Hellman's Casserole
This is an old recipe that used to be printed on jars of Hellman's mayonnaise. I
You can always change the soup flavor in it.

2C (or 3/4lb) pulled chicken in bite-sized pieces
1 pkg Uncle Ben's White & Wild Rice, prepared
1 can French green beans, drained
1 can Reese's water chestnuts, sliced
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C Hellman's Mayonnaise

Combine soup, beans, chestnuts and mayo
Fold in chicken, then fold in rice.
Bake at 350F 45-60 minutes (I cover it)
Check at 45 minutes

(All ingredients are ready-to-eat so the baking is to meld the flavours)
Sometimes I take it out a little early and add French fried onions on top, then return to finish baking, uncovered.
