No, this is NOT another one of those stupid Versus threads...
However, I haven't watched the SailormMoon series in a long time. Years, to be exact.
Although I was freakishly absessed with it when I was a kid, I think it's really dumb now because it's so old. (I hope I don't get kicked out on the same day I get invited in....)
However, despite that fact, I can't help but thank the SailorMoon series because without it, I would've never went to the anime faD. i WOULD'VE NEVER LIKED ANIME AND i WOULD'V NEVER BEEN INTRODUCED TO IT AT ALL.
So I thank Sailor Moon. ^^
And now, without further ado, There are some questions I'd like to ask...
1. What's the relationship between Sailor Uranus and Neptune? I mean, they seem like they're dating and stuff, but aren't they both girls? Or are they lesbians? I never quite got that part down, even when I was obsessed...Is it the fact that Uranus turns into a girl when he transforms into a sailorscout or something?
2. Why is SailorMoon often associated with DragonBall? I'm talking about the whole series here. Not only porn and stuff, but just overall. I mean, I know that I talk about them alot, but why is it that they're practically always on the same line. Like Yin-Yang?

Haruka and Michiru--Neptune and Uranus--are lesbians. Uranus is not physically male, not like the anime Sailor Starlights. Both are female, through-and-through, and are very much in love with each other. It's not at all uncommon in anime, although Haruka/Uranus is one of few semi-main, openly lesbian characters (Michiru/Neptune doesn't seem to count as much because of the fifth season--she flirts with Seiya/Sailor Starfighter, who, in the anime, is male in civilian form).
As for DBZ and Sailormoon...both are "gateway" anime--meaning, oftentimes, new fans are created when they watch either series; they act as "gateways" into the anime fandom. Both are also extremely popular in many countries around the world.

No... saying they're men who turn into women implies they're supposed to be men in the first place. |

.....but she said males in -civilian- form. That just means their disguise are male. It doesn't imply anything other then they just transform into their female counterpart.
Like....Usagi transforms into her Princess form.
But her princess form comes before the girl Usagi first as the princess form- Princess Serenity- is before Usagi.
Basically it's the same thing being stated. |

I got them all in HongKong. Basically, they were all the same titles, and I have only the 1st ten anime comic books of SailorMoon. All of them have the title 'SailorMoon'. Okay the first ten is basically what you have in a nut shell- Sailormoon- SailormoonS
Sailormoon R is when the Blackmoon clans attack and Chibiusa shows up.
Sailormoon S is when you have Dr. Tomoe, Hotaru, and the outersenshi appear.
Now anime wise, SailormoonR has a filler season of the aliens Ann and Ali (or however you say it.)
^ they're only mentioned in the anime, but not in Manga.
The 11th book in Sailormoon would be the one about Luna- ie Princess Kaguya's lover. |

She is. But Luna has to realize it first. She crushes hard on Kakeru. But she realizes that Kakeru has someone else for him- Himeko.
Artemis always known his feelings for Luna, but he lets her go and do her own thing and hoped for the best.
And when she does return his feelings it's all the better. |
