how do you become a crew member?

There's a thread about it in the Memorable subforum, if you wish to read more.

To get on the crew, you must do these things:
1. Be very active, post alot and stuff
2. Don't keep asking, "can I be on the crew yet, can I be on the crew yet?? because that will make sure you definitely wont get it!
3. Be friendly, don't be mean, and be understanding of others
4. Obey the rules! You'll have to enforce them after all!
5. Do really great stuff for the guild, like donate, or submit banners, or something else great.
