It looks okay to me.
If it's the top of the head that's bothering you, it's okay because she has short hair so it would be close to the scalp like that.

I'm not exactly sure what it is.

Before, I couldn't get the head shaped right. It does look better than my first three attempts, though.

Maybe it's the size of the eyes...

The eyes seem fine. They look like they're in good proportion to the face. The lips are a bit far from the bottom of the nose though.
If you look at Soli you can see a difference.
