I like the layering you did on the dress and the whole concept of the drawing, except maybe your shoulders are a bit too square, and there's not that much form where the girl's hair in the back ends....i hope this helps ^_^

some work on anatomy would be good and when you work with hair .. you don't have to draw in every strand especially if they are in one place like in a bun or something.. I don't explain well.. sweatdrop

Just a few touchups, and it'll be perfectly cute and adorable. o3o
Ok...like everyone is saying, the shoulders are too square. One side of the shoulder seems to be a bit longer than the other, though. o_o The neck is also a bit slanted...but it's barely noticable. :>
The dress is very nice, though. <3
The end of the hair and the buns are too straight, though. D: You don't see perfect hair like that in people, as much as we want our hair to be like that. x_x
Annnd one last thing. =3
Her chest is a little bit oddly shaped, so a small fixup on that and it'll be perfect. ^-^
Other than those small errors, everything is perfect. <3
