Not too small... cute face and it looked at meeee (or Zorro..? probably Zorro.)
I was going to ask the owner if it was a solid black Shih Tzu... but he had headphones in and walked off.. (plus it was across the road..) BUT i am pretty sure it was a solid black Shih Tzu. <33
