I was eating mooncake the week before I came up to uni. Was very nice except for the egg... I always take the yolk out. D=
And can someone explain to me what the moon festival is all about? I was never told by my parents so always thought of it as mooncake eating day. xD

I was never told by my parents so always thought of it as mooncake eating day. xD The Moon Festival is an occasion for family reunions. When the full moon rises, families get together to watch the full moon, eat moon cakes, and sing moon poems. With the full moon, the legend, the family and the poems, you can't help thinking that this is really a perfect world. That is why the Chinese are so fond of the Moon Festival. *****also u can make resolutions ^_^ not sure about it , but thats what i was told to*** 3nodding

There is a lady! The pinyin is "chang e" in Mandarin, I believe.. and the bunny, ofc xD
@789 - Because we all wear normal clothes anyway, so Jeans for Genes isn't very special.. every year the 6th form do a different theme and the head girl chose Rocky Horror Show.. >__<;; Still don't know what I'm going to wear, I think I'll just be normal. And donate £1 xD

Quote: Wu Kang was a shiftless fellow who changed apprenticeships all the time. One day he decided that he wanted to be an immortal. I wouldn't mind being immortal either. razz Quote: The fox and the monkey both had food to give to the old men, but the rabbit, empty-handed, offered his own flesh instead, jumping into a blazing fire to cook himself. That bunny was ******** up! xd @Niph: Sounds like fun. Take lotsa pics. 3nodding
