Nice job, like the coloring :]
A few critiques I have though, I think it would look better if you remove the outline of the left eye from the hair, because it doesnt seem to fit in with something looking more 3-D like this, and maybe darken the outline of the nose more.

nice color rendering, maybe just add more texture to the hair.

I agree with the others' critiques. I would also make the nose a little bit longer and add some shadows to the eyes to make it more contoured and 3D. I like how you drew the hair where it folds behind her neck, with all those strands. It adds a lot more depth to the hair, and I wish you could've done that with the rest of her hair.
I love the details you put into this, and you made everything seem pretty 3D. I also like her jewelry and clothes, and how you colored/shaded her skin.

i like it i do but i found 1 thing wronge with it. if you're going to draw hair over the eyes dont draw the eyes through the hair it normaly would not be seen. i really do like it it's really good

Its good but the hair that is over her right eye (our left) looks like it's transparent and the nose is really thick at the top and really small at the bottom so it looks out of proportion also the red lips look really flat. You also could use a better transition from light to shadow on the skin and hair. But it's coming along nice job!

Okay, a few things that I see right off the bat...
The lips don't match the angle of her face, the lips are full on and the face is turned to about a 3/4 kind of view.
She has no forehead to speak of (just a little bit of space above her eyebrows) which makes her look more like a dwarf than an elf. (elves are clasically known for their longer more delicate looking features)
The nose in general irks me because I can't quite figure out which direction it's facing (which is a bad thing).
Her skull is huge while her face and jawline are small. This irks me because with the wind blowing her hair like that the side the wind is coming from is usually flatened against the side of the skull. Which in your picture makes it look like her skull is very big. Usually the majority of the skull is made up of the facial bones and the actual round part of your noggin is smaller.
The outline of the other eye through the strand of hair is distracting and reminescent of anime (I think you were shooting for realism?) Also, the style of eyes are more anime in nature than realism.
Throwing in the cel-style on the armor/clothing on the right also takes away from the realism of the picture.
Also, the thing with the most texture in your picture is her hair, which still manages to look flat. adding highlights and shadows and different tones would probably help with that. The skin texture is the same as the necklace texture which makes it almost look like it's a part of her skin. generally using different strokes with a pencil renders different textures and different effects, the same can be achieved in programs like photoshop it just takes a little more time.
But that's all I can think of for now. Keep up the good work!
