Not exactly design related, but I'm sure many of you are interested in illustration or have to work with illustrators at some point.

How Japanese style Illustration works

I thought this might be interesting to people since I see a lot of 'I want to go to Japan and become a manga-ka' people around Gaia. Well here's an English illustrator who did something like that (only with single pieces rather than manga).
