hello.......
well my heart hurts a whole lot.....its been this way for probly a month and i cant take it much more......
i want to kill myself but i cant do that because i made a promise to someone.......
and i want to stop cutting but it seems to be the only way to distract me.........
im trying to move on from alana...........but my heart and soul and mind is completely stuck on her and it hurts knowing ill die alone and thinking alana hates me.........

any advice.....?

try and move on. find comfort in things other than cutting. this will sound weird- butsit in front of the mirror and look at yourself. Think of 3 things that are unique and that you like about you. I know i've felt mad at myself, ashemaed and unhappy with me. but after i did that i felt halfway descent. 3nodding
