Manga Studio vs Comics Works

Does anyone know the difference between these two? I wanna write a comic, but I also want to do it properly...

i aven't tried manga studio before but i have comic works
all i have to say is you don't need either program to draw a comic smile
i don't think there's a "properly" factor to comics.
some people just use photoshop for the same or better effects as comicworks ^__^

jeyoriginal is right about the photoshop things. That's what a lot of people use. If you're more interested in the tones aspect of the programs, I've seen many websites that have tones you can somehow in import into Photoshop/PSP. Never done it myself, but I know others do it.

You could proberbly find tone patterns and have them uploaded into photoshop for free.
Try looking in Deviantart.com resources at Photoshop patterns.

Yeah, lots of people load them on DevART. As for the difference, I have no idea. They're both way too expensive. >.<
