General Event Rules

Every mode has their own specific rules
◈ Please review those rules below.
◈ ALL ART SUBMITTED MUST BE NEW MATERIAL!
◈ This event is about learning and new discoveries~
◈ Recycling old materials is not exploring.
◈ AI-Generated art is prohibited.
How to read YOUR deadline
◈ Pay attention to see if your deadline says SAME or NEXT day.
◈ SAME day means if the event deadline is on Feb 1st, it will be Feb 1st for you at X time.
◈ NEXT day means if the event deadline is on Feb 1st, it will be Feb 2nd for you at X time.
◈ For the most part, if your art is due on the same day, the time will most likely be PM.
◈ For the most part, if your art is due on the next day, the time will most likely be AM.
Please don't submit "tomorrow's theme" early.
◈ It's to aid, not be taken advantage of.
Work in Progress
◈ We do accept it, but make sure the theme is clearly indicated.
◈ If you have a time restriction on your mode, that still needs to be fulfilled.

Designated Threads

What is Designated Thread?
◈ It is a thread created in the guild's subforum with your username.
◈ The purpose of these threads is for mods to keep track of your progress.
◈ Do not post in other people's thread.
◈ Do not quote other people into your thread.
◈ All the rules written in this section focuses on the Designated threads.
Do not delete any posts for any reason in your designated thread!!
◈ We use the post count to make sure everyone is on track
◈ Don't worry, you won't get in trouble!
If you make a mistake of any kind in your thread, please notify a moderator.
◈ Please state clearly what you did and whose thread it is in.
◈ If you accidentally posted in someone else' thread...
◈ If you accidentally deleted a post...
◈ If you accidentally responded in someone's thread...
◈ We just need to know so that we can fix it!
◈ PM us, Quote us in the public thread, or use Discord.
Please label your posts properly with Day # and what theme you've picked
◈ If you don't have a thread, please notify a moderator!
Each day must have its own post
◈ Do not double post in your individual thread.
◈ Please edit your post if you have drawn more than one art for that day and add to it versus a new post
◈ If you need an example, please view this thread.
Please post your days in order!

◈ Make a reserved post for days missed-- Easy mode only.
◈ It will make us very happy if things are in chronological order.
◈ Ghost modes will not be allowed to make "placeholder" posts in their thread.
◈ Just post your art in order, Ghost mode!
Label Permission Granted posts clearly in red fonts.
◈ Life happens, if you have any emergencies, talk to us!
◈ Travel, moving, hospitalized, severe illness, etc.
◈ We'll work something out together!
◈ Example: Posted late due to illness with OtakuKat's permission.
