serchman soul is the best because u can shuffle your chips and use the gun and lock on to them. i shuffle my chips untill i get dethphenix or delta ray

Protoman all the way. Only because he uses swords though. Then Searchman(Serchman) because of his awsome charge shot and his ability to shuffle.

i would have to say my favorite hands down is the main character of the entire series, and the strongest there is, megaman! the origional blue bomber, mainly because he is unstoppable. he can change himself with style changes, or soul unisons, and he has the best chips possible. my second is bass though, because he ca absorb programs to make himself stronger, and he fused with gospel after bn 3 finished.
