some people get really careful and try to avoid every little crack in the sidewalk or whatever when it comes to friday the thirteenth. they say it's because jesus died on friday the 13th, and on a friday eve gave adam the apple, etc, etc. but whatever. Friday the 13th. big deal? or not?

I am partly superstitious but not to the insane length to where some of the smallest things bug me and freak me out. Yeah sure when i realized that it was friday th 13th, i was like: Whoa thats nuts. But other than that it didnt phase me. I`ve had my many brushes with danger, injury and sometimes death to make me feel that some superstition is just plain silly.

I'm not really superstitious, although I do pity all the people who died in the Salem Witch Trials... needless deaths... people learn.

I'm more afraid of the 'known', for it is no longer avoidable if it's known.

did any of yas find it cool that May 5th, was the 5th day of the 5 month, on the 5th day of the gregorian calender? oh... of the 5th year of the new millenium? that only happens every 7000 years?

I treat it as exactly the same as any other Friday. I have too many things to think about and to do worry about 'Friday the 13th'. ...I'm not saying I'm not superstitious, because I wouldn't live on the 13th floor of any building like those Chinese horror movies; the dim/flashing lights in the hallways. Yeah, that's more physical than an identification of a day of the week though. xd

It's funny.. Today this kid broke a chair o_O He sat on it and the legs (made outta metal) snapped. I know it's a coinsidence but all my friends think other wise...

HAHA! xd That happened to me 3 years ago at school! Although I doubt it had anything to do with bad luck. I think the chair just gave way to my overwhelming mass! sweatdrop
