I, for my own reasons, would make Death Knell, as part of my RP Sailor Nemesis persona. All I can tell you is that a loud, clocktower-ish gong noise would sound followed by the ethereal screams of banshees. Followed by that would be a black and silver chaos energy beam.
What can you think of? It could even be for one of the senshi in some form.

my Sailor War RP character is a Knight of Galactica. His moves are:
Galactica Burning Razor- a sword-based attack that involves fire-element magic engulfing the blade and stiking the enemy.
Galactica Flaming Passion- A stream of superhot energy bursts forward and slams into the target, burning through with brutal force.

My Sailor Scout Power would be.....
Sparkling Wide Pressure
So I can electricute the bad guys or the bully's. But also control it like Sailor Moon can for her Tiara. I can move the disk around with my mind and can hit two birds with one stone. lol

My D&D geekiness gives me lots of inspiration for new spells/attacks and stuff.
(Is that really something that I should be proud of?)
Anway, here are some spiffy (and sparkly) attacks that my D&D character has:
- Helix - (1d8 Sonic Damage) -
A blast of light fired from the hands, which travels in a spiral toward the enemy.
- Halo - (6d4 Holy) -
Ringlets of light slice through the air and strike the enemy in rapid succession.
- Sunburst - (2d20 Holy) -
Enemy is encased in a sphere of transparent light (1d20),
then pinpoints of the sphere thrust inward (the other 1d20).
