instantly. ▱▰▱ Sensory Overload | Sensory techniques cost [1] rank less for the jinchuuriki to cast. Additionally, whenever sonic chakra is used jamming is applied at [1] tier higher than the technique's rank. A loud buzzing sound can also emit from sonic techniques and cause deafness within 20 feet per rank of the technique. ▱▰▱ Supersonic | The user receives an extra 200 to their Sonic chakra reserves. The user is able to break the sound barrier while using Sonic techniques causing a concussive chakra blast that is [2] ranks lower than the sonic technique used (minimum of D-Rank) and the deafness status is inflicted. This blast costs no combat action or resource and can only happen once per post. ▱▰▱ Swarm of Pestillence | By applying 10 chakra at no action cost, Nimure's insects inflict tiered disease status on contact based on the rank of the Aburame technique. ▱▰▱ Swarm of Acidity | By applying 10 chakra at no action cost, Nimure's insects become acidic and inflict tiered corrosion status on contact based on the rank of the Aburame technique. ▱▰▱ Unstable Mutation | When your Kikaichu adapts to a specific element the Kikaichu also gains that element. Insect techniques utilizing these Kikaichu can apply up to Tier-2 of their elemental status. Tier-4 if [Ninjutsu] class. Temporarily share your Kikaichu's adaptive resistance gaining a 1-rank reduction of its currently adapted resistance. ▱▰▱ Give and Take | The Chakra your Kikaichu drain to reproduce themselves can instead be stored within their bodies. When the Kikaichu return to you the host you can instead regain the chakra that was drained at the expense of the Kikaichu that were used to drain said chakra. Because of this your initial Chakra pool is also expansive netting you an additional +100 Chakra. ▱▰▱ Hive Meister | The max amount of Insects you can store in your body increases by [100]. You can house [2] Specialized Breeds instead of [1]. The Aburame may cast Ninjutsu using Insects instead of Chakra as the resource. When preforming ninjutsu in this manner, their insects swarm through their ninjutsu, latching to any targets it contacts. These ninjutsu techniques can be used in exchange for bugs at 1.5 times the cost. ▱▰▱ Elusive Echoes | Sound manipulation techniques may cast a sound-based genjutsu simultaneously with these techniques for no additional activation with the sound technique acting as the trigger. Genjutsu cast this way must be kai'd and cannot be released through pain. These techniques require a kai above the rank of the technique to release, up to S, not stacking with any genjutsu discipline. Sound-based maruton techniques may be added to the bloodline list without taking up slots. ▱▰▱ Clairvoyance | Sensory techniques cost one rank less in resource to use. Sensory techniques can be korabo'd with bloodline techniques for no additional activation. The user's passive radius of detailed information is increased to 100 meters. ▱▰▱ Gale | The user gains +2 agility. In addition, the user may pick one fuuton technique per body rank to make variable, though this requires moderator approval. Also, wind techniques with vertigo have that status effect increased by [1] tier at a maximum of tier 4. ▱▰▱ Plague Doctor | Nimure's mask has been electronically enhanced to resist the effects of gas-based poison. When this effect is active his voice becomes highly distorted and buzzing to further conceal his identity as a JUEI agent. This effect can only occur when Nimure is wearing his plague doctor mask with the goggles attachment that obscures the top half of his face. ▱▰▱ Cloak and Dagger | Once a shinobi has completed 50 missions without gaining any fame or infamy, a shinobi is able to erase their presence almost entirely. For 5 posts, the shinobi is considered to have tier 2 jamming preventing sensory techniques from sensing them. Once these five posts are over, this PA is put on cooldown for 3 posts. This cooldown cannot be reduced. Additionally they are considered to be invisible. Dojutsu simply do not acknowledge their existence unless they are in their advanced forms. I.e. Mangekyou sharingan, Tenseigan, etc. The user may choose to activate this PA at any point for no activation or cost. The invisiblity be broken by a shinobi with Infinite perception using a technique at least one rank below the shinobi's body rank. I.e. The cloak and dagger shinobi is B rank, the infinite perception shinobi must use an C rank technique. Finally, the shinobi unlocks access to this exclusive technique:
Class Information First Class: Bloodline [ Aburame and Kenzen ] ▱▰▱ Dual Ancestry → Dual Ancestry allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the bloodline attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6]. If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Dual Ancestry users do not have access to the implant system including the Genetic Palette personal attribute. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank. This discipline cannot be taken with the Elemental Mastery discipline from Ninjutsu Class.
