Seems like no one is checking the strategy and help section....so Ill just ask here...Sorry if this is breaking the rules but I really need the help.
Im trying to S-Rank the Navis to fight the Lord of Chaos...And right now Im having no luck with my current Chip folder so for those who have done this task any advice for me?

You have to give people more than 40 minutes to respond. This isn't the most active guild in the world.

Anyways, the EASIEST way is to build a folder from the RFF (Renowned Folder FAQ), which can be found here: http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/gbadvance/file/924452/37263

Please remember to copy/paste, as GameFAQs doesn't like direct linking to FAQs.

Yeah, that's what I thought it'd be.

You need to cut down on the chip codes in your folder, and get a theme. You're going to have a fairly hard time S-ranking with that selection of chips, since you'll get, at most, 3 chips in one turn. Compare that to a monocoded folder ((one chip code in addition to * code)), where you can choose 5 chips every single turn, maximizing your damage potential and the rate at which you'll cycle through your folder.

Look at those folders in the link I gave you, and you'll see what I mean.

For example: Rainbow After The Storm, when fully boosted, can do 4160 damage with ONE ATTACK.

And as for Neo-All or Nothing... If you are at max health after getting all HP Memories ((1000)), and use just ONE dark chip, that will take you to 999 HP. Now, consider Numberball, which does 5 hits of damage equal to how much the last 2 numbers in your HP are. So, you'll get 5 hits of 99, provided you don't get hit. Now, throw in the attack boosters. You'll go Double Point, Number Ball, Attack+30, and 2 Attack+10s. Plus Full Synchro/Anger, which can be easily done thanks to glitching the Humor program. This comes out to be (2 x (5 x (60+99+30+10+10))), which can be simplified to 10 x 209. That's 2090 damage right there, and is enough to delete most navis in the game, even SP navis, with just that.

Also, don't forget that Custom 1 and Custom 2 are your friends. They help a lot with getting more useful chips.

Yeah I dont wanna sacarfice any of my hp so Im going with the Rainbow After the Storm right now Im going around collecting the chips for them which isnt too hard...but is quite annoying.

Just remember that Rainbow After The Storm is a little hard to use unless you're used to it. Though, the only chips in the game you'll probably ever have a hard time getting are Area Grab * and Blinder *, since those are the rarest chips in the game, and can only be gotten from the Chip Trader machines.
