WiiConnect24 is turned off?

I'm trying to connect to the internet but when I visit the Forecast Channel it keeps telling me that WiiConnect24 has been turned off.

Has anyone else noticed this. And speaking of which..

Nter, I just updated my Wii to 2.1.
Nothing new at all.
SAid there was perental controls. xp

I heard that the news channel came out worldwide on the 16th not sure if that is true or not. And yeah i got onto it to so... yeah.
