WELCOME TO THE GUILD! 4laugh
Well... For your style... It kind of reminds me of Slayers with a mix of something else that i cant place my finger on... Kinda like a sailormoon vibe.
The first thing that i noticed is the fact that she doesnt have a neck. You want to make sure to express her feminity by showing some neck xd If you want her to have more of a neck try making her shoulders a bit more slanted down. The second thing i noticed is the fact that her eyes are way too big for her face. That might be your style, but her forehead is too small for her face. Also the white of her eyes shouldnt be that big, it looks kinda like its falling off her face. >< (Not too sound too critical... i do think your style is cute!) Last two would have to be that her arms are too short for her body only because her torso (the bottom part) is too short. If you look in a mirror, the arm reaches down to your thigh. Her breasts and stomach is in the right place, but it seems like you cropped off the crotch area.
Other than that, your art is really cute heart If you have more questions feel free to PM me ^^

MM... I actually think the neck's fine (you can't see it 'cause she's leaning forward, right? And the collar hides it) Or is she standing upright? I think the face's fine, but its either that the head is overall too large for the body or the body is overall too small for the head.
But, LOL! First thing that came to my mind is OMG Its slayers!!! (that is, aka, I love your style). Wish I can draw (cutesy) anime characters like that ^_^. But all that ever comes out of my pen are these odd looking people that are too skinny.

Oh... well if shes leaning foward then make the shoulders closer to her ears. Look in a mirror, when you lean foward your shoulders are higher up on your face. Also make sure that the body is slanted foward, or off the to the side to emphasize this. (hope that helped blaugh )

^_^ thanks for all your input, it does help, and yes, she is slightly bent foreward, and yes, i think her head is a little too big for her body, now that you mention it.... thanks! ^_^
