Comments: thank you for letting me know baking is allowed :'3 I have been baking for my coworkers for years now.
These are wacky cakes(cupcakes). Wacky cakes are when you get all your dry cake ingredients(or a boxed cake mix like I did), make three wells and add vinegar, oil, and vanilla extract, then add water(or coffee like I did) and mix. Then you just throw it in the oven. It does not use eggs or butter so it's vegan.
3nodding They turned out a LOT better than they look I promise. I garnished them with sparkling writing icing(my dad's bday was a few days ago so we had some random cake decorating things), silver sugar sprinkles and sugar pearls.

D I'm overnight so I will be working into tomorrow - which is why I tend to post at like 8am lol, it's right after I get home from work.
Ingredients: 1 box devil's food cake mix, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup(I think) vegetable oil, 1 cup instant espresso(prepared).
They are espresso devil's food wacky cupcakes :
