Because Cartoon Network's target demographic is 13 and below. Which is the entire reason CN has steadily gone down hill, and will only get worse.

That stupid lesbians thing. It made one episode so damn wonky. Anyone who watched it would've been like, "Wow, those are so really, really close cousins...o__O"
