Inflation's been acting nuts longer than that. It's been really crappy for like...I dunno, since the middle of summer or something?

gonk Usually the current month's items drop in prices as more people donate and get more letters. It's so hard to keep up with the market now. I mean, I remember the microphones were around 7k early last month? Now they've skyrocketed to around 23k. Also, the pixies were released only last month but they've already exceeded 20k. The Winged Anklets were around 300k last month I think, but recently they've shot up to 400k and are sitting around 370-380k right now. I don't think I'll be able to get them at the rate they're inflating. The madness... stressed

The inflation is so ridiculous though. I mean, why is it all the sudden being such an effing issue now?
Things only used to inflate maybe up by 10k a month or so, and now they double in price, gain by 25k+...I think it's because of that botting crap or something. xp

Inflation is Gaia's way of telling us that it's filled with greedy, credit-card toting kids. Or else greedy, gold-farming foreigners? Beats me. I just know that it's absolutely insane. I try not to sell my letters during times of huge inflation because I think that it's dishonest. Instead, I hold on to them for a while, or else donate them to friends who wanted the items.

I didn't get to do that this month, though. I didn't get to work enough to buy any letters but my own. ^_^;

A lot of people are starting to hoard the monthly collectibles, so they buy up all the cheap ones and the prices rise.
