Well... they are the little people or creatures that walk around in rpgs for games like pokemon and mario

microsoft paint, the paint bucket, and the pencil! ^^ i did a ponyta but im not sure where that went... neutral

edit: i found it! ok, now, i was bored...and i messed with altering the ponyta a bit...and heres the results.
