[Wingardia] No. 121

[Raine_Falls]

Alyssa's room is one that expressed her personality almost perfectly. The door was covered in a beautiful blood red color with her name printed in gold across the front. The font of Alyssa's name was olden times; the way people from the 1700's normally wrote. No one would believe Alyssa could write like that.

Inside the room is truley quite beautiful once you get a chance to peak about; however, at first glance it could scare the hell out of mostly everyone.

The walls were covered in a swirl of different colors; mostly black, burgundy and a dark purple. Small patterns moved across the plastered walls in a fluid motion, like a dream. The bed was a queen size and took up one-half of the right wall. The top layer of sheets were black satin, while beneath it was covered in red polka-dots; cute. There was a canopy hanging around the bed frame. The fabric was see-though and a gentle navy blue that nearly moved at every chance it got.

The desk was pushed off to the left wall in a corner. It was an ashy color, one of a burned oak. The desk had obviously been repolished due to the gleam of the wood. Many articles from Alyssa's home resided there: many books, papers, and pictures. Most of the books seemed to be things like that of a diary only not. The papers were letters to and from home to her Mother, and the pictures were of her mother and father. There was one picture that was framed in a gorgeous black frame with small diamonds surrounding it. Alyssa's Father stood in the picture with a soft smile; he seemed to be waving!

Alyssa's bathroom turned out to be a surprise in a very good way. The color went from dark, cool colors to bright and pretty colors. The glittering pink surrounded most of the trim while a baby blue penetrated the rest of the walls. Small duckies were printed all around including the shower curtain; this bathroom was that of a high-school prep.

Alyssa hustled into her room and slammed the door closed, in an obvious hurry. She dashed into her bathroom, throwing her smelly clothes onto the floor with each step. As she slid her pants off Alyssa tripped, landing face-flat onto the floor. A loud thud could be heard down the hall, but Alyssa could only think of the pain she felt in her face. "Damnit..." Alyssa muttered, running a finger across the cut on her cheek. She stood with a dazed expression and looked into her mirror for a moment only seeing half of her reflection. Alyssa smirked vicously and hopped into the shower.

The stress washed itself away along with the blood and dirt from Alyssa's body. This was one of the only times she was at peace with herself and the world; she always loved taking long, soothing showers. However, within the circumstances she was in, Alyssa found it best to hurry.

She wrapped a soft, black towel around her body and a smaller, matching one to wrap around her hair. Alyssa began searching through her clothes to find something suitable to wear; she knew he was in the lounge and wanted to impress him. Alyssa found a simple yet elegant plum-colored mid-drift top. It had a small design of a golden dragon wrapping around the hem of the shirt along with a lowered neck-line that nearly showed off all her cleavage; Alyssa still wanted to be tasteful.

She also found a short black jean skirt that clung to her figure as if it were leather. Though it was a skanky sort of outfit, Alyssa pulled it off as contemporary considering she wore some pretty outrageous stuff on a normal basis; this was contemporary to her.

Alyssa stood back infront of her mirror and put on her make-up. A deep black liner with a shimmery purple to bring out her burgundy with the normal mascara and a little lip gloss. After the few moments of finishing her outfit and face, Alyssa gazed into the mirror with a soft smirk. She felt and looked quite beautiful.

"Alright....this isn't too bad.." Alyssa admitted doing a complete spin in her full-body mirror. Since she could only see half of herself in the mirror, it was hard to distinguish if she looked alright or not; Alyssa got agrivated by this many a time.

Finally done observing herself, Alyssa slid on some black fishnets and black, ankle high boots, Alyssa bursted through the door and ran down the stairs to find Kai in the Lounge.

Hiro tilted his head, seeing her remove one hand but not the other. That gave him the idea she was trying to assure him she was fine though she really wasn't. "...ok," he murmured, not willing to argue. He blinked as she began speaking mentally to him and then shook his head. All... right, he replied softly.

He jumped slightly as she began coughing and shaking her head, and then glanced at her. "Ok then, sorry to offer," he said with a faint smile, not really sure what was going on still. But he guessed she may have had some bad experiences in a hospital before, judging by her reaction to the suggestion.

So he kept quiet and didn't bring it up again as he continued to the dorm. He entered the building and looked around uncertainly, then smiled as he saw a red door with her name upon it. "I assume that's where we're heading?" he asked as he led her towards it.

Alyssa smirked as she saw her name in gold letters on the door to her room. "Yeah...I warn you it isn't happy-go lucky," she admitted after removing her other hand from her mouth thoroughly sure that it was just a coughing spasm and nothing more.

She pulled out her key from around her neck and shoved it into the lock. Instead of using her I.D swipe, Alyssa asked for it to be a key and lock dorm; it was easier for her to hold onto than her I.D which was sitting on her bed right anyway. Alyssa fiddled with it until she heard a small click noise sending her the idea that the door opened.

Smirking, she shoved her door open and threw the key onto her bed, and watched it bounced on the large number of sheets that was covering the mattress. Alyssa turned to face Hiro and opened her arms, showing off her dark, gothic-like room. The bathroom however, was to be kept away from Hiro; she had a reputation to be a grumpy, dark vampress and the bathroom just made it all go away. "Here it is.." Alyssa muttered, turning to her closet where sher clothes were sorted neatly.

Hiro chuckled, shaking his head. "I honestly wouldn't expect it to be," he grinned. "I think I'd be more scared if it was." He waited patiently for her to open the door, not finding the use of a key odd at all. He hadn't even bothered getting a dorm room yet, so he didn't know the possibilty of an ID card swipe lock was there at all.

As she opened it, he followed her almost hesitantly inside, eyes following the key as it flew through the air and landed on the heavily layered bed. Then he looked back towards Alyssa as she indicated the inside and he nodded, barely resisting the urge to playfully clap. "Very nice," he grinned as his eyes began wandering around the room while she went for a change of clothes.

Then he suddenly realized he was still soaking we as well, and his damp wings were against his back again with no chance of drying. But he didn't say anything, knowing he didn't really have a change of clothing anyway. He'd just have to wait it out. He didn't want to get her room wet though, so he just stood still in place by the door.

Alyssa grabbed an unusually hot pink tank top that looked way too small for Alyssa and a pair of dark Levi jeans that had a skull design on the back pockets with the hem on the jeans falling apart gave off the impression really liked them. "Let me go change." She said in a monotone voice, looking up to find Hiro standing at the door still sopping wet.

"Here you can borrow my clothes." Alyssa began rummaging through her top drawer which had a small silk pajama leg hanging out of the side. Whatever Alyssa was getting for Hiro was obviously going to be too big for her.

"This should fit..." A large black T-shirt floated out of the dresser and over to Hiro; it levetated there and would till he reached out and took it. "I know I have some pants too..." Alyssa was talking to herself by now; almost completely forgetting that Hiro was listening to everything that she was saying.

Swiftly, she made her way over to her closet, throwing random pairs of jeans out onto the floor that she would pick up later. All the jeans were ones that were either too small or not actual jeans but sweat pans for jogging or something along those lines.

Finally, after a good five minutes of looking, a pair of large jeans levetated over to Hiro and hung in mid air; awaiting him to take them. "Those both should fit. You can change in my room while I change in here," she motioned to her bathroom door. "I'll be right back." Without another word, Alyssa disappeared into her bathroom to change out of the wetness, and hopefully keeping herself dry would keep her from getting sick.

Hiro blinked at her choice of clothing, but didn't say anything, a soft smiling coming over his face instead. He watched her until she finished picking out her change and nodded as she announched she was leaving.

He frowned as she offered to fhind him some clothes as well. "You don't have to..." But his voice trailed off as he saw she was already looking. A soft look of amusement passed over his face as he saw her rummaging, then he blinked again as the shirt levitated its way over to him. He reached out and slowly took it, turning it over in his hands before laughing. "Thanks," he grinned, still somewhat amazed by her powers. Then he continued watching as she went on to search for pants, chuckling as he saw several pairs hit the floor.

He accepted the chosen pair that drifted to him and nodded his head. "Alright, thank you." He waited until she'd gone into the bathroom, then looked around the room for a moment before finally stripping his shirt off, followed by his pants. Then he slipped on the new pair, followed by the shirt. "Heh, they do fit," he acknowledged thankfully. He was having a bit of trouble with the shirt though, trying to figure out how to fit it around his wings.

"Just rip it; I have no care for that shirt." Alyssa called out from the bathroom; she heard his complaints rining in her ears and thought it best to let him know it was okay to rip it. Alyssa had no care for that shirt anymore even though it was her dad's; it was old and had no significant value.

As Hiro changed so did Alyssa, except she took much longer. She wrapped her hair in a black towel to help it dry faster as she slipped on the jeans, which barely fitted over her butt; they still worked though. They clung to her legs as if their very exsistence was decided upon how tight they were on Alyssa.

As for the tank top, it had the same purpose; except it was really too small for her body. It could have been mistaken for a lower sort of sports bra, but it showed of her nice, muscular stomach and belly button ring. It also showed off a whole bunch of cleavage, but Alyssa was too stubborn to admit how small it really was.

Quickly, she redid her makeup with a lot less intensity; it was almost natural makeup. Alyssa figured that Hiro liked her a lot more when there wasn't make-up clinging to her eyes and lips; she thought she could give it a try. "Hey Hiro you dressed?" Alyssa called, cracking the door so he could hear her.

"O-oh, ok!" Hiro called back, caught off guard that she'd heard him again. He bit his lip as he tore holes in the back of the shirt and forced his wings somehow through. "Stupid things," he muttered to himself, scrunching his face slightly in irritation. After a few more moments spent wrestling with it, he finally suceeded.

He sighed quietly and then stood awkwardly still by the door. He knew Alyssa was changing in the room over and the thought made him a little uneasy. He began absently running his hands through his hair, somehow helping it to dry by doing so. But he still kept his wings tucked tightly to his back again, afraid he'd hit or break something if he let them expand to dry.

He glanced up as he heard her voice, seeing the door cracked slightly. "Yeah, I am," he replied with a nod of his head. He gathered his wet clothes in his arms, holding them a bit away from himself so he wouldn't dampen his new clothing as well.

Alyssa stepped out of her bathroom and shut the door quickly so there would still be a mysterious edge to herself; she figured that Hiro would eventually go in to the bathroom, but she wanted to keep it a secret as long as possible.

"Well...?" She asked, spinning around like a model of some sort. Alyssa was asking Hiro about her attire and if he liked it or not. She didn't care really to attack his mind right now; she wanted to be surprised as it normally would never happen to her. Her red eyes checked Hiro up and down sneakily, hoping he wouldn't notice.

She had to admit, he looked good in those clothes. It became akward when the thought of her Father rose in her mind because of the shirt; ALyssa knocked it from her mind as quickly as it came up. It was not something to dwell on.

Hiro tilted his head curiously as he noted how quickly Alyssa shut the bathroom behind herself, but kept himself from saying anything. Instead, he looked at her as she spun around, a small smirk coming over his face. "You're beautiful," he nodded, eyes flicking along her just for a moment.

He'd never really seen people wearing clothing like that before. Well... he had seen them, but he'd never talked to any of them. And now here he was, in the room of a girl he'd just met. It made him feel slightly uneasy again, but at the same time a little happy. He was discovering that he really did like her, and hoped she did as well. "So, are you feeling any better?" he asked after a moment, then instantly after hoped it wouldn't ruin the mood or anything. Then he shook his head faintly. What mood? He wasn't really sure.

Alyssa blushed lightly and turned around to keep her face hidden from Hiro; she wouldn't dare let him see her blushing. To Alyssa, blushing was a sign of weakness that could get her killed in any sort of battle. Her mother told her to never show emotions, but it was so hard at Ria. Maybe it would have been better if Alyssa had stayed home and continued learning from her Mother....nah.

"Thanks.." Alyssa whispered, "you don't look half bad yourself." She smirked and moved closer to him. "You don't have to keep you wings folded like that. I can fix whatever breaks...my telekinetics allows me that ability." A;yssa said softly, motioning toward the valubles in her dorm which were actually on the opposite side of where Hiro was standing. "Don't worry so much Hiro."

Hiro blinked as she turned away, watching her curiously and not understanding why she had. Then he shifted in place and let his gaze wonder around the room again. His eyes went to the bathroom for a second until he pulled them away to rest on the floor. He was still curious why she'd made sure he couldn't see inside. He knew it was probably nothing, but it still made him wonder.

He looked up again as she spoke, smiling as she thanked him. Then he tilted his head as she smirked, and let a small smirk of his own spread across his face as well. "Why, thank you too," he said with a small, playful bow. He glanced up again as she mentioned his wings and shifted lightly. Had he been that obvious? He frowned faintly but then nodded slowly. "Alright, if you insist." He let his wings spread a bit over halfway, one of them brushing lightly against a wall, so he stepped to his left a bit.
