please i need help finding 8 shards of the triforce or just tell me where the triforce charts are and i can take it from there

You get the map with all of the locations of the triforce charts from tingle. If you don't know where he is, tingle's tower I believe is south of Windfall island, or on your sea chart. If you haven't rescued Tingle from the jail cell, go do so on Windfall. It's right above where you first meet The King of Red Lions.
